发明公开一种汽车4S店废气等离子体净化器,净化器内部主要包括过滤单元、等离子体单元、紫外灯单元、催化剂单元、引风机;废气进入过滤单元,除去废气中的颗粒物质或粘性物质;进入等离子体单元和紫外线单元,在大量活性物种作用下,废气中的毒性物质降解和矿化转变成二氧化碳和水小分子物质;进入催化剂单元,在分解臭氧催化剂的作用下,除去未分解的臭氧,最后通过引风机高空排放。

技术领域
本发明属于环境保护技术领域,涉及一种汽车4S店废气等离子体净化器。
背景技术
随着我国经济的加速发展,轿车正逐步走入千家万户,而且轿车数量的还在不断增加,汽车4S店模式由欧洲正初步传入中国,而且在国内发展极为迅速。在汽车4S内,汽车维修表面喷烤处理过程中,喷漆原料-油漆涂料由不挥发份和挥发份组成(VOC),不挥发份包括成膜物质和辅助成膜物质,挥发份稀释剂是用来稀释油漆,达到漆物表面光滑美观的目的。油漆喷涂过程中主要产生漆雾和有机废气污染,油漆在高压作用下雾化成微粒,在喷涂时,部份油漆未到达喷漆物表面,随气流弥散从而形成漆雾;有机废气来自稀释剂的挥发,有机溶剂不会随油漆附着在喷漆物表面,在喷漆和固化过程将全部释放形成有机废气。漆雾中的有机溶剂-苯、甲苯、二甲苯等属强毒性溶剂,作业时散发至车间空气中,大多未经处理直接排入大气中。加之4S店多开在社区边,这些未经处理直接排放的废气刺鼻并污染环境,居民被刺鼻的油漆味熏得实在难受,对生活造成极大困扰,对4S的环保投诉也逐渐增多。与此同时从4S店排出的有机废气也是城市雾霾的源头之一。
目前,常规4S店有机废气的处理方法有喷淋法、冷凝法、吸收法、燃烧法、催化法、吸附法等等。喷淋法:用于对漆雾的去除,对于三苯及其他VOCs气体无效,我国通常采用湿式过滤,国外而是采用干式过滤,发达国家根本不允许使用湿式过滤(因为油污会对水体造成污染)。吸收法:可分为化学吸收和物理吸收,但“三苯”废气化学活性低,一般不采用化学吸收;物理吸收是选用具有较小的挥发性的液体吸收剂,吸收液的选用比较困难,液体吸收法净化率只有60%~80%,这种方法实际应用难以达到国家排放标准,而且存在着二次污染问题。直接燃烧法:利用燃气或燃油等辅助燃料燃烧放出的热量将混合气体加热到一定温度(700~800℃),驻留一定的时间,使可燃的有害气体燃烧;对于汽车制造业来说,喷漆废气由于浓度不高,选择直接燃烧法太不经济,而且浪费能源。催化燃烧法:将废气加热到200~300℃经过催化床燃烧,达到净化目的;该法能耗低、净化率高可达95%;适用于小风量且废气温度较高的有机废气高温高浓度的有机废气治理,不适用于低浓度、大风量的有机废气治理;喷漆废气中的“三苯”及其它废气浓度一般低于300mg/m3,因此采用催化燃烧法处理也不合适。吸附法:有机气体直接通过活性炭,可达到95%的净化率,设备简单、投资小、操作方便,但需经常更换活性炭,若无再生装置,则运行费用太高;因此可用于浓度低、污染物不需回收的场合。通过对上述常规方法在喷漆废气治理上的分析,在漆雾治理行业存在产品落后,运行管理复杂,后期投入高等特点。因而寻找一种高效、高信价比、性能稳定、操作方便,运行费用少并符合环保治理标准的处理技术是行业发展的急切之需。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车4S店废气等离子体净化器,该净化器包括外壳、入气端、过滤单元、等离子体单元、紫外灯单元、催化剂单元、引风机、导流管、出气端;外壳上方设有入气端和出气端;外壳内部按照气流的流动方向依次间隔设有过滤单元、等离子体单元、紫外灯单元、催化剂单元、风机、导流管;所述过滤单元采用玻璃棉滤毡组成;所述等离子体单元采用线板电极流光电晕放电反应器或填充床介质阻挡放电反应器;所述紫外灯单元采用准分子微波无极放电灯模块或真空紫外灯模块;所述催化剂单元采用表面涂有二氧化锰的蜂窝状陶瓷催化床。
上述一种汽车4S店废气等离子体净化器的净化方法,包括以下步骤:1)有机废气通过入气端引入净化器外壳内,同时启动等离子体单元和紫外灯单元;2)废气进入过滤单元,除去废气中的颗粒物质或粘性物质;3)废气进入等离子体单元,在大量活性物种(带电粒子、激发态物种、自由基、电子以及光子)作用下,废气中的毒性物质降解和矿化转变成二氧化碳和水小分子物质,未降解的毒性物质和降解产物随气流进入紫外灯单元;4)紫外灯单元通过产生的紫外光、自由基、臭氧进一步降解气流中的毒性物质为二氧化碳和水;5)废气进入催化剂单元,在分解臭氧催化剂的作用下,除去未分解的臭氧;6)气流通过引风机和导流管引入出气端高空排放。
本发明将等离子体、紫外光催化、催化相结合,有效利用了三者的优点,降低了能耗,同时有效控制了二次污染物排放。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参考附图,构建一套长500mm、宽300mm、500mm高的有机废气处理装置,等离子体单元采用蜂窝陶粒填充床介质阻挡放电反应器,紫外灯单元采用准分子207nm微波无极放电灯模块,净化20m3/h含35ppm苯的有机废气,被该装置净化一次,苯去除率达到97.6%,出气端臭氧浓度为0。

1.一种汽车4S店废气等离子体净化器,其特征在于,该净化器包括外壳、入气端、过滤单元、等离子体单元、紫外灯单元、催化剂单元、引风机、导流管、出气端;外壳上方设有入气端和出气端;外壳内部按照气流的流动方向依次间隔设有过滤单元、等离子体单元、紫外灯单元、催化剂单元、风机、导流管;所述过滤单元采用玻璃棉滤毡组成;所述等离子体单元采用线板电极流光电晕放电反应器或填充床介质阻挡放电反应器;所述紫外灯单元采用准分子微波无极放电灯模块或真空紫外灯模块;所述催化剂单元采用表面涂有二氧化锰的蜂窝状陶瓷催化床。
