Abstract
本发明公开了一种路面切割机,其中包含了安装在机架上的路面切割机的带传动装置、切深进给机构。本发明采用的切深进给机构包括了丝杠螺母结构和双摇杆机构,其中的丝杠螺母机构包括了丝杠轴和螺纹套筒,丝杠轴通过轴承座及安装轴承座的可转动转板连接起来,丝杠轴的上端采用销钉与手轮套筒相连接。通过转动手轮调节丝杠螺母机构可以改变双摇杆机构的丝杠螺母副所在的摇杆的边长,从而改变双摇杆机构整体的角度和位置,进而实现控制锯片切割地面的深度。本发明采用上述机构,不仅可以很好地实现切削地面深度,而且简单易操作,实用性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种路面切割机。
背景技术
切缝是混凝土路面施工中必不可少的一个环节,路面切缝使由路面内部的载荷应力、疲劳应力、温差应力及干缩应力等导致的不规则自然断裂变为可控制的断裂和规则接缝,从而延长路面使用寿命。路面切割机,作为路面切缝的工具,它对于建设高质量公路和公路维护有着举足轻重的地位,所以对路面切割机的设计有着很大的需要。就我国现有的道路切缝技术而言,无论是理论上还是实际存在的机器上都存在很多不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种路面切割机,该路面切割机可以实现较好路面切深的控制,具有简单易操作的特点。
为了实现以上目的,本发明采用的方案是:一种路面切割机,其中包含了安装在机架上的的路面切割机的切深进给机构。
本发明采用的切深进给机构包括了丝杠螺母结构和双摇杆机构,其中的丝杠螺母机构包括了丝杠轴和螺纹套筒,丝杠轴通过轴承座及安装轴承座的可转动转板连接起来,丝杠轴的上端采用销钉与手轮套筒相连接。通过转动手轮调节丝杠螺母机构可以改变双摇杆机构的丝杠螺母副所在的摇杆的边长,从而改变双摇杆机构整体的角度和位置,进而实现控制锯片切割地面的深度。

具体实施方案
下面结合附图对本发明进行进一步说明。路面切割机工作时,电动机主轴转动,经过带轮和带传动将动力传递到锯片所在主轴,从而实现锯片旋转;转动手轮6,经过键12连接将转动传递到丝杠轴7上,其中,手轮6与丝杠轴7之间还有紧定螺钉13进行进一步固定,丝杠轴7与轴承座15之间为过盈配合,轴承座撑板14与轴承座15之间用四个螺栓进行连接。丝杠轴1与螺纹钢管9构成丝杠螺母副,即可以调节手轮来调整丝杠螺母副之间配合的长度,改变此长度即为改变了双摇杆机构的一条摇杆边长,从而使锯片所在主轴发生角度变化,进而带动锯片升降,即实现了切割路面的深度。
Claims (3)
1.一种路面切割机,包括安装电机的机架,传动装置,主轴,主轴上安装有锯片夹紧装置,以及采用双摇杆机构的切深进给装置,其特征在于,所述切深进给装置,包括了丝杠螺母结构和双摇杆机构,其中的丝杠螺母机构包括了丝杠轴和螺纹钢管,丝杠轴通过过盈连接安装在带座轴承上,带座轴承与轴承座撑板用螺栓连接起来,丝杠轴的上端采用普通平键和销钉与手轮相连接;通过转动手轮调节丝杠螺母机构可以改变双摇杆机构的丝杠螺母副所在的摇杆的边长,从而改变双摇杆机构整体的角度和位置,进而实现控制锯片切割地面的深度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的路面切割机,其特征在于,所述的切深进给装置采用丝杠螺母副,其中包括丝杠轴和螺纹钢管,摆动机构为双摇杆机构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的路面切割机,其特征在于,所述的丝杠轴与手轮之间采用键连接,并用紧定螺钉进行固定。
