Abstract

本发明公开了一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺。包括原纸层和铝箔层,所述原纸层一表面上复合有一层基层,所述铝箔层镀在基层表面上,所述铝箔层的表面涂布一层保护层。本发明通过在原纸层上复合一层基层聚酯薄膜,通过真空镀铝的工艺在基层聚酯薄膜上镀一层铝层,该工艺造成的铝层厚度薄,铝材用量少,减少了铝材资源的消耗量,间接的减少了对环境的污染;通过在原纸层上复合一层基层聚酯薄膜,提高铝层与聚酯薄膜的结合力,在镀上的一层铝层表面涂布一层保护树脂,防止铝层氧化变质;经此工艺制成的镀铝薄膜,耐摩擦,且不易变质;该铝箔纸具有在保持结构强度的条件下,具有更好的气密性、防水防潮性。

一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺
技术领域
本发明属于铝箔纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的增强,用喷铝产品代替复合铝箔纸,用于香烟内衬的包装。真空镀铝产品得以发展的最初动力来源于铝的高成本,同时,提炼铝需要消耗大量的能源,能源的危机引发了在包装领域内真空镀铝产品的广泛应用,随着技术的发展,喷铝纸和转移喷铝纸的生产工艺日趋成熟。从技术角度考虑:复合铝箔内衬纸最大优点是成型性好、密封性优良,现在的喷铝纸不但在性能上基本可以满足烟包的要求,而且喷铝纸的铝层厚度仅有复合铝箔纸的1/200。在转移喷铝纸方面,由于解决了亮度、耐折性和印刷适应性等问题,与铝箔复合卡、PET复合卡纸(俗称“光亮卡”)相比,更具有烟包成型性好、不爆裂、不变形的特点。
从环保角度考虑,由于铝箔复合纸和PET复膜卡纸无法回收,原材料浪费较大,而且,原材料的制成过程中造成的污染较大。因此,减少铝材的用量即降低环境的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺,解决了现有的铝箔纸铝材耗量较大,对环境污染较为严重的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺,包括原纸层和铝箔层,所述原纸层一表面上复合有一层基层,所述铝箔层镀在基层表面上,所述铝箔层的表面涂布一层保护层。
进一步地,所述基层为聚酯薄膜或聚丙烯薄膜或聚酰胺薄膜或聚乙烯薄膜或聚氯乙烯薄膜。
进一步地,所述保护层为环氧树脂保护层,以静电喷涂的方式涂布在铝箔表面上。
一种喷敷成型铝箔纸的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
A通过高精密涂布机在原纸层一表面上涂布一层基层,并通过烘箱烘干;
B通过真空镀铝机在基层表面镀一层铝箔,复合制成铝箔纸;
C通过高精密涂布机在B步骤中的铝箔纸上复合一层保护层,用以保护铝层,防止铝层氧化变质。
进一步地,所述真空镀铝机的真空度达0.01pa,持续不断工作;镀铝层厚度在0.4~0.6μm。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺,该铝箔纸通过在原纸层上复合一层基层聚酯薄膜,通过真空镀铝的工艺在基层聚酯薄膜上镀一层铝层,该工艺造成的铝层厚度薄,铝材用量少,减少了铝材资源的消耗量,间接的减少了对环境的污染。
2、本发明的一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺,通过在原纸层上复合一层基层聚酯薄膜,提高铝层与聚酯薄膜的结合力,在镀上的一层铝层表面涂布一层保护树脂,防止铝层氧化变质;经此工艺制成的镀铝薄膜,耐摩擦,且不易变质;该铝箔纸具有在保持结构强度的条件下,具有更好的气密性、防水防潮性。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1所示,本发明为一种喷敷成型铝箔纸及其制作工艺,包括原纸层1和铝箔层3,原纸层2一表面上复合有一层基层2,铝箔层3镀在基层2表面上,铝箔层3的表面涂布一层保护层4。
其中,基层2选用聚酯薄膜,聚酯薄膜的基材含水量低于0.1%。
其中,保护层4为环氧树脂保护层,以静电喷涂的方式涂布在铝箔表面上。
一种喷敷成型铝箔纸的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
A通过高精密涂布机在原纸层1一表面上涂布一层基层2,并通过烘箱烘干;
B通过真空镀铝机在基层2表面镀一层铝箔,复合制成铝箔纸;
C通过高精密涂布机在B步骤中的铝箔纸上复合一层保护层4,用以保护铝层,防止铝层氧化变质。
其中,真空镀铝机的真空度达0.01pa,持续不断工作;镀铝层厚度在0.4~0.6μm。
本实施例的具体实施方式,其中真空镀铝机的真空度不低于0.01pa,以免出现褐色条纹或铝层厚度不均现象,控制好系统张力,开启冷却系统,避免基层2薄膜受热出现拉伸变形;精确控制卷取速度在280~320m/min及蒸发舟加热电流,以获得镀铝层厚度在0.4~0.6μm的范围。
经此工艺制成的镀铝薄膜,耐摩擦,且不易变质;该铝箔纸具有在保持结构强度的条件下,具有更好的气密性、防水防潮性,铝层用量为普通铝箔纸厚度的1/100-1/200之间,减少了铝材的用量,间接提高了环保效应。

1.一种喷敷成型铝箔纸,包括原纸层(1)和铝箔层(3),其特征在于,所述原纸层(1)一表面上复合有一层基层(2),所述铝箔层(3)镀在基层(2)表面上,所述铝箔层(3)的表面涂布一层保护层(4);
基层选用聚酯薄膜,聚酯薄膜的基材含水量低于0.1%;
该喷敷成型铝箔纸包括如下制作工艺:
A、通过高精密涂布机在原纸层(1)一表面上涂布一层基层(2),并通过烘箱烘干;
B、通过真空镀铝机在基层(2)表面镀一层铝箔,复合制成铝箔纸;
C、通过高精密涂布机在B步骤中的铝箔纸上复合一层保护层(4);
所述真空镀铝机的真空度达0.01pa,持续不断工作;镀铝层厚度在0.4~0.6μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷敷成型铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述基层(2)为聚酯薄膜或聚丙烯薄膜或聚酰胺薄膜或聚乙烯薄膜或聚氯乙烯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷敷成型铝箔纸,其特征在于,所述保护层(4)为环氧树脂保护层,以静电喷涂的方式涂布在铝箔表面上。
