Abstract

本发明提供一种压感式磁耦合轮胎气压检测装置,膨胀膜与气路内壁相连固定,膨胀膜与硅钢片相连固定,次级线圈与气路的封闭端相连固定,初级线圈通过交流电流电路与电流最大值采样保持电路连接,电流最大值采样保持电路通过比较器电路与系统控制电路连接,系统控制电路还与报警电路相连接。通过上述这样设置,实现了轮胎气压在线实时检测,并无需在轮胎里安装电源,电路简单,安装方便。

一种压感式磁耦合轮胎气压检测装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆安全保障技术,具体的说是一种压感式磁耦合轮胎气压检测装置。
背景技术
在车辆行驶过程中,轮胎气压过低或过大都会影响车辆安全,因此研制一种轮胎气压在线实时检测系统是十分必要的。现有轮胎气压检测系统采用无线收发式或电磁式。其缺点是电路结构复杂,电池经常要更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种压感式磁耦合轮胎气压检测装置,采用硅钢片、次级线圈、初级线圈、膨胀膜和电流最大值采样保持电路进行检测的一种轮胎气压检测装置。这种轮胎气压检测装置无需在轮胎里安装电源,电路简单,安装方便。
本发明包括硅钢片、膨胀膜、次级线圈、初级线圈和电流最大值采样保持电路,所采用的技术方案在于:膨胀膜与气路内壁相连固定,膨胀膜与硅钢片相连固定,次级线圈与气路的封闭端相连固定,初级线圈通过交流电流电路与电流最大值采样保持电路连接,电流最大值采样保持电路通过比较器电路与系统控制电路连接,系统控制电路还与报警电路相连接。
本发明通过采用硅钢片、次级线圈、初级线圈、膨胀膜和电流最大值采样保持电路,解决了现有技术中的需要在轮胎安装电池问题,电路简单。

具体实施方式
图1所示:膨胀膜1与气路10内壁相连固定,膨胀膜1与硅钢片9相连固定,次级线圈2与气路10的封闭端相连固定,初级线圈3通过交流电流电路4与电流最大值采样保持电路8连接,电流最大值采样保持电路8通过比较器电路5与系统控制电路6连接,系统控制电路6还与报警电路7相连接。
本发明的工作原理如下:次级线圈2是一个闭合线圈。当轮胎气压在标准压力时,通过膨胀膜1的膨胀使硅钢片9正好在次级线圈2的中间位置,次级线圈2与初级线圈3进行磁耦合,初级线圈3中的电流被电流最大值采样保持电路8采样后,在比较器电路5里比较,比较后输出一个信号到系统控制电路6,系统控制电路6向报警电路7发出禁止报警信号,车辆正常继续行驶。
如果在行驶过程中,轮胎气压过大,通过膨胀膜1的膨胀,使硅钢片9向右移动,次级线圈2的自感系数变大,初级线圈3与次级线圈2磁耦合加强,初级线圈3中的电流变大,初级线圈3中的电流被电流最大值采样保持电路8采样后,在比较器电路5里比较,比较后输出一个信号到系统控制电路6,由系统控制电路6向报警电路7发出一个启动报警信号,报警电路7报警。
如果在行驶过程中,轮胎气压过低,通过膨胀膜1的收缩,硅钢片9向左移动,次级线圈2的自感系数变小,初级线圈3与次级线圈2磁耦合减弱,初级线圈3中的电流变小,初级线圈3中的电流被电流最大值采样保持电路8采样后,在比较器电路5里比较,比较后输出一个信号到系统控制电路6,由系统控制电路6向报警电路7发出一个启动报警信号,报警电路7报警。
这样,采用膨胀膜1、电流最大值采样保持电路8,利用互感线圈的磁耦合,实现了轮胎气压的在线实时检测。

1.一种压感式磁耦合轮胎气压检测装置,包括硅钢片(9)、膨胀膜(1)、次级线圈(2)、初级线圈(3)和电流最大值采样保持电路(8),其特征在于:膨胀膜(1)与气路(10)内壁相连固定,膨胀膜(1)与硅钢片(9)相连固定,次级线圈(2)与气路(10)的封闭端相连固定,初级线圈(3)通过交流电流电路(4)与电流最大值采样保持电路(8)连接,电流最大值采样保持电路(8)通过比较器电路(5)与系统控制电路(6)连接,系统控制电路(6)还与报警电路(7)相连接。
