Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种基于AMOLED和指纹识别的驱动扫描电路、显示屏及移动终端。
背景技术
作为新一代显示技术,AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light emitting diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体)具有低功耗、高色域、高亮度、高分辨率、宽视角、高响应速度等优点,因此备受市场的青睐。
目前很多手机为了追求更高的显示效果及更低的功耗,AMOLED的自发光显示屏开始逐步被广泛使用。通过主动式AMOLED发光电路及原理,可以发现其结构和指纹识别结构有很多的相似性,并且通过电路的整合可以形成固有的指纹识别电路图案。基于AMOLED的显示面板,最上层为阴极层,其可为透明ITO导电材料,形成一个单元格;下面一层为有机层,主要是发出RGB三基色的发光材料,最下层是阳极层及TFT电路矩阵。目前指纹的像素识别行内标准是508ppi,AMOLED完全能达到相关标准。
随着指纹识别在手机端的风靡,越来越多的指纹方案都出现在实际产品中,但是所有的指纹都由于其复杂的结构,或者实现原理,只能在手机一小部分区域实现相关的指纹识别及操作。目前指纹识别的能力也只是局限在对玻璃或者相关隔离板的穿透力的研究及发展,而很少关注于怎么实现在手机屏幕的任何区域进行手指指纹的识别及实现相关的有效动作。
因此,针对上述技术问题,有必要提供一种基于AMOLED和指纹识别的驱动扫描电路、显示屏及移动终端。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种驱动扫描电路、显示屏及移动终端,以实现在手机屏幕的任何显示区域进行手指指纹的识别及实现相关的有效动作。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施例提供的技术方案如下:

第二状态,第一驱动电压和第一开关电压控制第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管和第三薄膜晶体管截止,第二驱动电压和第二开关电压控制第四薄膜晶体管导通,第四薄膜晶体管形成像素电容进行指纹识别。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述AMOLED驱动单元中:
第一薄膜晶体管的栅极与第一开关电压相连,源极和漏极分别与第一驱动电压和第二薄膜晶体管相连;
所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与第一薄膜晶体管相连,源极和漏极分别与阳极高电平和OLED相连;
所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和阴极低电平相连。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述阴极低电平为接地零电平。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述指纹扫描单元中:
所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极与第二开关电压相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和第二驱动电压相连。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与阳极高电平之间设有用于驱动第二薄膜晶体管的电容。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一开关电压和第一驱动电压分别与第一扫描线和第一讯号线连接,所述第二开关电压和第二驱动电压分别与第二扫描线和第二讯号线连接。
相应地,一种显示屏,所述显示面板包括阴极层、阳极层、有机发光层、及上述的驱动扫描电路。
相应地,一种移动终端,所述移动终端包括上述的驱动扫描电路。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述移动终端至少包括驱动显示状态和指纹扫描状态,其中:
在驱动显示状态时,驱动扫描电路中的AMOLED驱动单元用于驱动OLED发光以实现移动终端的显示功能;
在指纹扫描状态时,驱动扫描电路中的指纹扫描单元形成指纹所需的单位像素的电容矩阵,并利用电容算法采集指纹,以实现在移动终端的任何显示区域进行指纹识别及相关的有效动作。
本发明的驱动扫描电路在AMOLED驱动电路的阴极端增加了指纹扫描单元,既可以实现AMOLED的驱动显示功能,也可以实现指纹识别功能;能够在实现显示面板任意区域进行指纹识别及与指纹识别相关的有效操作。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明中的技术方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
现有技术中AMOLED驱动电路包括若干AMOLED驱动单元,参图1所示,每个驱动单元包括两个薄膜晶体管(第一薄膜晶体管T1和第二薄膜晶体管T2)、一个电容Cs和一个OLED,其中:
第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极与横向的扫描信号线相连,扫描信号线提供开关电压Vsel,开关电压Vsel是第一薄膜晶体管T1的开关电压,当扫描线被选中时,第一薄膜晶体管T1导通,电流导通。第一薄膜晶体管T的源极与纵向的讯号线相连,漏极与第二薄膜晶体管T2相连;
第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极与第一薄膜晶体管T1的漏极相连,源极与阳极高电平Vdd相连,漏极与OLED相连。
第一薄膜晶体管T1源极连接的讯号线提供驱动电压Vdata,当第一薄膜晶体管T1导通时,驱动电压Vdata能够驱动第二薄膜晶体管T2导通。
该AMOLED驱动单元中还包括一个OLED,其两端分别与第二薄膜晶体管T2的漏极和阴极端相连。
进一步地,第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极和源极之间连接有电容Cs,Cs在第二薄膜晶体管T2未导通的时候处于充电状态,T2导通以后,为了减小Vdata的驱动功耗,用Cs的存储电量驱动第二薄膜晶体管T2,同时点亮OLED。
其中,第一薄膜晶体管T1的源极和栅极可以对换,第二薄膜晶体管T2的源极和漏极也可以对换,在此不再详细说明。
本发明一具体实施方式中基于AMOLED和指纹识别的驱动扫描电路包括若干阵列排布的驱动扫描单元,驱动扫描单元是在现有的AMOLED驱动单元上进行的改进。
参图2所示,每个驱动扫描单元包括用于驱动OLED发光的AMOLED驱动单元和用于形成像素电容的指纹扫描单元,其中:
AMOLED驱动单元包括第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2、第三薄膜晶体管T3及OLED,第一薄膜晶体管T1与第一驱动电压Vdata1和第一开关电压Vsel1相连,第二薄膜晶体管T2和第三薄膜晶体管T3分别与阳极端和阴极端相连,OLED位于阴极端和第二薄膜晶体管T2之间;
阴极端还包括第四薄膜晶体管T4,第四薄膜晶体管T4与第二驱动电压Vdata2和第二开关电压Vsel2相连;
本发明中的AMOLED驱动单元和指纹扫描单元有且只有一个处于导通状态,包括:
第一状态,第一驱动电压Vdata1和第一开关电压Vsel1控制第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2和第三薄膜晶体管T3导通,第二驱动电压Vdata2和第二开关电压Vsel2控制第四薄膜晶体管T4截止,AMOLED驱动单元驱动OLED导通发光;
第二状态,第一驱动电压Vdata1和第一开关电压Vsel1控制第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2和第三薄膜晶体管T3截止,第二驱动电压Vdata2和第二开关电压Vsel2控制第四薄膜晶体管T4导通,第四薄膜晶体管T4形成像素电容进行指纹识别。
本实施方式的AMOLED驱动单元中:
第一薄膜晶体管T1的栅极与第一开关电压Vsel1相连,源极和漏极分别与第一驱动电压Vdata1和第二薄膜晶体管T2相连;
第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极与第一薄膜晶体管T1相连,源极和漏极分别与阳极高电平Vdd和OLED相连;
第三薄膜晶体管T3的栅极与第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和阴极低电平相连,优选地,阴极低电平为接地(GND)零电平。
在指纹扫描单元中:
第四薄膜晶体管T4的栅极与第二开关电压Vsel2相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和第二驱动电压Vdata2相连。
优选地,在本实施方式中第二薄膜晶体管T2的栅极与阳极高电平Vdd之间设有用于驱动第二薄膜晶体管的电容Cs,该电容Cs与现有技术AMOLED驱动电路中的电容Cs作用相同,Cs在第二薄膜晶体管T2未导通的时候处于充电状态,T2导通以后,为了减小Vdata1的驱动功耗,用Cs的存储电量驱动第二薄膜晶体管T2,同时点亮OLED。
本实施方式中的第一开关电压Vsel1和第一驱动电压Vdata1分别与第一扫描线(未图示)和第一讯号线(未图示)连接,第二开关电压Vsel2和第二驱动电压Vdata2分别与第二扫描线(未图示)和第二讯号线(未图示)连接。
本实施方式中基于AMOLED和指纹识别的驱动扫描电路的工作原理具体为:
当选择第一开关电压Vsel1及第一驱动电压Vdata1时,第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2、第三薄膜晶体管T3导通,第四薄膜晶体管T4截止,阴极端为接地,OLED处于导通发光状态;
当选择第二开关电压Vsel2及第二驱动电压Vdata2时,第一薄膜晶体管T1、第二薄膜晶体管T2、第三薄膜晶体管T3截止,第四薄膜晶体管T4导通,阴极端为指纹的电极感应端(sensor扫描端),此时若干阵列排布的阴极端就形成指纹扫描矩阵。参图3所示,驱动扫描电路此时可以形成指纹所需的单位像素的电容矩阵,然后用自电容的算法采集指纹,匹配并进行解锁及支付等操作,自电容的算法为指纹识别中的常用算法,如参中国专利CN104808886A所述,在此不再进行赘述。
本发明的另一实施方式还公开了一种显示屏,该显示屏包括阴极层、阳极层、有机发光层、及上述的驱动扫描电路。
本发明的再一实施方式还公开了一种移动终端,该移动终端包括上述驱动扫描电路。该移动终端至少包括驱动显示状态和指纹扫描状态,其中:
在驱动显示状态时,移动终端显示屏中的驱动扫描电路中的AMOLED驱动单元用于驱动OLED发光以实现移动终端的显示功能;
在指纹扫描状态时,移动终端显示屏中的驱动扫描电路中的指纹扫描单元形成指纹所需的单位像素的电容矩阵,并利用电容算法采集指纹,以实现在移动终端的任何显示区域进行指纹识别及相关的有效动作。
本发明中的移动终端包括但不限于手机、平板、平板电脑等电子设备。
由以上实施方式可以看出,本发明的驱动扫描电路在AMOLED驱动电路的阴极端增加了指纹扫描单元,既可以实现AMOLED的驱动显示功能,也可以实现指纹识别功能;能够在实现显示面板任意区域进行指纹识别及与指纹识别相关的有效操作。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
Claims (7)
1.一种驱动扫描电路,包括若干阵列排布的驱动扫描单元,其特征在于,每个驱动扫描单元包括用于驱动OLED发光的AMOLED驱动单元和用于形成像素电容的指纹扫描单元,其中,
所述AMOLED驱动单元包括第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管、第三薄膜晶体管及OLED,所述第一薄膜晶体管与第一驱动电压和第一开关电压相连,第二薄膜晶体管和第三薄膜晶体管分别与阳极端和阴极端相连,所述OLED位于阴极端和第二薄膜晶体管之间;
所述阴极端还包括第四薄膜晶体管,所述第四薄膜晶体管与第二驱动电压和第二开关电压相连;
所述AMOLED驱动单元和指纹扫描单元有且只有一个处于导通状态;
所述AMOLED驱动单元中:第一薄膜晶体管的栅极与第一开关电压相连,源极和漏极分别与第一驱动电压和第二薄膜晶体管相连;所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与第一薄膜晶体管相连,源极和漏极分别与阳极高电平和OLED相连;所述第三薄膜晶体管的栅极与第二薄膜晶体管的栅极相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和阴极低电平相连;所述指纹扫描单元中:所述第四薄膜晶体管的栅极与第二开关电压相连,源极和漏极分别与OLED和第二驱动电压相连,所述驱动扫描电路包括:
第一状态,第一驱动电压和第一开关电压控制第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管和第三薄膜晶体管导通,第二驱动电压和第二开关电压控制第四薄膜晶体管截止,AMOLED驱动单元驱动OLED导通发光;
第二状态,第一驱动电压和第一开关电压控制第一薄膜晶体管、第二薄膜晶体管和第三薄膜晶体管截止,第二驱动电压和第二开关电压控制第四薄膜晶体管导通,第四薄膜晶体管形成像素电容进行指纹识别。
2.根据权利要求1所述的驱动扫描电路,其特征在于,所述阴极低电平为接地零电平。
3.根据权利要求1所述的驱动扫描电路,其特征在于,所述第二薄膜晶体管的栅极与阳极高电平之间设有用于驱动第二薄膜晶体管的电容。
4.根据权利要求1所述的驱动扫描电路,其特征在于,所述第一开关电压和第一驱动电压分别与第一扫描线和第一讯号线连接,所述第二开关电压和第二驱动电压分别与第二扫描线和第二讯号线连接。
5.一种显示屏,其特征在于,所述显示屏包括阴极层、阳极层、有机发光层、及权利要求1~4中任一项所述的驱动扫描电路。
6.一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括权利要求1~4任一项所述的驱动扫描电路。
7.根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端至少包括驱动显示状态和指纹扫描状态,其中:
在驱动显示状态时,驱动扫描电路中的AMOLED驱动单元用于驱动OLED发光以实现移动终端的显示功能;
在指纹扫描状态时,驱动扫描电路中的指纹扫描单元形成指纹所需的单位像素的电容矩阵,并利用电容算法采集指纹,以实现在移动终端的任何显示区域进行指纹识别及相关的有效动作。
