Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置,包括一个箱体,在箱体内至少设置三个仓,依次为仓I、仓II、仓III;尾气进气管通过箱体顶板进入箱体,位于设置的三个仓中间的仓II内;在仓II与仓I之间,位于箱体顶板上设置通气管I;在仓I与仓III之间,位于箱体顶板上设置通气管II;在箱体一端位于仓I内的顶板上设置进液管;在箱体另一端侧壁上设置排气管和排液管;在箱体内设置有冷却除尘液,在仓III内设置有若干块滤板,若干块滤板设置在位于仓III内的通气管II与排气管之间。本发明尾气处理效果能达到90%,极大的降低了环境污染,且结构简单,制造方便,不改变汽车原有结构,有利于推广使用。

Description

一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置,属于汽车制造技术领域。
背景技术
汽车的排气消声器是行车噪声的主要组成部分。世界各国对各种车辆的噪声的极限值都有严格的规定,排气消声器就是这样一个为减小排气噪声而生的装置。实际情况下,汽车上多是综合利用不同的消声原理组合来设计排气消声器,同时在舒适型要求较高的小型乘用车上还会采用多个消声器单元进行多级的消声降噪控制。
汽车尾气中含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等。一辆轿车一年排出的有害废气比自身重量大3倍。英国空气洁净和环境保护协会曾发表研究报告称 ,与交通事故遇难者相比,英国每年死于空气污染的人要多出10倍。汽车尾气排放物不仅气味怪异,而且令人头昏、恶心,影响人的身体健康。在车辆不多的情况下,大气的自净能力尚能化解汽车排出的毒素。但随着汽车数量的急剧增加,交通拥堵成了家常便饭,尾气排放量更大,必须依赖设备处理。
为了解决尾气排放问题,现有汽车上主要使用三元催化器,催化反应器设置在排气系统中排气歧管与消音器之间,将CO氧化成CO2,HC氧化成CO2和H2O,NOx被还原成为N2等。但由于汽车尾气中含有上百种不同的化合物,三元催化器只解决了一定的问题,仍然无法解决尾气排放问题,特别是碳烟粒排放。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置,包括一个箱体,在箱体内至少设置三个仓,依次为仓I、仓II、仓III;尾气进气管通过箱体顶板进入箱体,位于设置的三个仓中间的仓II内;在仓II与仓I之间,位于箱体顶板上设置通气管I;在仓I与仓III之间,位于箱体顶板上设置通气管II;在箱体一端位于仓I内的顶板上设置进液管;在箱体另一端侧壁上设置排气管和排液管;在箱体内设置有冷却除尘液,在仓III内设置有若干块滤板,若干块滤板设置在位于仓III内的通气管II与排气管之间。
进一步的,所述尾气进气管位于箱体内的管体上设置若干消音孔,其管口与冷却除尘液的液面距离不小于3cm。
进一步的,所述冷却除尘液为水。
进一步的,所述箱体通过两块平行的仓板分割成三个仓。
更进一步的,所述两块平行的仓板中的一块设置于箱体中间位置,将箱体分为两个均等的空间,其中任一个空间作为仓III,另一块仓板则设置在另一个空间的中间位置,形成仓I和仓II。
进一步的,所述若干滤板相互平行排列。
更进一步的,所述滤板设置9块,9块之间的距离间隔宽度之和与仓III设置排气管的侧壁到距离其最近的滤板之间的宽度相等。
更进一步的,所述仓III内,仓板与最近一块滤板之间所形成的宽度是仓III设置排气管的侧壁到距离其最近的滤板之间的宽度的一半。
本发明的有益技术效果是:通过将尾气排气管引入本结构所设置的仓中,消音、除尘、降温冷却,最终所排放的气体得到进一步的处理,特别是碳颗粒以及能溶于冷却除尘液的化合物,尾气处理效果能达到90%,极大的降低了环境污染,并且本发明结构简单,制造方便,不改变汽车原有结构,有利于推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置,包括一个箱体1,在箱体内至少设置三个仓,依次为仓I2、仓II3、仓III4;尾气进气管5通过箱体1顶板进入箱体1,位于设置的三个仓中间的仓II3内;在仓II3与仓I2之间,位于箱体1顶板上设置通气管I6;在仓I2与仓III4之间,位于箱体1顶板上设置通气管II7;在箱体1一端位于仓I2内的顶板上设置进液管8;在箱体1另一端侧壁上设置排气管9和排液管10;在箱体1内设置有冷却除尘液,在仓III4内设置有若干块滤板11,若干块滤板11设置在位于仓III4内的通气管II7与排气管9之间。
所述尾气进气管5位于箱体1内的管体上设置若干消音孔,其管口与冷却除尘液的液面距离不小于3cm。保持两者之间的距离是为了防止上下坡产生倾斜时,冷却液倒流。
所述冷却除尘液为水。采用水是最廉价的一种,只是考虑其除尘和价格给出的实施例子,并不是限定,水对于碳烟粒子的除尘效果理想,且价格低廉。
所述箱体1通过两块平行的仓板12分割成三个仓。
所述两块平行的仓板12中的一块设置于箱体1中间位置,将箱体分为两个均等的空间,其中任一个空间作为仓III4,另一块仓板12则设置在另一个空间的中间位置,形成仓I2和仓II3。
所述若干滤板11相互平行排列。
所述滤板11设置9块,9块之间的距离间隔宽度之和与仓III4设置排气管9的侧壁到距离其最近的滤板之间的宽度相等。
所述仓III4内,仓板12与最近一块滤板11之间所形成的宽度是仓III4设置排气管9的侧壁到距离其最近的滤板之间的宽度的一半。
上述箱体及箱体内仓尺寸的公开是充分考虑了消音、除尘、冷却的效果,以及加工的方便性而给出的。9块滤板的布置足以更好的完成上述功能。汽车尾气通过尾气进气管5进入仓II内,此时由于高温,在遇到冷却除尘液后会产生雾化,而后通过通气管I进入仓I,又通过通气管II进入仓3,在此过程中被多次吸收,消音、冷却,最终通过9块滤板消音、过滤,排出无色气体,尾气处理达到90%以上,特别是对于大颗粒粉尘和可溶化合物。本发明将消音、除尘、冷却三者合一,且不改变汽车的原有构造即可安装使用,结构简单,制造方便,推广和使用对解决大气污染具有重大的意义。

1.一种汽车消音除尘冷却装置,其特征在于:包括一个箱体(1),在箱体内至少设置三个仓,依次为仓I(2)、仓II(3)、仓III(4);尾气进气管(5)通过箱体(1)顶板进入箱体(1),位于设置的三个仓中间的仓II(3)内;在仓II(3)与仓I(2)之间,位于箱体(1)顶板上设置通气管I(6);在仓I(2)与仓III(4)之间,位于箱体(1)顶板上设置通气管II(7);在箱体(1)一端位于仓I(2)内的顶板上设置进液管(8);在箱体(1)另一端侧壁上设置排气管(9)和排液管(10);在箱体(1)内设置有冷却除尘液,在仓III(4)内设置有若干块滤板(11),若干块滤板(11)设置在位于仓III(4)内的通气管II(7)与排气管(9)之间;所述尾气进气管(5)位于箱体(1)内的管体上设置若干消音孔,其管口与冷却除尘液的液面距离不小于3cm;所述若干滤板(11)相互平行排列;所述滤板(11)设置9块, 9块之间的距离间隔宽度之和与仓III(4)设置排气管(9)的侧壁到距离其最近的滤板之间的宽度相等。
