Abstract
本发明公开了一种辊切装置,包括机架,所述机架上安装的动力传动装置,安装在所述机架上部和中部的上轧辊和下轧辊,所述上轧辊包括上辊体,所述上辊体外一周嵌装有切刀筒,所述切刀筒上设置有切刀部;所述下轧辊包括下辊体,所述下辊体外一周嵌装有滚刀筒;所述滚刀筒上设有辊花段;所述上辊体和所述下辊体的均设有至少两处凹槽,所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒内缘均设有凸出的嵌块;所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒均为硬质合金材料制成。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有辊切装置制造成本高,使用不便,造成资源浪费的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及硬质合金切辊加工机械技术领域,尤其是一种用于辊切纸尿裤、湿纸巾等的装置。
背景技术
现有的用于辊切纸尿裤、湿纸巾等的辊切装置,一般都包括由动力传动装置带动的上下两个轧辊构成,上轧辊上设有成型切刀,下轧辊上设有滚花刀,纸尿裤、湿纸巾等原料在上轧辊和下轧辊之间辊切,切出边缘的同时压出印花。但是上轧辊的切刀一般都是与上轧辊用硬质合金材料制成一体,下轧辊与滚花刀也同样用硬质合金材料制成一体,这样为了生产多个规格的产品,需要制造多套切刀和滚花刀尺寸大小不同上轧辊和下轧辊,制造成本高,且更换产品规格时需要更换整套轧辊,使用十分不便;另外,如果切刀和滚花刀磨损后,整个轧辊都被报废,造成材料资源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种辊切装置,以解决现有辊切装置制造成本高,使用不便,造成资源浪费的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本辊切装置包括机架,所述机架上安装的动力传动装置,安装在所述机架上部和中部的上轧辊和下轧辊,其特征在于:所述上轧辊包括上辊体,所述上辊体外一周嵌装有切刀筒,所述切刀筒上设置有切刀部;所述下轧辊包括下辊体,所述下辊体外一周嵌装有滚刀筒;所述滚刀筒上设有辊花段;所述上辊体和所述下辊体的均设有至少两处凹槽,所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒内缘均设有凸出的嵌块;所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒均为硬质合金材料制成。
在上述的技术方案中,更为具体的技术方案可以是:所述凹槽在径向截面上呈倾斜的方形,所述凹槽在轴向截面上包括垂直向下段、倾斜向下段和平移段。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本辊切装置采用上、下辊体与切刀和滚花刀分开设置的方式,可以根据不同规格大小的产品方便切刀和滚花刀;切刀和滚花刀设计成筒,筒再与辊体结合,解决了因切刀和滚花刀安装精度高而单独与辊体结合安装调试难度大,影响加工质量的问题;切刀筒和滚花筒用硬质合金制造,辊体可以用费用较低的45号钢制造,可以在不影响加工工艺的基础上节省原料,降低材料成本;特殊的凹槽和嵌块,使辊体和筒之间结合更良好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明实施例作进一步详述:
如图1、图2、图3所示的辊切装置,包括机架1,机架1的底部是机箱7动力传动装置安装在机箱7内,机架1上部和中部分别安装上轧辊和下轧辊,上轧辊包括上辊体2,上辊体2外一周嵌装有切刀筒3,切刀筒3上设置有切刀部3-1;下轧辊包括下辊体5,下辊体5外一周嵌装有滚刀筒6;滚刀筒6上设有辊花段,这里的滚花段是滚刀筒6外缘的全部位置,采用上、下辊体与切刀和滚花刀分开设置的方式,可以根据不同规格大小的产品方便切刀和滚花刀;切刀和滚花刀设计成筒,筒再与辊体结合,解决了因切刀和滚花刀安装精度高而单独与辊体结合安装调试难度大,影响加工质量的问题。
上辊体2和下辊体5上的两端均各设有四处凹槽2-1,切刀筒3和滚刀筒6内缘均设有凸出的嵌块,切刀筒3和滚刀筒6分别通过它们的嵌块和上辊体2和下辊体5的凹槽2-1与上辊体2和下辊体5结合,切刀筒3两端与上辊体2的两端轴肩设有轴端盖4,并通过螺旋紧固,滚刀筒6两端与下辊体5的两端轴肩设有轴端盖4,并通过螺旋紧固,以保证筒与辊体轴向间的结合紧密。切刀筒3和滚刀筒6均为硬质合金材料制成,辊体可以用费用较低的45号钢制造,可以在不影响加工工艺的基础上节省原料,降低材料成本。
凹槽2-1在径向截面上呈倾斜的方形,如图1,凹槽2-1在轴向截面上包括垂直向下段2-1-1、倾斜向下段2-1-2和平移段2-1-3,如图3。切刀筒3和滚刀筒6的嵌块的结构与凹槽2-1相应。三个段的设置再加上上轧辊与下轧辊相互的径向滚动挤压,保证了切刀筒3和滚刀筒6与上辊体2和下辊体5之间径向间的结合紧密,同时消除辊压的应力集中。

1.一种辊切装置,包括机架,所述机架上安装的动力传动装置,安装在所述机架上部和中部的上轧辊和下轧辊,其特征在于:所述上轧辊包括上辊体,所述上辊体外一周嵌装有切刀筒,所述切刀筒上设置有切刀部;所述下轧辊包括下辊体,所述下辊体外一周嵌装有滚刀筒;所述滚刀筒上设有辊花段;所述上辊体和所述下辊体的均设有至少两处凹槽,所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒内缘均设有凸出的嵌块;所述切刀筒和所述滚刀筒均为硬质合金材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的辊切装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽在径向截面上呈倾斜的方形,所述凹槽在轴向截面上包括垂直向下段、倾斜向下段和平移段。
