本发明涉及包装材料领域,具体涉及一种纸袋纸。
背景技术
纸袋子的生产原料是树木,是一种可再生资源。纸袋纸大多以针叶木硫酸盐纸浆来生产,国内也有掺用部分竹浆、棉杆浆、破布浆生产的。纸是一种可回收再利用的资源。本身具有的可降解、可回收利用的特点自然贴上了绿色标签。
但是市面上纸袋容易撕裂,防水性能差,透气性不好,伸长率低,尤其是盛重物时,使得纸袋不能充分利用,纸袋应用的范围有限,所以一种高强度的纸袋是非常有必要的。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种纸质强韧、伸长率高的纸袋纸。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种纸袋纸制作工艺,包括纸浆层和无纺布层,其特征在于:所述纸浆层与无纺布层通过粘合剂复合在一起,所述纸浆层用牛皮纸浆,所述无纺布层是用聚丙烯材料制得。
所述的纸浆层厚度为0.1~0.15mm。
所述的粘合剂为氯丁橡胶。
所述的聚丙烯无纺布厚度为0.05~0.1mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的纸袋纸纸质强韧,不易破裂,防水性能良好,透气性好,强伸性好,延长了纸袋的使用寿命,可重复使用多次,扩大了纸袋的应用范围,制备方法简单,易操作。

一种纸袋纸制作工艺,包括纸浆层和无纺布层,所述纸浆层与无纺布层通过粘合剂复合在一起,所述纸浆层用牛皮纸浆,所述无纺布层是用聚丙烯材料制得。
所述的牛皮纸浆为针叶硫酸盐漂白浆,包含长纤维和短纤维。
所述的纸浆层厚度为0.1mm。
所述的粘合剂为氯丁橡胶。
所述的无纺布的制备工艺:聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料→高温熔融→喷丝→气流成网→水刺加固→后整理→无纺布。
所述的聚丙烯无纺布厚度为0.05mm。
实例2
一种纸袋纸制作工艺,包括纸浆层和无纺布层,所述纸浆层与无纺布层通过粘合剂复合在一起,所述纸浆层用牛皮纸浆,所述无纺布层是用聚丙烯材料制得。
所述的牛皮纸浆为针叶硫酸盐漂白浆,包含长纤维和短纤维。
