Abstract
本发明公开了一种排水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面复合有排水聚合体以及粘结在基布下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯和助剂共混物形成的薄膜层。本发明不但具有良好的吸湿功能同时又具有持久的防水效果,同时基层采用复合纤维层压制成型,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种排水无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,而且还有棉质的感觉。在日常生活中经常看到一些废旧织物、边角料、废羊毛料被人们丢弃,浪费资源的同时也破坏的生态环境。现有技术中通过加工废旧织物的设备,从而使废旧织物被加工成再生棉,以便织造再生织物,但这样再生织物均不具有防水性能,从而导致其适应性较窄;还有现有的无纺布,虽具有拔水性,但其拔水性差,经长期使用,水珠易渗入织物纤维内部,因此,有必要设计一种具有持久防水性能的织物。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种排水无纺布,不但具有良好的吸湿功能同时又具有持久的防水效果,同时基层采用复合纤维层压制成型,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种排水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面复合有排水聚合体以及粘结在基布下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯和助剂共混物形成的薄膜层。
所述的排水聚合体由一下原料质量份数构成,拔水剂10~15份、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物5~10份和水75~85份。
所述酯纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为30%~40%,所述玻璃纤维在基布层所占重量百分30%~40%,所述碳纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为10%~15%。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯40-60份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20-30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯30-50份、丙烯酸异辛脂5-10份、碳酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅10-15份。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯50份、聚乙二酰胺树脂25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸钙8份、二氧化硅12份。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明不但具有良好的吸湿功能同时又具有持久的防水效果,同时基层采用复合纤维层压制成型,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种排水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面复合有排水聚合体以及粘结在基布下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯和助剂共混物形成的薄膜层。所述的排水聚合体由一下原料质量份数构成,拔水剂10~15份、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物5~10份和水75~85份。所述酯纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为30%~40%,所述玻璃纤维在基布层所占重量百分30%~40%,所述碳纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为10%~15%,所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯50份、聚乙二酰胺树脂25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸钙8份、二氧化硅12份。

1.一种排水无纺布,其特征在于,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面复合有排水聚合体以及粘结在基布下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层为高密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯和助剂共混物形成的薄膜层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种排水无纺布,其特征在于:所述的排水聚合体由一下原料质量份数构成,拔水剂10~15份、聚苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物5~10份和水75~85份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种排水无纺布,其特征在于:所述酯纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为30%~40%,所述玻璃纤维在基布层所占重量百分30%~40%,所述碳纤维在基布层所占重量百分比为10%~15%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种排水无纺布,其特征在于:所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯40-60份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20-30份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯30-50份、丙烯酸异辛脂5-10份、碳酸钙5-10份、二氧化硅10-15份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种排水无纺布,其特征在于:所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯50份、聚乙二酰胺树脂25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯40份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸钙8份、二氧化硅12份。
