本发明公开一种具有指纹识别的显示面板及显示装置。所述显示面板包括显示区及指纹识别区,所述显示区包括若干第一像素单元,所述指纹识别区包括若干第二像素单元,每一第二像素单元包括显示单元及指纹识别单元,所述第一像素单元的像素开口面积等于所述显示单元的像素开口面积与所述指纹识别单元的面积之和,通过对所述指纹识别区的像素进行灰阶电压补偿使得所述显示区和所述指纹识别区的像素发光亮度相同,以此实现在保证电子设备安全性的同时使得所述显示面板亮度均匀。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有指纹识别的显示面板及显示装置。
背景技术
主动有机发光显示器(AMOLED)是一种利用有机半导体材料制成,通过直流电压驱动的薄膜发光器件,AMOLED显示技术无需背光灯,采用非常薄的有机材料涂层和玻璃基板,当有电流通过时,这些有机材料就会发光,AMOLED显示器更轻更薄,可视角度更大,并且能够显著节省电能。而指纹识别技术对于增强电子设备的安全性具有重要意义,目前的显示器大多不具备指纹识别功能,或者通过外加独立的指纹识别电路达到指纹识别的目的,这样会使得结构复杂,成本提高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有指纹识别的显示面板及显示装置,以在保证电子设备安全性的同时使得所述显示面板亮度均匀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有指纹识别的显示面板,所述显示面板包括显示区及指纹识别区,所述显示区包括若干第一像素单元,所述指纹识别区包括若干第二像素单元,每一第二像素单元包括显示单元及指纹识别单元,所述第一像素单元的像素开口面积等于所述显示单元的像素开口面积与所述指纹识别单元的面积之和,通过对所述指纹识别区的像素进行灰阶电压补偿使得所述显示区和所述指纹识别区的像素发光亮度相同。
其中,所述第一及第二像素单元包括像素驱动电路,所述像素驱动电路包括可控开关、驱动开关、存储电容及有机发光二极管,所述可控开关的控制端连接一扫描线,所述可控开关的第一端连接一数据线,所述可控开关的第二端连接所述驱动开关的控制端,所述驱动开关的第一端连接一电压端,所述驱动开关的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地,所述存储电容连接在所述驱动开关的控制端与所述驱动开关的第二端之间。
其中,所述可控开关及所述驱动开关为N型MOS薄膜晶体管或者P型MOS薄膜晶体管,所述可控开关及所述驱动开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述MOS薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。

请参阅图1,是本发明的具有指纹识别的显示面板的结构示意图。所述显示面板1包括显示区11及指纹识别区12,所述显示区11包括若干第一像素单元111,所述指纹识别区12包括若干第二像素单元121,每一第二像素单元121包括显示单元1211及指纹识别单元1212,所述第一像素单元111的像素开口面积等于所述显示单元1211的像素开口面积与所述指纹识别单元1212的面积之和,通过对所述指纹识别区12的像素进行灰阶电压补偿使得所述显示区11和所述指纹识别区12的像素发光亮度相同。
请参阅图2,所述第一及第二像素单元111及121包括像素驱动电路13,所述像素驱动电路13包括可控开关T1、驱动开关T2、存储电容C及有机发光二极管OLED,所述可控开关T1的控制端连接一扫描线Gate,所述可控开关T1的第一端连接一数据线Data,所述可控开关T1的第二端连接所述驱动开关T2的控制端,所述驱动开关T2的第一端连接一电压端Vdd,所述驱动开关T2的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管OLED的阳极,所述有机发光二极管OLED的阴极接地,所述存储电容C连接在所述驱动开关T2的控制端与所述驱动开关T2的第二端之间。
在本实施例中,所述可控开关T1及所述驱动开关T2为N型MOS薄膜晶体管或者P型MOS薄膜晶体管,所述可控开关T1及所述驱动开关T2的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述MOS薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。在其他实施例中,所述可控开关T1及所述驱动开关T2也可根据需要选择其他类型的开关,只要能实现本发明的目的。
通过对所述指纹识别区的灰阶电压进行补偿,使得所述显示区的像素亮度和所述指纹识别区的像素亮度相同。首先通过所述有机发光二极管OLED的电流I,满足如下公式:

所述第一及第二像素单元包括像素驱动电路,所述像素驱动电路包括可控开关、驱动开关、存储电容及有机发光二极管,所述可控开关的控制端连接一扫描线,所述可控开关的第一端连接一数据线,所述可控开关的第二端连接所述驱动开关的控制端,所述驱动开关的第一端连接一电压端,所述驱动开关的第二端连接所述有机发光二极管的阳极,所述有机发光二极管的阴极接地,所述存储电容连接在所述驱动开关的控制端与所述驱动开关的第二端之间;

其中,A1为所述显示区的像素开口面积,A2为所述指纹识别区的像素开口面积,β为常数;Vd1为所述显示区的灰阶电压,Vd2为所述指纹识别区的灰阶电压,Vth为所述驱动开关的阈值电压,以对所述指纹识别区的灰阶电压进行补偿,使得所述显示区的像素发光亮度和所述指纹识别区的像素发光亮度相同。
5.根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述可控开关及所述驱动开关为N型MOS薄膜晶体管或者P型MOS薄膜晶体管,所述可控开关及所述驱动开关的控制端、第一端及第二端分别对应所述MOS薄膜晶体管的栅极、漏极及源极。
6.根据权利要求4所述的显示装置,其特征在于,β取决于所述有机发光二极管的材料特性。
