Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将细长体、特别是同轴线材固定到支撑线缆的设备。
背景技术
本发明的领域涉及一种用于将细长体、例如用于传递电磁信号的同轴线材支撑在承载或支撑线缆下方的悬挂位置中的系统。
用于这类应用的设备是已知的,其由闭合在彼此上的两个半部元件构成,每个半部元件包含用于同轴线材的半座部以及用于支撑线缆的半座部。在这些已知设备的使用中,两个半部元件中的一个同时地安装在支撑线缆上和线材上,因此支撑线缆和线材从安装的最开始已经位于它们的操作位置中。另一半部元件随后闭合在如此准备的半部元件上,并且通过上述各半部元件的相互的紧固螺钉完成安装。
上述已知实施例的缺点主要在于如下事实:对于固定设备的安装,同轴线材必须已经位于其连接到支撑线缆的最终连接位置,这是因为已知设备在线材或在支撑线材的线缆上的闭合同时或在单个阶段内进行。这导致不可避免的困难:为了能够正确地闭合形成已知设备的两个半部元件,安装者必须将同轴线材和支撑线缆保持在由设备指定的准确的相互布置中,即,保持在设备本体的相应座部的准确的相互布置中。此外,安装甚至因需要通过螺钉或其它类似附件来加强设备的闭合而变得更为复杂。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于将细长体、特别是同轴线材固定至支撑线缆的完善设备,该设备相对于上述已知实施例更易于应用。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述类型的固定设备,对于其安装来说,该固定设备相对于已知技术不需要将细长体相对于支撑线缆事先操作定位。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种固定设备,该固定设备能够确定地组装到支撑线缆和相应的细长体上,而不需要除设备本体之外的辅助部件(例如螺钉等)。
利用权利要求1的设备实现这些和其它目的。在其余权利要求中具体说明了本发明的优选实施例。
相对于上述固定设备的已知技术,由于本发明的设备的如下特征:其具有不同或分立的部件以分别将本发明的设备固定到同轴线材和线缆上,因此本发明的固定设备提供了不需要将同轴线材相对于支撑线缆事先完美定位的优点。
本发明的设备的另一优点在于其应用的自主性,因为本发明的设备不需要使用用于加强所述安装的额外部件。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示的已知技术的设备整体上由1表示。所述设备由第一半部元件2和第二半部元件3构成,每个半部元件包含相应的分别用于支撑线缆6和用于细长体的半座部4和5,所述细长体在所示实例中是用于传递电磁信号的同轴线材7。两个半部元件2和3继而通过柔性铰链8连结,所述柔性铰链在所示实施例中位于设备1的上部。
如这些附图所示,安装设备1需要事先使线缆6和线材7与相应的半座部4和5相符合地互相定位。否则,由于在线缆6或线材7的座部外面的本体所产生的阻碍,将不能将两个半部元件2和3闭合在彼此上。还必须需要使用螺钉9,用于将两个半部元件2、3相互固定在线材上和线缆上。
已经生产了如图2和3所示的本发明的设备10,以便克服与需要将线材7和线缆6从安装固定系统的最开始便定位在操作位置中的传统需求相联的缺点。特别地,所述设备10由包含用于支撑线缆6的座部12和用于同轴线材7的分离的座部13的本体11构成。上述座部12和13的形状有利地对应于线缆和线材的本体的形状,为了线缆和线材的进入,同一座部12和13具有相应的开口或入口18和19。此外,盖件15通过柔性铰链14连接在本体11的包含用于支撑线缆6的座部12的部分上,盖件15用于在线缆6被容置在同一座部12中时闭合相应的入口18。另一方面,盖件17通过相应的柔性铰链16连接在本体11的包含用于线材7的座部13的部分上,盖件17用于在线材容置在同一座部13中时闭合相应的入口19。因此,通过利用铰链14和16的柔性性质,相应的盖件15和17能够被带到座部12的入口18上和座部13的入口19上。生产同一座部12和13的材料也具有足够的弹性以便允许上述入口18和19的临时叉开或扩大,其对于使线缆6和线材7能够被迫插入到所述座部内是必要的。
通过在入口18和19上设置外折片20进行盖件15和17在相应的入口18和19上的最终闭合,所述外折片继而与位于盖件15和17的边缘上的对应的内折片21配合,所述内折片也由可变形材料制成。此外,如图2所示,推动部件22设置在盖件15和17的内壁上,所述推动部件适于接合在线缆6和线材7的壁的对应部分上,从而将线缆和线材牢固地保持在操作位置中。
在图4A、4B、4C所示的实例中,支撑线缆6事先容置在设备10的相应座部12中,并且将盖件15闭合在座部的开口18上(图4A)。随后,将线材7插入到其座部13内(图4B),并且通过盖件17闭合相应的入口19(图4C)。
另一方面,在图5A、5B、5C所示的变型例中,根据前面描述的程序,通过将设备本身锚固到线材7上来进行本发明的设备10到支撑线缆6的锚固。
应当注意的是,由于本发明,由于由形成同一设备10的构成部件的相应盖件15和17施加的作用,在不需要传统的辅助部件(例如,图1B的螺钉9)的情况下,支撑线缆6和线材7被保持在设备10上。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于将细长体固定至支撑线缆的设备,所述设备为如下类型:其包括本体(11),所述本体包含用于支撑线缆(6)的座部(12)和用于细长体(7)的座部(13),其特征在于,所述设备包括用于独立地闭合所述座部(12,13)的分立的部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述部件包括用于闭合支撑线缆(6)的所述座部(12)的盖件(15)和用于闭合细长体(7)的所述座部(13)的盖件(17)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括将所述盖件(15)连接到设备(10)的所述本体(11)的柔性连接铰链(14),以及将所述盖件(17)连接到所述本体(11)的柔性连接铰链(16)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括用于将支撑线缆(6)和细长体(7)分别插入到所述座部(12,13)内的入口(18,19)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括在所述座部(12,13)的入口(18,19)上的外折片(20),所述外折片适于与位于所述盖件(15,17)的边缘上的对应的内折片(21)配合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括在所述盖件(15,17)内的推动部件(26),所述推动部件适于将支撑线缆(6)和细长体(7)阻挡在所述支撑线缆和所述细长体的座部(12,13)内的位置中。
