一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，属于纺织机械技术领域。
背景技术
随着造纸工业的蓬勃发展，对于各种特殊要求的纸料例如票据、钞票等防伪纸张的需求越来越大，现有的裹背条价格较高，同时采用犁形导轨来实现纸料的折叠成型的质量不高，需要操作人员二次手工整平，因此有必要提供一种结构简单、自动化程度高的纸料刷胶装置，提高生产效率，节省人力成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提出一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置。
本发明采用如下技术方案：一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，包括裹背条、导向辊、水斗辊、着水辊、送带辊，所述导向辊通过导向皮筋与所述着水辊相联接，所述着水辊与所述送带辊相啮合联接，所述水斗辊与所述着水辊相啮合联接，所述裹背条穿过所述着水辊与所述送带辊的中间，所述水斗辊的下方还设置有加热器，所述加热器的内部设置有热水。
优选地，水斗辊的下端浸入加热器内部的热水之中。
优选地，加热器的右端设置有刮水板，刮水板的上端与着水辊的圆周相接触，刮水板用来刮掉导向皮筋上的水分。
优选地，送带辊的左侧还设置有半圆导向块，用来辅助裹背条的运动同时起挡板的作用。
优选地，水斗辊与送带辊采用顺时针旋转，导向辊与着水辊采用逆时针旋转。
优选地，水斗辊与送带辊的径向尺寸大于导向辊与着水辊的径向尺寸。
优选地，裹背条采用奇林牌F型裹背条。
优选地，送带辊的外径上设置有若干个真空吸气孔，用来吸附裹背条的非胶面并在导向皮筋的辅助下输送裹背条。
本发明所达到的有益效果：（1）本发明采用辊传动实现了裹背条的在线刷胶，具有结构简单、工业化水平高的优点；（2）本发明采用半圆导向块辅助裹背条的运动同时起挡板的作用；（3）本发明采用所述刮水板的上端与所述着水辊的圆周相接触，所述刮水板用来刮掉所述导向皮筋上的水分；（4）本发明的送带辊的外径上设置有若干个真空吸气孔，用来吸附所述裹背条的非胶面并在导向皮筋的辅助下输送裹背条。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案，而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
图1是本发明的结构示意图，本发明提出一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，包括裹背条1、导向辊3、水斗辊5、着水辊8、送带辊9，导向辊3通过导向皮筋4与着水辊8相联接，着水辊8与送带辊9相啮合联接，水斗辊5与着水辊8相啮合联接，裹背条1穿过着水辊8与送带辊9的中间，水斗辊5的下方还设置有加热器6，加热器6的内部设置有热水。
水斗辊5的下端浸入加热器6内部的热水之中；加热器6的右端设置有刮水板7，刮水板7的上端与着水辊8的圆周相接触，刮水板7用来刮掉导向皮筋4上的水分。
送带辊9的左侧还设置有半圆导向块2，用来辅助裹背条1的运动同时起挡板的作用；水斗辊5与送带辊9采用顺时针旋转，导向辊3与着水辊8采用逆时针旋转；水斗辊5与送带辊9的径向尺寸大于导向辊3与着水辊8的径向尺寸。
裹背条1采用奇林牌F型裹背条；送带辊9的外径上设置有若干个真空吸气孔，用来吸附裹背条1的非胶面并在导向皮筋4的辅助下输送裹背条1。
本发明的工作原理：裹背条1从着水辊8与送带辊9中间穿过，送带辊9吸附裹背条1的非胶面在导向皮筋4和半圆导向块2的辅助下输送裹背条1，着水辊8将热水均匀涂覆在裹背条1的胶面，完成对裹背条1的刷胶，润湿水量的大小由位置可调的刮水板7来控制。

1.一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，包括裹背条（1）、导向辊（3）、水斗辊（5）、着水辊（8）、送带辊（9），所述导向辊（3）通过导向皮筋（4）与所述着水辊（8）相联接，所述着水辊（8）与所述送带辊（9）相啮合联接，所述水斗辊（5）与所述着水辊（8）相啮合联接，所述裹背条（1）穿过所述着水辊（8）与所述送带辊（9）的中间，所述水斗辊（5）的下方还设置有加热器（6），所述加热器（6）的内部设置有热水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述水斗辊（5）的下端浸入所述加热器（6）内部的热水之中。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述加热器（6）的右端设置有刮水板（7），所述刮水板（7）的上端与所述着水辊（8）的圆周相接触，所述刮水板（7）用来刮掉所述导向皮筋（4）上的水分。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述送带辊（9）的左侧还设置有半圆导向块（2），用来辅助裹背条（1）的运动同时起挡板的作用。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述水斗辊（5）与所述送带辊（9）采用顺时针旋转，所述导向辊（3）与所述着水辊（8）采用逆时针旋转。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述水斗辊（5）与所述送带辊（9）的径向尺寸大于所述所述导向辊（3）与所述着水辊（8）的径向尺寸。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述裹背条（1）采用奇林牌F型裹背条。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸料加工的刷胶装置，其特征在于，所述送带辊（9）的外径上设置有若干个真空吸气孔，用来吸附所述裹背条（1）的非胶面并在导向皮筋（4）的辅助下输送裹背条（1）。
