Abstract
本发明公开了一种气垫输送带,涉及输送机制造技术领域,包括有氯化丁基橡胶层和金属网层,输送带本体自上而下设有耐磨橡胶层、所述金属网层、所述氯化丁基橡胶层、玻璃纤维层和防老化橡胶层。较之现有技术,本发明可以解决现有气垫带式输送机输送带使用寿命短的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及输送机制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于货物输送的气垫输送带。
背景技术
目前,如水泥、煤、粘土等散体物料的运输大多是用气垫带式输送机进行输,该气垫带式输送机在输送带下方设有气室;物料输送时,压缩空气从气室上表面的节流孔喷出,在输送带与气室上表面之间以形成气垫支承;通常输送带由氯化丁基橡胶本体和设在其内的金属网层制成。这种输送带在使用过程中存在如下问题:输送带的上表面要被物料冲击、摩擦,易磨损,下表面要被压缩空气冲击时,易老化变形,导致输送带使用寿命缩短。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种气垫输送带,以解决现有气垫带式输送机输送带使用寿命短的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种气垫输送带包括有氯化丁基橡胶层和金属网层,输送带本体自上而下设有耐磨橡胶层、所述金属网层、所述氯化丁基橡胶层、玻璃纤维层和防老化橡胶层。
上述气垫输送带技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述耐磨橡胶层由以下重量份的组分配比制成:顺丁橡胶40份~50份,烟片橡胶20份~30份,乳聚丁苯橡胶20份~30份,硫磺1.5份~3份,促进剂3.5份~5份,芳纶短纤维8份~10份,补强剂50份~60份,防老剂4份~6份,活性剂8份~10份,软化剂12份~15份。
进一步的:所述防老化橡胶层由以下重量份的组分配比制成:三元乙丙橡胶90份~100份,硫磺1.8份~2份,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯1.2~1.5份,硫化促进剂1份~2份,纳米氧化钙3份~5份,氧化镁2份~3份,丙烯酸十八酯0.8份~1份,炭黑40份~50份,碳酸钙40份~45份,软化剂48份~50份。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:由于输送带本体的上层为耐磨橡胶层,下层为防老化橡胶层,输送带的使用寿命提高了一倍以上;而将氯化丁基橡胶层作为中间层,并在中间层上下分别设有金属网层和玻璃纤维层,一则是为了输送带本体被压缩空气冲击构成的气垫支承时,上层的金属网层向上弯曲变形托起耐磨橡胶层上的物料;二则是输送带卸料转向时,下层的玻璃纤维层可促使输送带本体快速复位、不变形,提高输送带的使用寿命。

实施例1:
如图1所示的气垫输送带包括有氯化丁基橡胶层3和金属网层2,输送带本体自上而下设有耐磨橡胶层1、金属网层2、氯化丁基橡胶层3、玻璃纤维层4和防老化橡胶层5;其中:耐磨橡胶层1由以下重量份的组分配比制成:顺丁橡胶40份,烟片橡胶20份,乳聚丁苯橡胶20份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂3.5份,芳纶短纤维8份,补强剂50份,防老剂4份,活性剂8份,软化剂12份;防老化橡胶层由以下重量份的组分配比制成:三元乙丙橡胶90份,硫磺1.8份,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯1.2,硫化促进剂1份,纳米氧化钙3份,氧化镁2份,丙烯酸十八酯0.8份,炭黑40份,碳酸钙40份,软化剂48份。
实施例2:
如图1所示的气垫输送带包括有氯化丁基橡胶层3和金属网层2,输送带本体自上而下设有耐磨橡胶层1、金属网层2、氯化丁基橡胶层3、玻璃纤维层4和防老化橡胶层5;其中:耐磨橡胶层1由以下重量份的组分配比制成:顺丁橡胶50份,烟片橡胶30份,乳聚丁苯橡胶30份,硫磺3份,促进剂5份,芳纶短纤维10份,补强剂60份,防老剂6份,活性剂10份,软化剂15份。防老化橡胶层由以下重量份的组分配比制成:三元乙丙橡胶100份,硫磺2份,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯1.5份,硫化促进剂2份,纳米氧化钙5份,氧化镁3份,丙烯酸十八酯1份,炭黑50份,碳酸钙45份,软化剂50份。
Claims (3)
1.一种气垫输送带,包括有氯化丁基橡胶层(3)和金属网层(2),其特征在于:输送带本体自上而下设有耐磨橡胶层(1)、所述金属网层(2)、所述氯化丁基橡胶层(3)、玻璃纤维层(4)和防老化橡胶层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气垫输送带,其特征在于:所述耐磨橡胶层(1)由以下重量份的组分配比制成:顺丁橡胶40份~50份,烟片橡胶20份~30份,乳聚丁苯橡胶20份~30份,硫磺1.5份~3份,促进剂3.5份~5份,芳纶短纤维8份~10份,补强剂50份~60份,防老剂4份~6份,活性剂8份~10份,软化剂12份~15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气垫输送带,其特征在于:所述防老化橡胶层由以下重量份的组分配比制成:三元乙丙橡胶90份~100份,硫磺1.8份~2份,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯1.2~1.5份,硫化促进剂1份~2份,纳米氧化钙3份~5份,氧化镁2份~3份,丙烯酸十八酯0.8份~1份,炭黑40份~50份,碳酸钙40份~45份,软化剂48份~50份。
