In these cases, it is desired to be able to similar shape but do not have the lath of such packing component to be combined these laths. Such as, it does not have the lath of such packing component is known from FR2947845A1, FR2701977A1 or EP2431547A1.
If it is desire to will there is the lath of packing component and not there is the lath of packing component combine in same lath roof, then the deflection between lath itself is different. This problem caused relate to the waterproof having between the lath of packing component and the lath without packing component, align, attractive in appearance etc. No longer possible lath is made to rotate in the way of without hindrance relative to each other it addition, this may result in it.
Summary of the invention
It is an object of the invention to provide the lath roof of a kind of preamble according to claim 1, wherein the problems referred to above about deflection difference are minimized.
This purpose of the present invention realizes by providing a kind of lath roof, including multiple laths between open and closed positions, these laths are arranged parallel to each other and are arranged to rotate around corresponding axle, at described open position, intermediate space extends between described lath, in described make position, described lath collectively forms sheltering of closing, wherein, at least one lath includes panel shaped elements and includes at least one shaped portion, described shaped portion extends on the longitudinal direction of described panel shaped elements, and connected and almost along described lath length at least partially defines lath groove, wherein watch in the make position of described lath, described shaped portion is only above described panel shaped elements and from its optionally horizontal expansion.
By one or more shaped portions being placed only on above panel shaped elements and from its optionally horizontal expansion, more material can be moved towards top from these one or more shaped portions, without using more material for these one or more shaped portions, in this case, these one or more shaped portions still can be fastened firmly to panel shaped elements.
As its result, the EI modulus of these laths is closer to the EI modulus of the similar lath not having packing component. This lath thus can given about deflection and do not have substantially by having the attribute identical with the lath of the panel shaped elements that the material of one or more shaped portion similar quality is made.
Preferably, the shaped portion according to the described lath on the lath roof of the present invention is adhered to panel shaped elements.
By one or more shaped portions are adhered to panel shaped elements almost along their whole length, it is also possible to guarantee that such lath has the watertightness of excellence. Therefore, it can given this lath about watertightness with do not have substantially by the attribute identical with the lath of the panel shaped elements that the material of shaped portion like attribute is made.
This structure lath adopting the lath roof including variety classes lath, use panel shaped elements and the shaped portion being bonded to it also results in these laths and has identical attribute about draining and deflection with other laths from these lath roofs.
Preferably, the above-mentioned lath from the lath roof according to the present invention with panel shaped elements and at least one shaped portion includes the first shaped portion and the second shaped portion, and they limit lath groove together with panel shaped elements.
In the preferred embodiment according to this lath roof of the present invention, described first shaped portion includes the stave edges forming the edge of described lath, including the slot wedge limiting described lath groove, and including bottom, described bottom limits the secondary trenches extending next-door neighbour to described lath groove together with described stave edges and slot wedge.
