本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治水稻稻曲病的药剂。
背景技术
水稻是一年生禾本科植物,高约1.2米,叶长而扁,所结子实即稻谷,去壳后称大米或米,水稻是世界上重要的粮食作物,产量占据世界粮食总产量的1/4以上,占据中国粮食总产量一半以上,是全世界一半以上的人口所依赖的主食。除了可以食用外,还可以用于酿酒、制糖或其它工业原料,稻壳、稻秆也有很多用处。水稻在种植培育过程中,会受到多种病害的威胁,包括稻瘟病、白叶枯病、纹枯病、稻曲病、恶苗病等。
目前人们在防治水稻病害时,一般情况下都是采用高浓度的农药喷杀,虽然效果好,但水稻中残留成分高,对人体产生危害,使人患各种疾病,长期食用含有大量农药残留的水稻,会大大提高人患癌的概率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治水稻稻曲病效果好、低残留、对人体无危害的药剂。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种防治水稻稻曲病的药剂,由以下重量份原料配制而成:金银花25-35份、薄荷20-30份、黄连10-20份、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液3-5份、壳聚糖20-30份、井冈霉素2-6份、白地霉0.1-0.3份。
优选地,一种防治水稻稻曲病的药剂,由以下重量份原料配制而成:金银花30份、薄荷25份、黄连15份、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液4份、壳聚糖25份、井冈霉素4份、白地霉0.2份。
所述枯草芽孢杆菌菌液中活菌的数量为108-1010
上述防治水稻稻曲病的药剂的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将金银花、薄荷、黄连洗净,用2倍体积水浸泡2小时,然后加入6-8体积的纯水,回流提取1-3次,每次1-3小时,合并提取液;
(2)取壳聚糖,加入一定量纯水,加热溶解,保温,得壳聚糖溶液;
(3)取井冈霉素、白地霉,加入一定量纯水,与上述提取液和壳聚糖溶液混合,得混合液;
(4)将混合液和枯草芽孢杆菌菌液混合均匀,即得产品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的药剂具有高效、低毒、安全可靠等优点,并且可以减少药物的使用次数,节约原料,减少环境污染。

所述枯草芽孢杆菌菌液中活菌的数量为108

一种防治水稻稻曲病的药剂,由以下重量份原料配制而成:金银花35份、薄荷30份、黄连20份、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液5份、壳聚糖30份、井冈霉素6份、白地霉0.3份。
所述枯草芽孢杆菌菌液中活菌的数量为1010

(1)将金银花、薄荷、黄连洗净,用2倍体积水浸泡2小时,然后加入8体积的纯水,回流提取3次,每次3小时,合并提取液;
(2)取壳聚糖,加入一定量纯水,加热溶解,保温,得壳聚糖溶液;
(3)取井冈霉素、白地霉,加入一定量纯水,与上述提取液和壳聚糖溶液混合,得混合液;
(4)将混合液和枯草芽孢杆菌菌液混合均匀,即得产品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的防治水稻稻曲病的药剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料配制而成:金银花30份、薄荷25份、黄连15份、枯草芽孢杆菌菌液4份、壳聚糖25份、井冈霉素4份、白地霉0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治水稻稻曲病的药剂,其特征在于所述枯草芽孢杆菌菌液中活菌的数量为108-1010
