发动机废气排放处理器,其特征在于包括箱体,在箱体内部分为水隔层活性过滤仓和污气冷凝仓,水隔层活性过滤仓内有活性炭和过滤水,在污气冷凝仓的底部有蓄水层,污气冷凝仓内设置环形盘绕的散热管和喷淋头,散热管的一头穿过箱体与发动机的排气管相连接,散热管另一头的出口高于蓄水层,散热管的外壁设置制冷板,在箱体的一端外壁设置水泵、制冷机和排污口,水泵的进水口经进水管与水隔层活性过滤仓相连接,水泵的出水口经出水管与喷淋头相连接,制冷机一侧与制冷板相连接,制冷机另一侧连接散热器和干燥过滤器,排污口与污气冷凝仓相连接,在箱体的另一端制有排气口,排气口上设置排气过滤网。

技术领域
本发明涉及发动机废气排放处理器,属于废气处理技术。
背景技术
发动机在工作时会从排气管中排放出废气,废气中包含一氧化碳、二氧化硫、烟尘微粒、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅化合物、黑烟、油雾及甲醛等对人体有害的物质,而这些物质在发动机的加热膨胀中爆裂粉碎,形成微小的废气颗粒,其排放到空气中对大气造成污染,影响环境,并且微小的废气颗粒更容易被人体吸入,对人体健康造成严重的危害。传统技术采用滤网对废气过滤,滤网过滤效果差,且使用寿命短,要经常更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术存在的缺点,提供一种对发动机排放出微小的废气粒子进行冷却,使其冷凝聚,并与水结合,沉积在水中,使排放出的气体干净、无害,降低对大气污染,减小对人体健康造成危害的发动机废气排放处理器。
本发明发动机废气排放处理器的技术方案是:其特征在于包括箱体,在箱体内部分为水隔层活性过滤仓和污气冷凝仓,水隔层活性过滤仓内有活性炭和过滤水,在污气冷凝仓的底部有蓄水层,污气冷凝仓内设置环形盘绕的散热管和喷淋头,散热管的一头穿过箱体与发动机的排气管相连接,散热管另一头的出口高于蓄水层,散热管的外壁设置制冷板,在箱体的一端外壁设置水泵、制冷机和排污口,水泵的进水口经进水管与水隔层活性过滤仓相连接,水泵的出水口经出水管与喷淋头相连接,制冷机一侧与制冷板相连接,制冷机另一侧连接散热器和干燥过滤器,排污口与污气冷凝仓相连接,在箱体的另一端制有排气口,排气口上设置排气过滤网。
本发明公开了一种发动机废气排放处理器,工作时,发动机排放出高温的废气经排气管输送至环形盘绕的散热管中,制冷机(制冷机的具体结构为已有技术)工作,制冷机对制冷板提供冷媒,使制冷板产生制冷效果,而制冷板对散热管进行降温、制冷,高温废气在环形盘绕的散热管内得到冷却,当废气冷却后废气粒子会逐渐冷凝聚形成较大的颗粒,并从散热管另一头出口向下排放至箱体内,与箱体底部蓄水层中的水相接触并结合,由于冷凝聚后的废气粒子比空气粒子和水粒子都要粗大,废气粒子与水粒子结合后向下沉,此时使废气粒子与废气分离,分离后的废气得到净化,成为无害的气体,最后该气体经排气过滤网再次过滤后,从排气口排出,降低对大气的污染,减小对人体健康造成危害;另外,当制冷板对散热管的制冷效果不够时,可通过水泵将水隔层活性过滤仓内的过滤水经喷淋头喷洒到散热管外壁,喷淋管结合制冷板,双重冷却,冷却效果好。本发动机废气排放处理器,1、可用于厨具等其它设备的污气排放处理中;2、不带有任何化学成份处理;3、能降低排气的噪音;4、用在汽车中时,对发动机没有废气排放和气阻影响,反而能节能或增加发动机功力。
本发明发动机废气排放处理器,所述的污气冷凝仓内设置2—8个喷淋头。根据箱体的大小和宽度,设置不同数量的喷淋头。所述的制冷板一侧设置温度传感器。可通过温度传感器感应污气冷凝仓内的温度,当制冷板的制冷效果没有达到指定温度时,温度传感器将接收到的信号传递给单片机,单片机控制喷淋头自动喷出冷水,冷水结合制冷板使污气冷凝仓内达到指定的温度。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种发动机废气排放处理器,如图1—图2所示,其特征在于:包括箱体1,在箱体内部分为水隔层活性过滤仓2和污气冷凝仓3,水隔层活性过滤仓内有活性炭和过滤水,在污气冷凝仓的底部有蓄水层4,污气冷凝仓内设置环形盘绕的散热管5和喷淋头6,散热管的一头穿过箱体1与发动机的排气管相连接,散热管另一头的出口高于蓄水层4,散热管的外壁设置制冷板7,在箱体1的一端外壁设置水泵8、制冷机9和排污口10,水泵的进水口经进水管11与水隔层活性过滤仓2相连接,水泵的出水口经出水管12与喷淋头6相连接,制冷机9一侧与制冷板7相连接,制冷机另一侧连接散热器13和干燥过滤器14,排污口10与污气冷凝仓3相连接,在箱体1的另一端制有排气口15,排气口上设置排气过滤网16。工作时,发动机排放出高温的废气经排气管输送至环形盘绕的散热管5中,制冷机9(制冷机的具体结构为已有技术)工作,制冷机对制冷板7提供冷媒,使制冷板产生制冷效果,而制冷板对散热管5进行降温、制冷,高温废气在环形盘绕的散热管内得到冷却,当废气冷却后废气粒子会逐渐冷凝聚形成较大的颗粒,并从散热管5另一头出口向下排放至箱体1内,与箱体底部蓄水层4中的水相接触并结合,由于冷凝聚后的废气粒子比空气粒子和水粒子都要粗大,废气粒子与水粒子结合后向下沉,此时使废气粒子与废气分离,分离后的废气得到净化,成为无害的气体,最后该气体经排气过滤网16再次过滤后,从排气口15排出,降低对大气的污染,减小对人体健康造成危害;另外,当制冷板7对散热管5的制冷效果不够时,可通过水泵8将水隔层活性过滤仓2内的过滤水经喷淋头6喷洒到散热管5外壁,喷淋管结合制冷板7,双重冷却,冷却效果好。本发动机废气排放处理器,1、可用于厨具等其它设备的污气排放处理中;2、不带有任何化学成份处理;3、能降低排气的噪音;4、用在汽车中时,对发动机没有废气排放和气阻影响,反而能节能或增加发动机功力。所述的污气冷凝仓3内设置2—8个喷淋头6。根据箱体1的大小和宽度,设置不同数量的喷淋头6。所述的制冷板7一侧设置温度传感器17。可通过温度传感器17感应污气冷凝仓3内的温度,当制冷板7的制冷效果没有达到指定温度时,温度传感器17将接收到的信号传递给单片机,单片机控制喷淋头6自动喷出冷水,冷水结合制冷板7使污气冷凝仓3内达到指定的温度。

1.发动机废气排放处理器,其特征在于:包括箱体(1),在箱体内部分为水隔层活性过滤仓(2)和污气冷凝仓(3),水隔层活性过滤仓内有活性炭和过滤水,在污气冷凝仓的底部有蓄水层(4),污气冷凝仓内设置环形盘绕的散热管(5)和喷淋头(6),散热管的一头穿过箱体(1)与发动机的排气管相连接,散热管另一头的出口高于蓄水层(4),散热管的外壁设置制冷板(7),在箱体(1)的一端外壁设置水泵(8)、制冷机(9)和排污口(10),水泵的进水口经进水管(11)与水隔层活性过滤仓(2)相连接,水泵的出水口经出水管(12)与喷淋头(6)相连接,制冷机(9)一侧与制冷板(7)相连接,制冷机另一侧连接散热器(13)和干燥过滤器(14),排污口(10)与污气冷凝仓(3)相连接,在箱体(1)的另一端制有排气口(15),排气口上设置排气过滤网(16)。
