本发明公开了一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,属于机械制造技术领域,可解决旋转机械轮盘整体加工的不足以及维修不便的问题。本发明采用分瓣组合式,包括轮盘瓣、辅盘,所述轮盘瓣包括燕尾式凸榫、榫槽、叶片、安装孔、轴孔凸起和轴孔,所述轮盘瓣的两侧分别设有燕尾式凸榫和榫槽,所述轮盘瓣之间通过所述燕尾式凸榫和所述榫槽相连接,所述辅盘包括连接孔和中心孔,所述中心孔套入所述轴孔凸起,所述连接孔通过螺纹连接与所述安装孔相连。本发明具有轮盘瓣的互换性,与轮盘整体加工相比降低加工成本,解决了的维修不便的问题,从而延长了使用寿命。

本发明涉及机械制造技术领域,特别涉及一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构。
背景技术
轮盘是旋转机械的重要组成部分,旋转机械在运行时,受到气动激振、机械激振等作用的影响,容易造成损坏,轮盘的整体加工是将一组叶片和叶片轮盘进行整体铸造,造价高,当某一部分损坏时,只能整体更换,维护困难且维护成本极高。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,属于机械制造技术领域,可解决旋转机械轮盘整体加工的不足以及维修不便的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题采取的技术方案是:一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,包括轮盘瓣、辅盘,所述轮盘瓣包括燕尾式凸榫、榫槽、叶片、安装孔、轴孔凸起和轴孔,所述轮盘瓣的两侧分别设有燕尾式凸榫和榫槽,所述轮盘瓣之间通过所述燕尾式凸榫和所述榫槽相连接,所述辅盘包括连接孔和中心孔,所述中心孔套入所述轴孔凸起,所述连接孔通过螺纹连接与所述安装孔相连。
进一步地,所述辅盘的内径与所述轴孔凸起的外圆半径相同。
进一步地,所述轮盘瓣的个数若干,可根据具体情况进行调整。
进一步地,所述连接孔在所述辅盘均布,其个数与所述轮盘瓣的个数相同。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明的一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,在每个轮盘瓣的两侧分别有燕尾式凸榫和榫槽,每个轮盘瓣的燕尾式凸榫均嵌入与之相邻的另一个轮盘瓣的榫槽中,榫接成为一个完整的中间带轴孔的叶片轮盘,并由辅盘进行固定,轮盘瓣具有互换性,可批量生产,与轮盘整体加工相比降低加工成本,解决了的维修不便的问题,从而延长了使用寿命。

参照说明书附图1至附图3对本发明的一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,作以下详细地说明。
一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,包括轮盘瓣1、辅盘2,所述轮盘瓣1包括燕尾式凸榫3、榫槽4、叶片5、安装孔6、轴孔凸起7和轴孔10,所述轮盘瓣1的两侧分别设有燕尾式凸榫3和榫槽4,所述轮盘瓣1之间通过所述燕尾式凸榫3和所述榫槽4相连接,所述辅盘2包括连接孔8和中心孔9,所述中心孔9套入所述轴孔凸起7,所述连接孔8通过螺纹连接与所述安装孔6相连。
进一步地,所述辅盘2的内径与所述轴孔凸起7的外圆半径相同。
进一步地,所述轮盘瓣1的个数若干,可根据具体情况进行调整。
进一步地,所述连接孔8在所述辅盘2均布,其个数与所述轮盘瓣1的个数相同。
使用本发明,在每个轮盘瓣1的两侧分别有燕尾式凸榫3和榫槽4,每个轮盘瓣1的燕尾式凸榫3均嵌入与之相邻的另一个轮盘瓣1的榫槽4中,完成轮盘瓣之间的装配,由辅盘2的中心孔9套入轴孔凸起7,连接孔8通过螺纹连接与安装孔6相连,完成轮盘瓣1与辅盘2之间的装配,进而形成一个完整的中间带轴孔10的叶片轮盘。

1.一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,包括轮盘瓣、辅盘,所述轮盘瓣包括燕尾式凸榫、榫槽、叶片、安装孔、轴孔凸起和轴孔,所述轮盘瓣的两侧分别设有燕尾式凸榫和榫槽,所述轮盘瓣之间通过所述燕尾式凸榫和所述榫槽相连接,所述辅盘包括连接孔和中心孔,所述中心孔套入所述轴孔凸起,所述连接孔通过螺纹连接与所述安装孔相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,其特征在于,所述辅盘的内径与所述轴孔凸起的外圆半径相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,其特征在于,所述轮盘瓣的个数若干,可根据具体情况进行调整。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种燕尾榫接的组合式叶轮结构,其特征在于,所述连接孔在所述辅盘均布,其个数与所述轮盘瓣的个数相同。
