本发明公开了一种易安装路灯装置,包括灯柱和灯头支柱,所述灯柱顶部设置柱帽,所述柱帽下方设置灯柱主体,所述灯柱主体一侧设置滑轨,滑轨顶端两侧设有凹槽,滑轨内侧设置管道,所述管道顶部与滑轨相连通,所述滑轨下方设置带弧度的门,所述门内设置中空腔体,所述中空腔体内侧设置绕线器,中空腔体外侧下方设置柱脚,所述灯头支柱左侧为灯头支架,右侧为划片,所述划片上设置条形槽,条形槽右侧设置弹簧块,本发明所述的易安装路灯装置,安装简单使用工具少,后期维护也很方便,使用钎固定易安装路灯装置,使用凹槽及弹簧块固定灯头支柱,使用空气弹簧及钢丝套绳,使零配件是使用的过程中更加持久耐用,并且整个装置使用更加安全。

一种易安装路灯装置
技术领域
本发明属于路灯领域,具体涉及一种易安装路灯装置。
背景技术
通常拆迁工地或者户外施工场所需要安装零时照明灯,一般的安装时利用原先的电线杆或者树木,再接通原先的电路,但是一些偏远或者荒芜地区没有电线杆或者树木,且施工项目不长的工地安装路灯等照明设备十分不方便,不仅影响工期,也给工人的夜间活动带来不便和危险。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种易安装路灯装置,以用来解决临时路灯安装复杂的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种易安装路灯装置,包括灯柱和灯头支柱,所述灯柱顶部设置柱帽,所述柱帽下方设置灯柱主体,所述灯柱主体一侧设置滑轨,滑轨顶端两侧设有凹槽,滑轨内侧设置管道,所述凹槽内侧设置条形凸块,所述管道顶部与滑轨相连通,管道内设置电线及升降绳,所述滑轨下方设置带弧度的门,所述门内设置中空腔体,所述中空腔体内侧设置绕线器,中空腔体外侧下方设置柱脚,所述灯头支柱左侧为灯头支架,右侧为划片,所述划片上设置条形槽,条形槽右侧设置弹簧块,所述弹簧块位置与凹槽位置相对应。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述柱帽上可设置太阳能板及逆变器。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述凹槽可设置2对,弹簧块可设置4块。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述升降绳可采用钢丝绳套。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述划片宽度与滑轨深度相同,条形槽深度与条形凸块高度相同。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述弹簧块内使用空气弹簧。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述门上设置锁及把手。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述柱脚下可设置2~4根0.5m的钎。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的一种易安装路灯装置,安装简单使用工具少,后期维护也很方便,使用钎固定易安装路灯装置,使用凹槽及弹簧块固定灯头支柱,使用空气弹簧及钢丝套绳,使零配件是使用的过程中更加持久耐用,并且整个装置使用更加安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式,进一步阐明本发明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。需要说明的是,下面描述中使用的词语“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“上”和“下”指的是附图中的方向,词语“内”和“外”分别指的是朝向或远离特定部件几何中心的方向。
如图1、图2及图3所示,一种易安装路灯装置,包括灯柱和灯头支柱3,所述灯柱顶部设置柱帽1,所述柱帽1下方设置灯柱主体2,所述灯柱主体2一侧设置滑轨5,滑轨5顶端两侧设有凹槽10,滑轨5内侧设置管道9,所述凹槽10内侧设置条形凸块12,所述管道9顶部与滑轨5相连通,管道9内设置电线及升降绳,所述滑轨5下方设置带弧度的门6,所述门6内设置中空腔体17,所述中空腔体17内侧设置绕线器11,所述灯头支柱3左侧为灯头支架13,右侧为划片14,所述划片14上设置条形槽15,条形槽15右侧设置弹簧块16,所述弹簧块16位置与凹槽10位置相对应,该易安装路灯装置在安装过程中,首先将升降绳及电线与灯头支柱3固定,后将升降绳及电线穿过管道9,将灯头支柱3通过滑轨5移动到灯柱本体2顶端,利用弹簧块16固定,将升降绳及电线固定在绕线器11上,然后将整个易安装路灯装置树立,固定在地面上,可以在中空腔体17及凹槽10内利用杠杆原理设置控制块,按住中空腔体17内的控制块,则凹槽10的底部凸起,使弹簧块16缩回,即可通过管道9内的升降绳及电线更换照灯泡。
如图所示,所述柱帽1上可设置太阳能板及逆变器,在电力线路无法连接或者电池电力不足时,仍然可以使用该设备进行照明。
如图所示,所述凹槽10可设置2对,弹簧块16可设置4块,可以更加稳固地固定灯头支柱3,分担压力,延长使用时间。
如图所示,所述升降绳可采用钢丝绳套,作为经常使用并且是重要配件,使用简单坚固,并且更加安全。
如图所示,所述划片14宽度与滑轨5深度相同,条形槽15深度与条形凸块12高度相同,固定后,划片14不会容易移动,增加灯头支柱3的稳固性。
如图所示,所述弹簧块16内使用空气弹簧,作为易损件,比一般弹簧使用时间各长,不易腐蚀。
如图所示,所述门6上设置锁7及把手8,兼顾了门6的使用和安全,避免灯头支柱3的损坏,同时保证了用电安全。
如图所示,所述中空腔体17外侧下方设置柱脚4,柱脚4下可设置2~4根0.5m的钎,可以使用钎将路灯固定在地上,既简单又方便。

1.一种易安装路灯装置,其特征在于:包括灯柱和灯头支柱,所述灯柱顶部设置柱帽,所述柱帽下方设置灯柱主体,所述灯柱主体一侧设置滑轨,滑轨顶端两侧设有凹槽,滑轨右侧设置管道,所述凹槽内侧设置条形凸块,所述管道顶部与滑轨相连通,管道内设置电线及升降绳,所述滑轨下方设置带弧度的门,所述门内设置中空腔体,所述中空腔体内侧设置绕线器,中空腔体外侧下方设置柱脚,所述灯头支柱左侧为灯头支架,右侧为划片,所述划片上设置条形槽,条形槽右侧设置弹簧块,所述弹簧块位置与凹槽位置相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种易安装路灯装置,其特征在于:所述柱帽上可设置太阳能板及逆变器。
