Description
本发明涉及一种乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,它适用于垂直提升输送温度≤250℃的高温物料。
目前全世界没有输送带生产厂家能制造温度≤250℃的乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,用户只能使用耐热温度≤125℃的耐热钢丝绳芯提升带勉强替代,耐热钢丝绳芯提升带一般使用丁苯橡胶制造,用丁苯橡胶制造的耐热钢丝绳芯提升带有不耐高温、不耐老化、易龟裂的缺点,在≥125℃高温下使用,寿命非常低。
本发明提供了一种乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,本发明采用耐高温、耐老化性能优异的乙丙橡胶制造钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带。同时,本发明在乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带的钢丝绳上下两侧各铺设了一层起粘合作用的纤维帆布,解决了乙丙胶覆盖胶与乙丙胶中间胶粘合不好的难题。

1乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带其特征在于使用耐高温、耐老化性能优异的乙丙橡胶制造钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带。
2根据权利要求1所述的乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,其特征在于所述的乙丙橡胶可以是二元乙丙橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶和四元乙丙橡胶。
3根据权利要求1所述的乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,其特征在于在钢丝绳上下两侧各铺设了一层起粘合作用的纤维帆布,解决了乙丙胶覆盖胶与乙丙胶中间胶粘合不好的难题。
4根据权利要求1所述的乙丙胶钢丝绳芯耐高温提升带,其特征在于起粘合作用的纤维帆布(2)可以是聚脂、尼龙、棉、芳纶等材质帆布。
