Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层,聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构。本发明具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织材料技术领域,具体属于一种防水无纺布。
背景技术
无纺布是一种非织造布,它是直接利用高聚物切片、短纤维或长丝将纤维通过气流或机械成网,然后经过水刺,针刺,或热轧加固,最后经过后整理形成的无编织的布料。具有柔软、透气和平面结构的新型纤维制品,优点是不产生纤维屑,强韧、耐用、丝般柔软,而且还有棉质的感觉。在日常生活中经常看到一些废旧织物、边角料、废羊毛料被人们丢弃,浪费资源的同时也破坏的生态环境。现有技术中通过加工废旧织物的设备,从而使废旧织物被加工成再生棉,以便织造再生织物,但这样再生织物均不具有防水性能,从而导致其适应性较窄。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种防水无纺布,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种防水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层,聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构。
所述基层的厚度为0.3mm,所述下层的厚度为0.25mm。
所述聚丙烯层的厚度为0.2mm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为0.1mm。
所述聚酯纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为35%,所述玻璃纤维在基层层所占重量百分35%,所述碳纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为12%。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯30~40份、聚乙二酰胺树脂15~25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20~30份、丙烯酸异辛脂5~10份、碳酸镁3~8份、二氧化硅5~10份。
所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯35份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸镁5份、二氧化硅8份。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明树脂层涂布在基层的上表面,基层下表面设有碳纤维层,使得制成的无纺布具有较好的防水防潮性能,且耐磨性强,同时基层采用由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种防水无纺布,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层,聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构;所述基层的厚度为0.3mm,所述下层的厚度为0.25mm;所述聚丙烯层的厚度为0.2mm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为0.1mm;所述聚酯纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为35%,所述玻璃纤维在基层层所占重量百分35%,所述碳纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为12%;所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯35份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸镁5份、二氧化硅8份。
本发明树脂层涂布在基层的上表面,基层下表面设有碳纤维层,使得制成的无纺布具有较好的防水防潮性能,且耐磨性强,同时基层采用由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,具有高强力、高抗氧化、高强度的性能,特别是具有极强的抗老化及防水性能,适合做大棚保温被用。

1.一种防水无纺布,其特征在于,包括基层、涂布在基层上表面的树脂层以及粘结在基层下表面的下层,所述基层由聚酯纤维、玻璃纤维和碳纤维相互交错压制而成,所述下层包括依次层叠符合的聚乙烯层、网状夹层和聚丙烯层,聚乙烯层和聚丙烯层呈网状结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述基层的厚度为0.3mm,所述下层的厚度为0.25mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯层的厚度为0.2mm,所述聚乙烯层的厚度为0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为35%,所述玻璃纤维在基层层所占重量百分35%,所述碳纤维在基层层所占重量百分比为12%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯30~40份、聚乙二酰胺树脂15~25份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20~30份、丙烯酸异辛脂5~10份、碳酸镁3~8份、二氧化硅5~10份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防水无纺布,其特征在于:所述的树脂层包括以下重量份的材料:丙烯酸酯35份、聚乙二酰胺树脂20份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份、丙烯酸异辛脂8份、碳酸镁5份、二氧化硅8份。
