背景技术
目前生产的面料结构单一，层次感差，满足不了人们的需要。且不产品不丰满、不蓬松、不柔软、手感不厚实。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种层次感强的带有透气面料的软包起圈面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：一种带有透气面料的软包起圈面料，包括面料本体，所述面料本体的上表面设有外层、下表面设有提花层，所述外层和面料本体之间设有填充物，并且外层的上表面设有若干装饰物，所述装饰物交错排列，并固定在面料本体上，所述提花层固定在面料本体的下表面，所述面料本体由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。织物下设置透气面料，所述透气面料包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、凸起的软包和装饰物增强了带有透气面料的软包起圈面料的层次感。
2、本发明可以使产品丰满、蓬松、柔软、手感厚实。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种带有透气面料的软包起圈面料，包括面料本体1，所述面料本体1的上表面设有外层3、下表面设有提花层4。所述外层3和面料本体1之间设有蓬松的填充物2，并且外层3的上表面设有若干装饰物5。所述装饰物5交错排列，并固定在面料本体1上。图2 实施例中的装饰物5为珠子，珠子通过线固定在面料本体1上。由于蓬松的填充物2被外层3包裹，再被珠子局部向面料本体1方向挤压，从而在面料本体1上形成同样交错排列的凸起软包。所述提花层4固定在面料本体1的下表面。
所述面料本体1由织物制成，所述织物由经纱和纬纱交织而成，其中经纱包括起圈纱和底纱，起圈纱跨过一定数量的纬纱后形成固定地组织。其中，起圈纱形成的毛圈的起点和终点之间间隔三根纬纱；底纱形成的固定地组织，相邻交织点之间间隔三根纬纱。织物下设置透气面料，所述透气面料包括上层面料、中层面料和下层面料，所述上层面料是粘胶纤维丝，所述中层面料是醋酯纤维丝，所述下层面料是聚丙烯腈纤维丝。
