本发明公开了一种泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂,涉及泵铸造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:丙烯酸树脂70-80份、酚醛树脂20-30份、聚乙烯醇12-16份、石蜡油10-15份、卡拉胶8-12份、乙丙橡胶6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、壳聚糖4-8份、纳米胶粉3-6份、硼砂1-2份、聚乙二醇15-20份、异丙醇25-30份。本发明粘结剂粘性适宜,气化时不会产生有害气体,并且其气化后的残留物不会与金属液发生反应,从而保证泵体质量。

一种泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂
技术领域:
本发明涉及泵铸造技术领域,具体涉及一种泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂。
背景技术:
消失模铸造,是泡沫塑料模采用无黏结剂干砂结合抽真空技术的实型铸造,将与铸件尺寸形状相似的泡沫模型粘结组合成模型簇,刷涂耐火涂料并烘干后,埋在干石英砂中振动造型,在负压下浇注,使模型气化,液体金属占据模型位置,凝固冷却后形成铸件的新型铸造方法。消失模的制作方法有两种,一种是由泡塑珠粒制作,另一种是由泡塑板材制作。后一种方法在制作复杂消失模时,是先利用电阻丝切割装置将泡塑板材切割成所需的模型,然后用粘结剂进行粘结,使其成为整体模型。若使用普通粘结剂虽然能达到粘结的目的,但是气化时会产生有害气体,或其残留物会与金属液发生反应,危害工人健康,影响泵体质量。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种粘性适宜、气化时不会产生有害气体,并且其气化后的残留物不会与金属液发生反应的泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
丙烯酸树脂70-80份、酚醛树脂20-30份、聚乙烯醇12-16份、石蜡油10-15份、卡拉胶8-12份、乙丙橡胶6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、壳聚糖4-8份、纳米胶粉3-6份、硼砂1-2份、聚乙二醇15-20份、异丙醇25-30份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)将聚乙二醇和异丙醇混合均匀,再加入丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂和纳米胶粉,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)趁热向物料I中加入聚乙烯醇、卡拉胶和乙丙橡胶,混合均匀后密封静置30min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入石蜡油和壳聚糖,搅拌形成均匀浆体后置于0-5℃下8-12h,然后加入纳米滑石粉和硼砂,充分混合均匀。
所述卡拉胶使用前需要经过预处理,其处理方法为:向水中加入60-80份卡拉胶和5-8份纳米硅微粉,混合均匀后在微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入7-11份环糊精和3-6份米糠蜡,继续微波处理5min,最后加热浓缩成含水量15-20%的膏体。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以丙烯酸树脂和酚醛树脂为主要原料,辅以多种功能助剂制得泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂,该粘结剂粘性适宜,气化时不会产生有害气体,并且其气化后的残留物不会与金属液发生反应,从而保证泵体质量。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)将15份聚乙二醇和30份异丙醇混合均匀,再加入70份丙烯酸树脂、20份酚醛树脂和4份纳米胶粉,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)趁热向物料I中加入15份聚乙烯醇、8份卡拉胶和8份乙丙橡胶,混合均匀后密封静置30min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入10份石蜡油和5份壳聚糖,搅拌形成均匀浆体后置于0-5℃下12h,然后加入6份纳米滑石粉和2份硼砂,充分混合均匀。
卡拉胶的预处理:向水中加入60份卡拉胶和6份纳米硅微粉,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入8份环糊精和6份米糠蜡,继续微波处理5min,最后加热浓缩成含水量15-20%的膏体。
实施例2
(1)将20份聚乙二醇和25份异丙醇混合均匀,再加入80份丙烯酸树脂、25份酚醛树脂和6份纳米胶粉,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理15min,即得物料I;
(2)趁热向物料I中加入12份聚乙烯醇、10份卡拉胶和6份乙丙橡胶,混合均匀后密封静置30min,即得物料II;
(3)向物料II中加入15份石蜡油和8份壳聚糖,搅拌形成均匀浆体后置于0-5℃下12h,然后加入8份纳米滑石粉和1份硼砂,充分混合均匀。
卡拉胶的预处理:向水中加入80份卡拉胶和8份纳米硅微粉,混合均匀后于微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入10份环糊精和4份米糠蜡,继续微波处理5min,最后加热浓缩成含水量15-20%的膏体。

丙烯酸树脂70-80份、酚醛树脂20-30份、聚乙烯醇12-16份、石蜡油10-15份、卡拉胶8-12份、乙丙橡胶6-10份、纳米滑石粉6-10份、壳聚糖4-8份、纳米胶粉3-6份、硼砂1-2份、聚乙二醇15-20份、异丙醇25-30份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂,其特征在于:所述卡拉胶使用前需要经过预处理,其处理方法为:向水中加入60-80份卡拉胶和5-8份纳米硅微粉,混合均匀后在微波频率2450MHz、功率600W下微波处理10min,再加入7-11份环糊精和3-6份米糠蜡,继续微波处理5min,最后加热浓缩成含水量15-20%的膏体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泵体消失模制造用泡塑板材粘结剂,其特征在于,其制备方法如下:
