本发明公开了一种鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂。该片剂的配方为:鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽:维生素C:稀释剂(微晶纤维:淀粉为2~1:1~2):崩解剂(干淀粉):润滑剂(滑石粉)为100:20:80~100:4~5:3~5;该片剂制备方法简单,可用作保肝、护肝功能食品,以及烧伤、外科手术、脓毒血症等高危病人及消化酶缺乏患者的蛋白营养食品和肠道营养剂,高强度劳动者和运动员食品营养强化剂等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种动物高F值寡肽,具体涉及一种鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂。
背景技术
高F值寡肽混合物是一个由由3~7个氨基酸残氨基酸残基所组成的混合小肽(或称寡肽)体系。F值(Fischerratio)是指支链氨基酸(BCAA:Val,Ile,Leu)与芳香族氨基酸(AAA:Trp,Tyr,Phe)含量的摩尔数比值。正常人的血液中F值为3.0-3.5,而患有肝脏疾病病人的F值只有1.0或者更低,而高F值寡肽的F值应大于20,远高于人体中这两类氨基酸的比值。由于它具有独特的氨基酸组成和生理功能,已经受到食品和医药界的高度关注。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案为:一种鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂,其特征在于该高F值寡肽的该片剂配方为:鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽:维生素C:稀释剂(微晶纤维:淀粉为2~1:1~2):崩解剂(干淀粉):润滑剂(滑石粉)的比例为100:20:80~100:4~5:3~5。
该鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂的制备方法为:
1)将鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽、维生素C、稀释剂混合均匀,过60~80目筛,加入适量乙醇,将混合物制成软材,过20~24目筛,制成颗粒状,再在50~60℃条件下通风干燥,再过18~22目筛,得到制片颗粒;
2)在所得制片颗粒中加入适量的崩解剂和润滑剂,混合均匀,最后在压片机上压成片剂,包薄膜衣,即得免疫增强型贻贝多肽片。
作为优选,所述鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽,其特征在于该高F值寡肽的蛋白含量为95.1~96.4%,氨基酸总量为83.7~85.4%,支链氨基酸的含量为16.8~17.1%,芳香族氨基酸的含量为0.43~0.48%,F值为35.2~39.6,分子量为630~720Da,支链氨基酸中Val:Ile:Leu为1:1~1.5:3~4,芳香族氨基酸中Trp:Tyr:Phe为1:1~1.2:1~1.5。
作为优选,所述稀释剂为微晶纤维和淀粉(比例为2~1:1~2),所述鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽、维生素C与稀释剂按照质量比5:1:4~5混合均匀。
再优选,所述崩解剂为干淀粉,所述润滑剂为滑石粉;所用干淀粉的量为鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽重量的4~5%,所用滑石粉的量为鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽重量的3~5%。
与现有技术相比,本发明所制备的鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂具有消除或减轻肝性脑病症状、改善肝功能等作用,可用作保肝、护肝功能食品。另外,还可以改善多种病人蛋白质营养失常状态及抗疲劳等功能,可广泛用作烧伤、外科手术、脓毒血症等高危病人及消化酶缺乏患者的蛋白营养食品和肠道营养剂,高强度劳动者和运动员食品营养强化剂等。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例:
1)将鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽、维生素C、稀释剂(微晶纤维:淀粉比例为1:1)按照5:1:4比例混合均匀,过80目筛,加入适量乙醇,将混合物制成软材,过20目筛,制成颗粒状,再在60℃条件下通风干燥,再过20目筛,得到制片颗粒;
2)将制片颗粒加入重量占鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽重量的4%的淀粉和4%的滑石粉,混合均匀,在压片机上压成片剂,包薄膜衣,即得鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂。
本发明所制备的鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂可用作保肝、护肝功能食品。另外,还可广泛用作烧伤、外科手术、脓毒血症等高危病人及消化酶缺乏患者的蛋白营养食品和肠道营养剂,高强度劳动者和运动员食品营养强化剂等。
采用本发明方法制备而得的免疫增强肽片的实际用法为:口服,每日3次,每次3~5片。
最后,还需要注意的是,以上列举的仅是本发明的一个具体实施例。显然,本发明不限于以上实施例,还可以有许多变形。本领域的普通技术人员能从本发明公开的内容直接导出或联想到的所有变形,均应认为是本发明的保护范围。

1.一种鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽片剂,其特征在于,该片剂配方为:鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽:维生素C:稀释剂:崩解剂:润滑剂的比例为100:20:80~100:4~5:3~5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片剂,其特征在于,所述的鲨鱼鱼肉高F值寡肽的蛋白含量为95.1~96.4%,氨基酸总量为83.7~85.4%,支链氨基酸的含量为16.8~17.1%,芳香族氨基酸的含量为0.43~0.48%,F值为35.2~39.6,分子量为630~720Da,支链氨基酸中Val:Ile:Leu为1:1~1.5:3~4,芳香族氨基酸中Trp:Tyr:Phe为1:1~1.2:1~1.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的片剂,其特征在于,所述的稀释剂采用的是,微晶纤维:淀粉为2~1:1~2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的片剂,其特征在于,所述的崩解剂采用的是干淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的片剂,其特征在于,所述的润滑剂采用的是滑石粉。
