一种土豆贮藏保存方法
技术领域
本发明是针对薯片行业土豆贮藏方法的改进,尤其涉及一种可长期保存,而不影响土豆品质的,安全可靠,损耗率低的方法。
背景技术
目前薯片行业土豆贮藏基本采用常温库保存,由于库内温、湿度随着室外温度的变化而变化,达不到土豆贮藏的最佳温湿度,由于土豆收获期在夏季,气温较高,如果温度太高,土豆内的淀粉会转化为糖份,糖份太高薯片油炸时颜色会发黑,口味会变苦,如果湿度太低,则会造成土豆水分蒸发,土豆皮会变绉、变韧,削皮机无法正常工作。长期保存时,每年库损率高达9%以上,随着薯片行业技术的发展,消费者消费观念和要求的提高,目前采用常温保存已经不能满足要求,急需开发一种满足薯片行业土豆贮藏的方法。
发明内容
本发明目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能够可长期保存,而不影响土豆品质的,安全可靠,损耗率低的方法。
为实现本发明目的,提供了以下技术方案:一种土豆贮藏保存方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
每吨土豆贮藏送风量保证在30m3/h~50m3/h;
入库时温度控制阶梯,土豆进库时保持库区温度在20~25℃的范围内,直至库区堆满土豆,然后24小时内把库区温度降至18℃,湿度保持在≥90%以上,以后每24小时降温0.5℃,直到库区温度降至12℃,湿度保持在≥95%以上;
库区保持长期贮藏需要的最佳温度12℃,湿度湿度≥98%;
通过调节室外新风,把二氧化碳的浓度控制在2500PPM以内,并且库区内保持10~25pa的正压;
土豆每间隔6个月杀虫及打抑芽剂一次,控制库区的虫口数量及抑制土豆发芽。

具体实施方式

Claims (1)

1.一种土豆贮藏保存方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
a.每吨土豆贮藏送风量保证在30m3/h~50m3/h;
b.入库时温度控制阶梯,土豆进库时保持库区温度在20~25℃的范围内,直至库区堆满土豆,然后24小时内把库区温度降至18℃,湿度保持在≥90%以上,以后每24小时降温0.5℃,直到库区温度降至12℃,湿度保持在≥95%以上;
c.库区保持长期贮藏需要的最佳温度12℃,湿度湿度≥98%;
d.通过调节室外新风,把二氧化碳的浓度控制在2500PPM以内,并且库区内保持10~25pa的正压;
e.土豆每间隔6个月杀虫及打抑芽剂一次,控制库区的虫口数量及抑制土豆发芽。
