[0002] 在汽车喷漆过程中,喷漆房内会产生大量的高浓度有机废气,排放的废气含有一 定量的粘性油漆颗粒和大量的三苯类(苯、甲苯、二甲苯)有机废气、这严重地损害了工作 人员的身体健康并对周边环境造成负面影响。
[0003] 目前行业内对汽车喷漆房产生的高浓度有机废气的净化处理手段主要包括:1) 直接高温燃烧法;2)催化燃烧法;3)低温等离子法;4)活性炭吸附法;5)冷凝法等。这些方 法在不同程度上存在设备投资高、运行成本高、处理气量小、工作不稳定、占用空间大、V0C 去除效率不高、存在安全隐患、存在二次污染等问题。 实用新型内容

[0016] 实施本实用新型具有以下有益效果:由于喷漆房废气中含有一定量的漆雾颗粒, 会粘附设备上,导致净化设备不正常,故在废气处理装置之前增加漆雾预处理装置。喷漆废 气沿旋转轴的轴线方向进入圆筒离心装置,水喷淋头喷出的水雾与漆雾颗粒形成胶体经离 心力和旋转辐条惯性碰撞的作用下,被甩入到圆筒壁之外并汇聚到漆雾收集箱。过滤后的 废气沿旋转轴的另一端进入反应室,为了安全起见,在反应室之前加一层尘雾安全装置,使 得进入UV光解室的废气中颗粒物含量更低,设备更清洁。
[0017] 由于通过反应室内设置的多组UV发射管一方面对废气分子进行裂解,另一方面 对反应室中的氧气反应产生臭氧,废气分子再通过臭氧氧化处理净化,UV裂解和臭氧氧化 协同配合,可将多种单独采用裂解或臭氧氧化无法处理的废气物质较为彻底地分解,净化 处理效果好、效率高。整个处理过程中无需添加任何化学物质参与裂解和臭氧氧化反应,只 需提供必要的电力即可,因此运行成本低;
[0018] UV灯管还有自清洁功能,如果有少量漆雾颗粒粘附在灯管上,只需要空载设备,UV 灯管就会产生UV光分解掉粘附在灯管上的漆雾,变成粉末状的物质随风机排出;

[0036] UV高效光解室30的入口可直接与废气收集管102连通,也可与尘雾安全装置50 连通。如图1所示,UV高效光解室30由不锈钢材料制成,其内设置有多组大功率高能UV发 射管和与之相适配的多组电源模块组。UV发射管优选地采用大功率高能UV发射管,属低压 水银放电管,发出的紫外射线波长为160nm〜200nm,对应的光子能量分别为800KJ/mol和 472KJ/mol。而如若要裂解废气分子的分子键,所发射的光子能量必须比废气分子键的结合 能更高。本实用新型中,待处理的废气主要包括苯、甲苯、二甲苯以及其它成分复杂的工业 废气,表1列出气体分子主要化学键及对应键能。

[0039] 从表1可以看出,除了 C = C键之外,UV射线的光子能量高于表1中其它分子键 的键能,而一般大多数化学物质的分子键键能比160nm及200nm波长高能紫外射线的光子 能量低,所以,本汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备能裂解除了碳和金属以外的大多数化学 物质分子键。在高能UV射线照射下,有机废气的分子裂解转化为呈离子状态的原子和自由 基离子,同时与产生的活性氧生成H20、C02等一些小分子物质。因此当三苯类废气进入设 置有多组高能UV发射管的反应室8后,可在其中完成裂解反应。

[0049] 从上图可以看出,UV高效光解室30中的反应包括两个方面:一方面是V0C废气 在高能UV射线的直接照射下裂解,形成呈离子状态的原子和自由基离子;另一方面是高 能UV射线照射外界进入的新鲜空气生成性质活跃的臭氧,臭氧与裂解后的V0C废气进行 强氧化反应生成无害或低害的化合物。因此,通过上述裂解和氧化反应,能高效去除喷漆 房废气中的苯、甲苯、二甲苯以及其它有机废气,处理效果达到大气污染物综合排放标准 (GB16297-1996)。另外,净化过程中是直接光解和臭氧氧化,而臭氧是通过光照新鲜空气形 成的,因此无需添加其它化学物质,只需要提供电力并设置相应的排风管道和排风动力。同 时设置尘雾安全装置50,使得汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备能有效地净化高浓度、大气 量的有机废气,适应性强,可每天24小时连续工作,运行稳定可靠。除了输送管道外,汽车 喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备的主体部分只有抽风机和UV高效光解室,而反应室内仅设置 有多组UV发射管和与之适配的电源模块组,因此净化设备占地面积小,自重轻,适合于布 置紧凑、场地狭小等特殊条件。且安装简便以及运行成本低,无噪音,无需专人管理和日常 维护,只需作定期检查,净化设备能耗低,UV净化设备风阻极低< lOOpa,可节约大量排风 动力能耗。设备在摄氏-10°c〜80°C之间,PH值在3〜11之间,湿度在98% RH以下均可 正常工作。净化设备采用优质防腐材料制造,防火、防爆、耐腐蚀性能高,使用寿命长。

1. 一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,包括废气收集装置(10)、离心 过滤装置(20)、UV高效光解室(30)和气体导出装置(40);所述废气收集装置(10)、所述离 心过滤装置(20)、所述UV高效光解室(30)和所述气体导出装置(40)依次连接; 所述离心过滤装置(20)包括旋转轴(201)、旋转辐条(202)、水喷淋头(203)和漆雾收 集箱(204)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,还包括 尘雾安全装置(50),所述尘雾安全装置(50)位于所述离心过滤装置(20)和所述UV高效光 解室(30)之间且分别连接于离心过滤装置(20)和所述UV高效光解室(30)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述废 气收集装置(10)包括废气收集罩(101)和废气收集管(102);所述废气收集罩(101)连接 于喷漆房,所述废气收集管(102)连接于所述离心过滤装置(20)远离所述UV高效光解室 (30)的一端。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述气 体导出装置(40)包括抽风机(401)和废气排放管(402);所述抽风机(401)的入风口连接 于所述UV高效光解室(30)远离所述离心过滤装置(20)的一端,所述抽风机(401)的出风 口连接于所述废气排放管(402)。
5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述汽 车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备还包括自动控制装置(60)。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述自 动控制装置(60)还包括电控箱、主控制器、存储器和废气传感器。
7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述主 控制器分别于所述电控箱和所述存储器连接。
8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述电 控箱、所述主控制器和所述存储器分别为防爆电控箱、防爆主控制器和防爆存储器;所述废 气传感器设置于所述废气收集管(102)内。
9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述汽 车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备还包括固定装置(70)。
10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车喷漆房废气UV光解净化设备,其特征在于,所述 UV高效光解室(30)内设置有UV发射管。
