本发明一种垃圾热解炉炉顶保温层属于垃圾热解领域，它是由炉体保温层、石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ组成，其特征是：所述的炉体保温层包围在垃圾热解炉的外围，石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ铺设于所述垃圾热解炉炉内的顶部，所述的炭灰填料层铺设于石棉层Ⅰ与石棉层Ⅱ之间。本发明能使绝大部分的热量都留在热解炉内。有效地保持热解炉反应过程中炉内的温度，减少热量损耗，提高热解效率。同时，热解过程中产生的气液混合物经物料上层的石棉层、炭灰填料层、石棉层能够起到过滤的作用，对热解产生的废液进行吸收和过滤，过滤之后将绝大部分杂质过滤，使得热解排出的气体更清洁，实现循环再用的环保理念。

本发明垃圾热解炉炉顶保温层属于垃圾处理领域。
背景技术
目前，人们开发的垃圾热解炉配备炉内保温层的较少，甚至不配有炉内保温层，在热解过程中，炉内的热量会慢慢流失，使炉内温度降低，导致热解后期有一部分物质不能被热解，热解的效率受到较大影响，不能有效地使炉内垃圾完全热解，也不符合循环再用的环保理念。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足，从而提供一种应用于垃圾热解炉的炉顶保温层。该保温层能够有效的保持热解炉反应过程中炉内的温度，减少炉内热量的损耗，提高炉内热解反应效率，实现循环再用的环保理念。
本发明的目的是通过措施得以实现的，一种垃圾热解炉炉顶保温层由炉体保温层、石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ组成，所述的炉体保温层包围在垃圾热解炉的外围，石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ铺设于所述垃圾热解炉炉内的顶部，所述的炭灰填料层铺设于石棉层Ⅰ与石棉层Ⅱ之间。
由于有炉内保温层的作用，炉内热解产生的热量不易被带出炉外，绝大部分的热量都留在热解炉内。有效地保持热解炉反应过程中炉内的温度，减少热量损耗，提高热解效率。同时，热解过程中产生的气液混合物经物料上层的石棉层、炭灰填料层、石棉层能够起到过滤的作用，对热解产生的废液进行吸收和过滤，过滤之后将绝大部分杂质过滤，使得热解排出的气体更清洁，实现循环再用的环保理念。

如附图1-附图2所示，本发明一种垃圾热解炉炉顶保温层由炉体保温层1、石棉层Ⅰ2、炭灰填料层3、石棉层Ⅱ4组成，所述的炉体保温层1包围在垃圾热解炉的外围，石棉层Ⅰ2、炭灰填料层3、石棉层Ⅱ4铺设于所述垃圾热解炉炉内的顶部，所述的炭灰填料层3铺设于石棉层Ⅰ2与石棉层Ⅱ4之间。
炉体保温层1是一层包围在热解炉外壁的石棉层。炉内装完热解物料后，在物料最顶层铺一石棉层2，石棉层上设置一炭灰填料层3，炭灰填料层上部再设置一层石棉层4，最后盖上炉盖，进行热解。热解炉保温层在炉内物料反应过程中保持炉身温度，使热量不被扩散。使绝大部分的热量都留在热解炉内。有效地保持热解炉反应过程中炉内的温度，减少热量损耗，提高热解效率。同时，热解过程中产生的气液混合物经物料上层的石棉层、炭灰填料层、石棉层能够起到过滤的作用，对热解产生的废液进行吸收和过滤，过滤之后将绝大部分杂质过滤，使得热解排出的气体更清洁。

1.一种垃圾热解炉炉顶保温层，由炉体保温层、石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ组成，其特征是：所述的炉体保温层包围在垃圾热解炉的外围，石棉层Ⅰ、炭灰填料层、石棉层Ⅱ铺设于所述垃圾热解炉炉内的顶部，所述的炭灰填料层铺设于石棉层Ⅰ与石棉层Ⅱ之间。
