Abstract
一种3D打印方法包括以下步骤:通过一3D打印设备的喷嘴挤压形成一具有预定大小与形状的物件;及对所述预定大小及形状的物件的外表面进行上色。本发明还涉及一种3D打印设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种3D打印技术。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展,3D打印技术逐渐成熟,3D打印机正在被广泛使用,它对工业生产、医学和建筑学等领域的发展都将产生深远影响。但是,目前市场上所有的3D打印机都是单一颜色打印,打印出来的模型呈灰白色,彩色打印在产品上和技术上均没有具体实现。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种进行色彩打印的3D打印方法及3D打印设备。
一种3D打印方法包括以下步骤:通过一3D打印设备的喷嘴挤压形成一具有预定大小与形状的物件;及对所述预定大小及形状的物件的外表面进行上色。
优选地,所述上色步骤是在所述物件可视处进行。
优选地,所述上色步骤是在所述物件完成所述预定大小与形状后进行。
优选地,所述上色步骤在所述形成所述物件的步骤后无需重新定位。
优选地,所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴的位置相靠近。
优选地,所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴在同一平面上接连放置。
优选地,所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴安装于一喷嘴支架。
一种3D打印设备,用于打印物件,所述3D打印设备包括:一物件支撑架;一第一喷嘴能挤压材料以形成具有预定大小与形状的物件;及一第二喷嘴能使用预定颜色的染色剂对所述物件进行上色。
优选地,所述挤出材料为熔融丝条材料,所述染色剂为液态墨水或液态染料。
优选地,所述3D打印设备还进一步包括一喷嘴支架,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴安装于所述喷嘴支架。
与现有技术相比,所述3D打印方法及所述3D打印设备可对物件进行加工与上色实现彩色打印。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
请参阅图1,图1是一实施方式中一形成彩色3D物件上色实施方法110的流程图。
所述物件可复制于一基础物件。所述基础物件可为一3D彩色实体物件,所述物件可通过一3D物件复制系统复制于所述实体物件。所述基础物件还可为一以数据文件形式存在的3D彩色虚拟物件,所述物件可通过3D打印系统打印出所述虚拟物件。
所述上色实施方法110包括以下步骤:
步骤112:形成一具有预定大小与形状的物件。形成所述预定大小与形状的物件可通过连续挤出熔融基础丝条实现。熔融基础丝条可包括聚乳酸(Polyacticacid,PLA),所述熔融基础丝条的原材料可不具有颜色,或单色,或与最终物件的颜色不同。
步骤114:对所述预定大小及形状的物件的外表面进行上色。上色时可使用染色剂,所述染色剂可包括液体墨水或液体染料。所述染色剂可提供RGB或CMYK等色彩模式。所述步骤114可在所述步骤112后直接进行,即所述上色步骤无需重新定位形成预定大小与形状的物件而直接进行。
本实施方式中,所述上色步骤可对所述物件外观可视处进行上色。这种上色方法可避免染色剂浪费,如较使用彩色树脂沉积于粉末基体上再逐层挤压的上色方式节省更多染色材料。
本实施方式中,所述上色步骤是在所述物件完成所述预定大小与形状后进行,这样可有效避免挤出成型材料与所述染色剂混合。
图2为本实施方式中一用于打印一彩色3D物件的3D打印设备100。
所述3D打印设备100包括一物件支架10用于支撑一物件50。所述物件支架10包括一旋转部12及一支撑部14。所述物件50可被所述支撑部14支撑。所述旋转部12可带动所述待加物件50绕一竖直转轴旋转以使所述待加工物件50可被喷嘴喷涂。在其他实施方式中,所述旋转部12可绕一水平轴或其他方向延伸的轴转动以便形成或上色。
所述3D打印设备100还包括一第一喷嘴20、一第二喷嘴30及喷嘴支架40。所述第一喷嘴20可用于挤出挤压材料以形成一预定大小及形状的物件。所述挤压材料可为熔融丝条材料。
所述第二喷嘴30可通过以上步骤114用于给物件上色。所述第二喷嘴30能使用预定颜色的染色剂对所述物件进行上色。所述染色剂可包括液体墨水或液体染料。不同颜色的染色剂可通过连续地或遵循预定规则的将预定大小及形状的物件上色成彩色物件。
所述喷嘴支架40位于所述物件50一侧。所述第一喷嘴20与所述第二喷嘴30固定于所述喷嘴支架40上。在其他实施方式中,所述喷嘴支架40相对所述物件50的位置可变化。所述第一喷嘴20与所述第二喷嘴30的位置相靠近。所述第一喷嘴20与所述第二喷嘴30可在同一平面上接连放置。
请参阅图3,所述第一喷嘴20喷射出挤出材料60以形成所述物件50。所述物件50可为任何形状,在本实施方式中,所述物件50为椭圆体。
请参阅图4,当预定大小与形状的物件50加工形成后,形成后的物件较加工前(图3)增加了体积。所述第二喷嘴30可喷射染色剂70到所述成型后的物件50上。物件50上的色彩由图4中物件50上的矩阵点标示。所述染色剂70的喷涂较挤出材料60的喷涂更加细腻,所述染色剂70喷涂呈气雾状,所述挤出材料60为厚的熔融丝条状。
Claims (10)
1.一种3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括以下步骤:
通过一3D打印设备的喷嘴挤压形成一具有预定大小与形状的物件;及
对所述预定大小及形状的物件的外表面进行上色。
2.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述上色步骤是在所述物件可视处进行。
3.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述上色步骤是在所述物件完成所述预定大小与形状后进行。
4.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述上色步骤在所述形成所述物件的步骤后无需重新定位。
5.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴的位置相靠近。
6.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴在同一平面上接连放置。
7.如权利要求1所述的3D打印方法,其特征在于:所述形成物件的步骤使用第一喷嘴,所述上色步骤使用第二喷嘴,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴安装于一喷嘴支架。
8.一种3D打印设备,用于打印物件,其特征在于:所述3D打印设备包括:
一物件支架;
一第一喷嘴能挤压材料以形成具有预定大小与形状的物件;及
一第二喷嘴能使用预定颜色的染色剂对所述物件进行上色。
9.如权利要求8所述的3D打印设备,其特征在于:所述挤压材料为熔融丝条材料,所述染色剂为液态墨水或液态染料。
10.如权利要求8所述的3D打印设备,其特征在于:所述3D打印设备还进一步包括一喷嘴支架,所述第一喷嘴与所述第二喷嘴安装于所述喷嘴支架。
