本发明公开了一种旋塞阀,包括铝合金材质的阀体和铜材质的阀球,所述阀体为中空结构,所述阀球内嵌于阀体中,所述旋塞阀的阀球球心(1)相对于阀体轴心线(3)偏心,所述阀球通过转轴与阀体相连接以实现相对于阀体的转动,所述转轴顶部具有内六角扳手孔,所述转轴底部与阀球固接,所述转轴与阀体直接为过渡配合且配合处设置有密封圈;所述阀体左端为入口,所述入口为锥螺纹孔;所述阀体具有阀体通孔(4),所述阀球具有阀球通孔(2);所述阀体入口连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体。本旋塞阀开启轻松,并且具有过滤功能,阀球不易损坏。

一种旋塞阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,具体说是一种旋塞阀。
背景技术
旋塞阀是管路建设中的常用阀门,通过旋转阀球使阀球通孔与阀体通孔错开或重合,可接通或切断钻管道内的水体流动。
现有的旋塞阀,当阀门处于关闭状态时,阀体通孔与阀球通孔轴心线垂直,被密封的水流把阀球压在阀座上,形成阻止开启的摩擦力矩,作用在阀球上的压力相对于阀球的旋转轴线对称分布。当水压较大时,摩擦力矩将导致阀门无法打开。并且,现有的阀门不具有过滤功能,阀球易损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种开关方便、使用寿命长的旋塞阀。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种旋塞阀,包括铝合金材质的阀体和铜材质的阀球,所述阀体为中空结构,所述阀球内嵌于阀体中,所述旋塞阀的阀球球心相对于阀体轴心线偏心,所述阀球通过转轴与阀体相连接以实现相对于阀体的转动,所述转轴顶部具有内六角扳手孔,所述转轴底部与阀球固接,所述转轴与阀体直接为过渡配合且配合处设置有密封圈,所述密封圈材质为聚四氟乙烯;所述阀体左端为入口,所述入口为锥螺纹孔;所述阀体具有阀体通孔,所述阀球具有阀球通孔;
所述阀体入口连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽,所述内螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓沿管体径向从内向外的方向外螺旋槽的槽口宽度逐渐变宽。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述旋塞阀的阀球通孔轴线通过阀球球心;所述旋塞阀的阀体轴心线与阀体通孔轴心线相同轴。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:当阀门关闭时,阀体通孔孔在阀球上的投影相对与球心是一个偏心圆,即投影面积被阀球启闭旋转轴分为一大一小两部分。水流作用在阀球投影面上的压力对阀球启闭旋转轴取矩,形成一大一小、方向相反的两个力矩,力矩差与开启旋塞阀的力矩方向相一致,即让这部分力矩叠加在外加的开启力矩上,增大实际的开启力矩,从而旋塞阀就能够轻松开启。另一方面,所述阀体入口连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,能够对水流进行过滤,阀芯不易损坏,而且所述过滤管相对于常见的过滤管有如下优点:(1)过滤管具有外螺旋槽,管外的水流在压力作用下沿外螺旋槽螺旋流动,使得杂质在管壁外分布更加均匀,滤孔的利用和损耗更加均匀,并增加了水流经过滤孔的次数,提高了过滤效率;(2)过滤管内外的水流分别沿内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽流动,相互间在滤孔处碰撞,从而能够将堵塞在滤孔外的杂质冲击掉,达到过滤管自清洗的目的,降低了清洗成本;(3)过滤管内的水流沿内螺旋槽螺旋流动形成流速均匀的水流,经过过滤的水一进入过滤管立即受内螺旋槽内水流的引导而沿内螺旋槽流动,达到平稳管内水流的作用,且外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽、内螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽的结构有助于将经过过滤的水分散到不同的内螺旋槽内,进一步降低了刚进入管体内的水对管内水的冲击;(4)过滤管具有内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽,有助于管体的弯曲,且在弯曲时可在外螺旋槽内盘入电热丝加热,进一步降低了弯曲的弯度,另一方面,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程,降低了弯曲造成管体破裂的可能性;(5)外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,通过设定不同部位的导程可实现控制过滤管不同位置内外水流速度的功能;(6)外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜,保证在车削内螺旋槽时可通过选择车削方向使得刀具车到内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处时车刀行进方向与外螺旋槽两侧壁由外边向内底边的方向皆成锐角避免崩刀,降低了加工难度;(7)过滤管外螺旋槽的槽口宽度沿管体径向从内向外的方向逐渐变宽,有助于在加工过程中通过挤压方式将密封胶填充到外螺旋槽中,使得外螺旋槽底部的密封胶填充更加致密,进一步避免了在车削内螺旋槽时在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处出现崩刀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1至3,一种旋塞阀,包括铝合金材质的阀体和铜材质的阀球,所述阀体为中空结构,所述阀球内嵌于阀体中,所述旋塞阀的阀球球心1相对于阀体轴心线3偏心,优选偏心距离为4.5mm,所述阀球通过转轴与阀体相连接以实现相对于阀体的转动,所述转轴顶部具有内六角扳手孔用于旋转阀球,所述转轴底部与阀球相焊接,所述转轴与阀体直接为过渡配合且配合处设置有密封圈,所述密封圈材质为聚四氟乙烯;所述阀体左端为入口,所述入口为NPT3/8锥螺纹孔;所述阀体具有阀体通孔4,所述阀球具有阀球通孔2;
如图2,所述旋塞阀的阀球通孔2轴线通过阀球球心1;所述旋塞阀的阀体轴心线3与阀体通孔4轴心线相同轴。
如图3,根据偏心面重心6与阀球球心1之间距离计算出偏心面积5,从而计算出水流作用在阀球投的两个方向相反的力矩的力矩差,力矩差与开启旋塞阀的力矩方向相一致,即让这部分力矩叠加在外加的开启力矩上,增大实际的开启力矩,从而旋塞阀就能够轻松开启。
所述阀体入口连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中。
如图4和5,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔。
所述外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽,所述内螺旋槽为三头螺旋槽;
所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程。
如图6,所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜且沿管体径向从内向外的方向外螺旋槽的槽口宽度逐渐变宽。
所述过滤管的加工方法包括如下步骤:
(A)粗车、精车管体外壁;
(B)粗车、精车外螺旋槽;
(C)粗车、精车管体内壁;
(D)向外螺旋槽内灌注密封胶,如图6,由于外螺旋槽的槽口宽度沿管体径向从内向外的方向逐渐变宽,通过挤压方式可以将密封胶填充到外螺旋槽中并使得外螺旋槽底部的密封胶填充更加致密,避免了后续工序中在车削内螺旋槽时在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处出现崩刀;冷却至密封胶凝固;
(E)粗车、精车内螺旋槽:由于外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜,因此在车削内螺旋槽时可选择按图3从左向右的车削方向,即可使得刀具车到内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处时车刀行进方向与外螺旋槽两侧壁由外边向内底边的方向皆成锐角,从而避免崩刀,降低了加工难度;并且,外螺旋槽内填充了密封胶,极大地避免了车刀在内螺旋槽和外螺旋槽相交处因为断屑而引起的振动,进一步避免了崩刀现象的发生,并且保证了内螺旋槽槽壁的粗糙度;
(F)在外螺旋槽中缠绕电热丝对过滤管进行加热,在高温条件下将冷却管弯曲至所需形状。

1.一种旋塞阀,包括铝合金材质的阀体和铜材质的阀球,所述阀体为中空结构,所述阀球内嵌于阀体中,其特征在于:所述旋塞阀的阀球球心(1)相对于阀体轴心线(3)偏心,所述阀球通过转轴与阀体相连接以实现相对于阀体的转动,所述转轴顶部具有内六角扳手孔,所述转轴底部与阀球固接,所述转轴与阀体直接为过渡配合且配合处设置有密封圈,所述密封圈材质为聚四氟乙烯;所述阀体左端为入口,所述入口为锥螺纹孔;所述阀体具有阀体通孔(4),所述阀球具有阀球通孔(2);
所述阀体入口连接有过滤管和内径大于过滤管外径的连接口,所述过滤管位于连接口的内腔中,所述过滤管具有外端封堵的管体,所述管体外壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的外螺旋槽,所述管体内壁上具有以管体为导圆柱的内螺旋槽,所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽旋向相反,所述外螺旋槽的槽深和内螺旋槽的槽深之和大于管体的壁厚以在管体上形成菱形的滤孔。
2.如权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述外螺旋槽为单头螺旋槽,所述内螺旋槽为多头螺旋槽。
3.如权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述外螺旋槽和内螺旋槽均为变导程螺旋槽,管体需弯曲部位的导程大于不需要弯曲的部位的导程。
4.如权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓的左轮廓线与右轮廓线均向同侧倾斜。
5.如权利要求1所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述外螺旋槽法向截面轮廓沿管体径向从内向外的方向外螺旋槽的槽口宽度逐渐变宽。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一所述的旋塞阀,其特征在于:所述旋塞阀的阀球通孔(2)轴线通过阀球球心(1);所述旋塞阀的阀体轴心线(3)与阀体通孔(4)轴心线相同轴。
