Abstract

本发明公开了一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层,涉及木塑地板技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料加工而成:木炭粉10-15份、活性白土6-10份、木粉30-40份、秸秆干粉20-30份、硬树脂15-20份、萜烯树脂10-15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12份、石棉绒5-8份、聚丙烯酸钠5-8份、硬脂酸4-6份、氢化松香3-5份、聚乙二醇3-5份、骨炭粉2-3份、硫化猪油1-2份、乙醇60-80份。本发明由于木炭粉附着于基材层表面,因此不会影响基材层的正常使用功能,反而因木炭粉的加入不仅能够消除地板自身异味,还能有效吸收室内其他材料所释放的有害气体,从而净化室内空气。

一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层
技术领域:
本发明涉及木塑地板技术领域,具体涉及一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层。
背景技术:
木塑地板是一种利用塑料与植物纤维材料经挤出等工艺生产的一种新型地板,兼有木材和塑料的性能与特征,能代替木材和塑料的新型环保高科技材料。具有优异的物理性能、环保性,外观质感好,并且具有木材的二次加工性,通过常规作业方式,可加工成各种设施和制品。一般的木塑地板包括四层结构,由上至下依次为耐磨层、装饰层、基材层和平衡层,需要分别加工出这四层结构,再通过黏合剂或压制工艺将其组合在一起。
虽然木塑地板的环保性相对一般类型地板较高,但部分由于黏合剂的使用仍会释放出有害气体。另外,经过装修后的房屋本身就存在有害气体,虽然通过在室内摆放绿色植物和活性炭能够部分去除,但在后期居住期间仍会缓慢释放有害气体。本公司开发出一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层,利用在木塑地板基材层中添加木炭粉的方法,制得具有净化空气作用的地板,从而提高地板的环保性。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种不仅能消除地板自身异味,还能有效吸收室内其他材料所释放有害气体的环保型木塑地板基材层。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层,由如下重量份数的原料加工而成:
木炭粉10-15份、活性白土6-10份、木粉30-40份、秸秆干粉20-30份、硬树脂15-20份、萜烯树脂10-15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12份、石棉绒5-8份、聚丙烯酸钠5-8份、硬脂酸4-6份、氢化松香3-5份、聚乙二醇3-5份、骨炭粉2-3份、硫化猪油1-2份、乙醇60-80份。
其加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向乙醇中加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和聚乙二醇,充分混合后加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入木炭粉和活性白土,混合均匀,即得涂覆液;
(2)将硬树脂、硬脂酸和氢化松香加热至90-100℃保温混合15min,然后置于微波频率2450W、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入萜烯树脂和硫化猪油,继续微波处理5min,待自然冷却至60-70℃后加入石棉绒、聚丙烯酸钠和骨炭粉,混合均匀后保温10min,即得混合物料;
(3)室温下将混合物料、木粉和秸秆干粉加入高速混合机中,10min后转入挤出机中,经挤出制得板材,板材经充分冷却后在其表面喷涂上述所制涂覆液,待自然固化后即得基材层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在所制基材层表面涂覆添加有木炭粉的涂覆液的方法,制得环保型木塑地板基材层,由于木炭粉附着于基材层表面,因此不会影响基材层的正常使用功能,反而因木炭粉的加入不仅能够消除地板自身异味,还能有效吸收室内其他材料所释放的有害气体,从而净化室内空气。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)向60份乙醇中加入10份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和3份聚乙二醇,充分混合后加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入10份木炭粉和8份活性白土,混合均匀,即得涂覆液;
(2)将15份硬树脂、4份硬脂酸和4份氢化松香加热至90-100℃保温混合15min,然后置于微波频率2450W、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入10份萜烯树脂和1份硫化猪油,继续微波处理5min,待自然冷却至60-70℃后加入5份石棉绒、6份聚丙烯酸钠和2份骨炭粉,混合均匀后保温10min,即得混合物料;
(3)室温下将混合物料、30份木粉和20份秸秆干粉加入高速混合机中,10min后转入挤出机中,经挤出制得板材,板材经充分冷却后在其表面喷涂上述所制涂覆液,待自然固化后即得基材层。
实施例2
(1)向80份乙醇中加入12份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和5份聚乙二醇,充分混合后加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入15份木炭粉和6份活性白土,混合均匀,即得涂覆液;
(2)将20份硬树脂、5份硬脂酸和4份氢化松香加热至90-100℃保温混合15min,然后置于微波频率2450W、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入10份萜烯树脂和2份硫化猪油,继续微波处理5min,待自然冷却至60-70℃后加入7份石棉绒、5份聚丙烯酸钠和2份骨炭粉,混合均匀后保温10min,即得混合物料;
(3)室温下将混合物料、40份木粉和25份秸秆干粉加入高速混合机中,10min后转入挤出机中,经挤出制得板材,板材经充分冷却后在其表面喷涂上述所制涂覆液,待自然固化后即得基材层。

Claims (2)

1.一种添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料加工而成:
木炭粉10-15份、活性白土6-10份、木粉30-40份、秸秆干粉20-30份、硬树脂15-20份、萜烯树脂10-15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物8-12份、石棉绒5-8份、聚丙烯酸钠5-8份、硬脂酸4-6份、氢化松香3-5份、聚乙二醇3-5份、骨炭粉2-3份、硫化猪油1-2份、乙醇60-80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的添加木炭粉的环保型木塑地板基材层,其特征在于,其加工方法包括如下步骤:
(1)向乙醇中加入乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和聚乙二醇,充分混合后加热至回流状态保温处理15min,再加入木炭粉和活性白土,混合均匀,即得涂覆液;
(2)将硬树脂、硬脂酸和氢化松香加热至90-100℃保温混合15min,然后置于微波频率2450W、功率800W下微波处理10min,再加入萜烯树脂和硫化猪油,继续微波处理5min,待自然冷却至60-70℃后加入石棉绒、聚丙烯酸钠和骨炭粉,混合均匀后保温10min,即得混合物料;
(3)室温下将混合物料、木粉和秸秆干粉加入高速混合机中,10min后转入挤出机中,经挤出制得板材,板材经充分冷却后在其表面喷涂上述所制涂覆液,待自然固化后即得基材层。
