本发明公开了一种绿色环保的化妆品包装瓶,包括外层、阻隔层和内层,所述阻隔层位于外层和内层之间,所述外层的材质为聚乳酸,聚乳酸在分解过程中产生的二氧化碳,可再次被使用成为植物进行光合作用所需的碳原子,所述内层的材料为生物合成原料,所述外层、阻隔层和内层的厚度比为2:1:4,所述生物合成原料来源于玉米、淀粉、小麦或甘蔗。本发明结构简单、方便,外层的表面光度满足印刷工艺要求,阻隔层的特性防止灌装溶物长期放置化学成分渗透出瓶身,外层和内层均用100%生物可降解材料,绿色环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装瓶,具体是一种绿色环保的化妆品包装瓶。
背景技术
尽管化妆品行业仍然受到经济艰难复苏的挑战,但绿色包装作为一种趋势仍然在不断得到加强,尤其是市场对包装绿色化的需求在不断增长。生物降解经水解反应分解之后再靠微生物分解。在自然环境中首先发生水解,然后,微生物进入组织物内,将其分解成二氧化碳和水。在堆肥的条件下(高温和高湿度),水解反应可轻易完成,分解的速度也较快。在不容易产生水解反映的环境下,分解过程是循序渐进的。传统石化原料会增加二氧化碳的释放。
近年来生物塑料的研究取得快速进展,不过其在化妆品包装领域的应用仍然面临挑战。这是因为生物塑料所具有的高热敏感性和易水透性等特性,使其很难应用于乳霜、乳液、洗发水等化妆品产品包装中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、内层可降解的绿色环保的化妆品包装瓶,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绿色环保的化妆品包装瓶,包括外层、阻隔层和内层,所述阻隔层位于外层和内层之间,所述外层的材质为聚乳酸,所述内层的材料为生物合成原料,所述外层、阻隔层和内层的厚度比为2:1:4。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述生物合成原料来源于玉米、淀粉、小麦或甘蔗。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单、方便,外层的表面光度满足印刷工艺要求,阻隔层的特性防止灌装溶物长期放置化学成分渗透出瓶身,外层和内层均用100%生物可降解材料,绿色环保。

本发明结构简单、方便,外层3的表面光度满足印刷工艺要求,阻隔层2的特性防止灌装溶物长期放置化学成分渗透出瓶身,外层1和内层3均用100%生物可降解材料,绿色环保。

1.一种绿色环保的化妆品包装瓶,其特征在于,包括外层(1)、阻隔层(2)和内层(3),所述阻隔层(2)位于外层(1)和内层(3)之间,所述外层(1)的材质为聚乳酸,所述内层(3)的材料为生物合成原料,所述外层(1)、阻隔层(2)和内层(3)的厚度比为2:1:4。
