自动升降式脚手架,包括升降机和操作台,升降机顶端固定有顶平台,所述的顶平台呈矩形,顶平台中心处设有一立柱,立柱顶端与顶平台的四个角之间有绷直的钢丝绳;顶平台的四个角各有一根钢管,钢管另一端分别连接在操作台的四个角上,所述的操作台具有底板和安全围栏,底板中间留有供楼体穿过的空间,安全围栏围在底板外围,每面安全围栏上至少固定一组相互平行的延伸板,延伸板前端铰接滚轮,所述的滚轮位于底板内边缘。本发明的自动升降式脚手架结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便,具有很好的推广使用价值。

自动升降式脚手架
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,具体地说是一种自动升降式脚手架。
背景技术
现有的升降脚手架(申请号:201410262263.X)包括架体,架体上装电动葫芦,电动葫芦带动的吊绳穿过滑轮组后固定于和滑轮组上方建筑物连接的附着支撑架上,滑轮组装于架体上、电动葫芦的下方;滑轮组有二个滑轮组成,其中一个滑轮为固定不动的定滑轮,另一个滑轮为可上下移动的动滑轮;架体上设置由前后两根竖向无缝钢管组成的钢管导轨,在附着支撑架上设置由左右两组非线性圆弧滚轮组成的圆环轨道,钢管导轨位于与圆环轨道中,与圆环轨道配合。该升降脚手架通过电动葫芦和滑轮组配合使用,用钢球重力锁紧防坠落装置依靠架体重力瞬间自动锁紧,锁紧力大,下坠位移小。但该升降脚手架还存在一些问题:电动葫芦和滑轮组的使用比较复杂,容易出现钢管相互缠绕的情况,实用性差。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,提高脚手架的实用性,本发明提供一种自动升降式脚手架,该脚手架安全系数高,且与建筑墙体间无连接,可以自由移动。
本发明采用如下技术方案:自动升降式脚手架,包括升降机和操作台,升降机顶端固定有顶平台,所述的顶平台呈矩形,顶平台中心处设有一立柱,立柱顶端与顶平台的四个角之间有绷直的钢丝绳;顶平台的四个角各有一根钢管,钢管另一端分别连接在操作台的四个角上,所述的操作台具有底板和安全围栏,底板中间留有供楼体穿过的空间,安全围栏围在底板外围,每面安全围栏上至少固定一组相互平行的延伸板,延伸板前端铰接滚轮,所述的滚轮位于底板内边缘。
本发明的自动升降式脚手架依靠升降机实现脚手架的自动升降,将操作台用钢管与升降机顶部的顶平台连接,顶平台升降牵引操作台升降,不使用滑轮,钢管之间彼此不接触,不会发生缠绕。顶平台中心的立柱与顶平台四个角之间的钢丝绳可以保证顶平台始终呈水平,不会发生倾斜,从而保证操作台始终保持水平;操作台外围的安全围栏起到保护作用,防止施工者或操作台上的建筑材料掉落;在使用时,操作台内的滚轮沿建筑墙体滚动,可以防止操作台晃动。
本发明的自动升降式脚手架结构简单、安全可靠、使用方便,具有很好的推广使用价值。
进一步地,所述的钢丝绳上设置有紧绳器,可以利用紧绳器将钢丝绳拉紧、绷直,从而保证顶平台水平。
进一步地,所述的立柱与顶平台四个边的中点之间有钢丝绳,顶平台的四个边的中点与操作台的四个安全围栏的中点之间有钢管,钢丝绳可以使操作台受力均匀,保持水平,还将操作台的重量分散在每根钢管上,减小单根钢管的承重量,防止钢管断裂。
进一步地,所述顶平台由若干大小相同的平板铰接而成,可以方便运输和存放。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例作具体描述:
自动升降式脚手架,如图1所示,包括升降机1和操作台,升降机1的升降杆11顶端固定有顶平台12,顶平台12可以与升降机1一体,也可以是后续固定安装在升降杆11顶端的,所述的顶平台12呈矩形,由六块大小相同的平板铰接而成,顶平台12中心处设有一立柱2,立柱2顶端与顶平台12的四个角及两个长边的中点之间各有一根绷直的钢丝绳3,钢丝绳3上设置有紧绳器4,用于使钢丝绳3绷直;顶平台12的四个角及两个长边的中点都各固定一根钢管6;所述的操作台具有底板51和安全围栏52,底板51呈“口”字型,安全围栏52围在底板51相对较长的两面安全围栏52上固定两组相互平行的延伸板53,相对较短的两面安全围栏52上固定一组延伸板53,每组延伸板53前端都铰接一个滚轮54,所述的滚轮54位于底板51内边缘,并稍微伸出底板51,滚轮用于与建筑墙体M接触,并沿墙体M滑动,如图2所示。 使用时,升降机1的升降杆11升降,从而使顶平台12升降,牵引操作台自动升降,操作台的滚轮54则沿墙体滑动,以保证操作台平稳。

1.自动升降式脚手架,其特征在于:包括升降机和操作台,升降机顶端固定有顶平台,顶平台与升降机一体,所述的顶平台呈矩形,顶平台中心处设有一立柱,立柱顶端与顶平台的四个角之间有绷直的钢丝绳;顶平台的四个角各有一根钢管,钢管另一端分别连接在操作台的四个角上,所述的操作台具有底板和安全围栏,底板中间留有供楼外墙穿过的空间,安全围栏围在底板外围,每面安全围栏上至少固定一组相互平行的延伸板,延伸板前端铰接滚轮,所述的滚轮位于底板内边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动升降式脚手架,其特征在于:所述的钢丝绳上设置有紧绳器。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动升降式脚手架,其特征在于:所述的立柱与顶平台四个边的中点之间有钢丝绳,顶平台的四个边的中点与操作台的四个安全围栏的中点之间有钢管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动升降式脚手架,其特征在于:所述顶平台由若干大小相同的平板铰接而成。
