本发明公开了一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30~45份、La2Zr2O7 10~20份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al 9~23份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石15~30份、Ti6Al4V 23~35份、Ni-Fe 40~50份、Mg-Gd-Y 10~25份和羧甲基纤维素13~25份。通过上述方式,本发明承受力强,受力均匀,过渡曲面不易开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及封头领域,特别是涉及一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料。
背景技术
封头是构成设备的重要零部件,根据几何形状的不同,可分为球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型、锥壳和平盖等几种,其中球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型封头又统称为凸型封头。运用于各种容器设备,如储罐、换热器、塔、反应釜、锅炉和分离设备等,它与筒体连接一起就构成了设备的壳体。
然而,目前用于椭圆封头的复合材料的承受力弱,受力不均匀,过渡曲面易开裂。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,承受力强,受力均匀,过渡曲面不易开裂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30~45份、La2Zr2O710~20份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al9~23份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石15~30份、Ti6Al4V23~35份、Ni-Fe40~50份、Mg-Gd-Y10~25份和羧甲基纤维素13~25份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al的重量含量为11~21份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石的重量含量为20~30份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Mg-Gd-Y的重量含量为15~25份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明承受力强,受力均匀,过渡曲面不易开裂。

一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯45份、La2Zr2O720份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al21份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石30份、Ti6Al4V35份、Ni-Fe50份、Mg-Gd-Y25份和羧甲基纤维素25份。
实施例2
一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30份、La2Zr2O710份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al11份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石20份、Ti6Al4V23份、Ni-Fe40份、Mg-Gd-Y15份和羧甲基纤维素13份。
实施例3
一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯37份、La2Zr2O715份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al16份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石25份、Ti6Al4V29份、Ni-Fe45份、Mg-Gd-Y20份和羧甲基纤维素19份。
本发明用于椭圆封头的复合材料的有益效果是:本发明承受力强,受力均匀,过渡曲面不易开裂。

1.一种用于椭圆封头的复合材料,其特征在于,该复合材料包括以下组分:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、La2Zr2O7、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石、Ti6Al4V、Ni-Fe、Mg-Gd-Y和羧甲基纤维素,各组分的重量含量为:异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯30~45份、La2Zr2O710~20份、Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al9~23份、SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石15~30份、Ti6Al4V23~35份、Ni-Fe40~50份、Mg-Gd-Y10~25份和羧甲基纤维素13~25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于椭圆封头的复合材料,其特征在于,所述的Cf-TiO2/Mg-Al的重量含量为11~21份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于椭圆封头的复合材料,其特征在于,所述的SiC/C-AIPO4-莫来石的重量含量为20~30份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于椭圆封头的复合材料,其特征在于,所述的Mg-Gd-Y的重量含量为15~25份。
