本发明公开了一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:TiN/Ti-Si、Al2O3/Ti-Al、SiCn–MoSi2、Ti-43Si-19Ni、催化剂、AlTiN、聚癸二酰乙二胺和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,各组分的重量含量为:TiN/Ti-Si 20~34份、Al2O3/Ti-Al 9~23份、SiCn–MoSi2 22~33份、Ti-43Si-19Ni 17~31份、催化剂2~7份、AlTiN 4~10份、聚癸二酰乙二胺5~15份和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物30~40份。本发明具有更良好的耐腐蚀、不易渗漏、不易剥离、耐磨损、耐压力性能好、可耐较高温度、使用寿命更长。

一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及封头领域,特别是涉及一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料。
背景技术
封头是构成设备的重要零部件,根据几何形状的不同,可分为球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型、锥壳和平盖等几种,其中球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型封头又统称为凸型封头。运用于各种容器设备,如储罐、换热器、塔、反应釜、锅炉和分离设备等,它与筒体连接一起就构成了设备的壳体。
然而,目前用于槽罐车封头的材料耐腐蚀性能差、易渗漏、易剥离、耐磨损性能差、耐压力低。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,具有更良好的耐腐蚀、不易渗漏、不易剥离、耐磨损、耐压力性能好、可耐较高温度、使用寿命更长。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:TiN/Ti-Si、Al2O3/Ti-Al、SiCn–MoSi2、Ti-43Si-19Ni、催化剂、AlTiN、聚癸二酰乙二胺和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,各组分的重量含量为:TiN/Ti-Si20~34份、Al2O3/Ti-Al9~23份、SiCn-MoSi222~33份、Ti-43Si-19Ni17~31份、催化剂2~7份、AlTiN4~10份、聚癸二酰乙二胺5~15份和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物30~40份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的催化剂为Cu2O/AC。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Al2O3/Ti-Al的重量含量为11~21份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Ti-43Si-19Ni的重量含量为19~29份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有更良好的耐腐蚀、不易渗漏、不易剥离、耐磨损、耐压力性能好、可耐较高温度、使用寿命更长。

实施例1
一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:TiN/Ti-Si、Al2O3/Ti-Al、SiCn-MoSi2、Ti-43Si-19Ni、Cu2O/AC催化剂、AlTiN、聚癸二酰乙二胺和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,各组分的重量含量为:TiN/Ti-Si34份、Al2O3/Ti-Al21份、SiCn–MoSi233份、Ti-43Si-19Ni29份、Cu2O/AC催化剂7份、AlTiN10份、聚癸二酰乙二胺15份和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物40份。
实施例2
一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:TiN/Ti-Si、Al2O3/Ti-Al、SiCn-MoSi2、Ti-43Si-19Ni、Cu2O/AC催化剂、AlTiN、聚癸二酰乙二胺和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,各组分的重量含量为:TiN/Ti-Si20份、Al2O3/Ti-Al11份、SiCn–MoSi222份、Ti-43Si-19Ni19份、Cu2O/AC催化剂2份、AlTiN4份、聚癸二酰乙二胺5份和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物30份。
实施例3
一种用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:TiN/Ti-Si、Al2O3/Ti-Al、SiCn-MoSi2、Ti-43Si-19Ni、Cu2O/AC催化剂、AlTiN、聚癸二酰乙二胺和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,各组分的重量含量为:TiN/Ti-Si27份、Al2O3/Ti-Al16份、SiCn–MoSi227份、Ti-43Si-19Ni24份、Cu2O/AC催化剂5份、AlTiN7份、聚癸二酰乙二胺10份和氯乙烯/乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物35份。
本发明用于槽罐车封头的复合材料的有益效果是:本发明具有更良好的耐腐蚀、不易渗漏、不易剥离、耐磨损、耐压力性能好、可耐较高温度、使用寿命更长。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,其特征在于,所述的催化剂为Cu2O/AC。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于槽罐车封头的复合材料,其特征在于,所述的Al2O3/Ti-Al的重量含量为11~21份。
