本发明提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:石油醚15~18份、异丁醇6~8份、碳酸二甲酯6~8份、纳米氢氧化铟2~3份、2-甲基-2-丁醇4~5份、异丙醇胺3~4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~4份、二乙二醇单辛醚2~3份、苯并三氮唑5~6份、异戊烯醇6~8份。本发明的提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,采用纳米氢氧化铟、2-甲基-2-丁醇、异丙醇胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成复合助燃成分,以及二乙二醇单辛醚、苯并三氮唑、异戊烯醇组成复合抗腐蚀成分;本发明各组分之间协同作用突出,达到了提高甲醇汽油燃烧效率,动力增强的效果,同时降低了甲醇汽油对汽车金属部件的腐蚀。

一种提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂
技术领域
本发明属于甲醇替代车用燃料技术领域,涉及甲醇汽油添加剂,特别是一种提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂。
背景技术
甲醇燃料是利用工业甲醇或燃料甲醇,加变性醇添加剂,与现有国标汽柴油(或组分油),按一定体积(或重量比)经严格科学工艺调配制成的一种新型清洁燃料.可替代汽柴油,用于各种机动车,锅灶炉使用.生产甲醇的原料主要是煤,天然气,煤层气,焦炉气等,特别是利用高硫劣质煤和焦炉气生产甲醇,既可提高资源综合利用又可减少环境污染.发展煤制甲醇燃料,补充和部分替代石油燃料,是缓解我国能源紧张局势,提高资源综合利用,保护生态环境的一条有效捷径。
根据国家发改委颁布的能源可代替战略政策,以及甲醇汽油标准的陆续制订,使甲醇汽油进一步合法化,促使人们开始试验醇类汽油的各种添加剂。但是在技术上,制约甲醇汽油的最大难题是甲醇热值低,影响汽车发动机的功率输出,这就限制了甲醇的高比例掺入。甲醇汽油将国标汽油(93#、97#等)、甲醇、添加剂按一定的体积(质量)比经过严格的流程调配而成的一种新型环保燃料甲醇与汽油的混合物。也包括甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、正丁醇和异丙醇的混合醇等与汽油的混合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够有效提高甲醇汽油动力,且具有较好的抗腐蚀效果的提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂。
本发明提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:石油醚15~18份、异丁醇6~8份、碳酸二甲酯6~8份、纳米氢氧化铟2~3份、2-甲基-2-丁醇4~5份、异丙醇胺3~4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~4份、二乙二醇单辛醚2~3份、苯并三氮唑5~6份、异戊烯醇6~8份。
作为优化,该提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:石油醚16份、异丁醇7份、碳酸二甲酯7份、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氢氧化铟2.5份、2-甲基-2-丁醇4.5份、异丙醇胺3.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.5份、二乙二醇单辛醚2.5份、苯并三氮唑5.5份、异戊烯醇7份。
一种制备本发明所述提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将所述重量份数的石油醚、异丁醇、碳酸二甲酯、纳米氢氧化铟、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚加到反应釜内,于35~40℃条件下密闭超声分散60~80分钟;
b、将所述重量份数的异丙醇胺、二乙二醇单辛醚、苯并三氮唑、异戊烯醇混合,搅拌20~30分钟;
c、将所述重量份数的2-甲基-2-丁醇、步骤b中的混合物,依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,于33~35℃下超声分散50~70分钟,即得。
本发明的提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,采用纳米氢氧化铟、2-甲基-2-丁醇、异丙醇胺、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成复合助燃成分,以及二乙二醇单辛醚、苯并三氮唑、异戊烯醇组成复合抗腐蚀成分;本发明各组分之间协同作用突出,达到了提高甲醇汽油燃烧效率,动力增强的效果,同时降低了甲醇汽油对汽车金属部件的腐蚀。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但所述实施例并不局限于对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
a、将石油醚16千克、异丁醇7千克、碳酸二甲酯7千克、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氢氧化铟2.5千克、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)3.5千克加到反应釜内,于35~40℃条件下密闭超声分散60~80分钟;
b、将异丙醇胺3.5千克、、二乙二醇单辛醚2.5千克、苯并三氮唑5.5千克、异戊烯醇7千克混合,搅拌20~30分钟;
c、将2-甲基-2-丁醇4.5千克、步骤b中的混合物,依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,于33~35℃下超声分散50~70分钟,即得。使用时,将其直接加入到M15甲醇汽油中,加入量为甲醇汽油重量的0.4%~0.5%,混合均匀即可使用。
实施例2:
a、将石油醚15千克、异丁醇6千克、碳酸二甲酯6千克、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氢氧化铟2千克、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)3千克加到反应釜内,于35~40℃条件下密闭超声分散60~80分钟;
b、将异丙醇胺3千克、二乙二醇单辛醚2千克、苯并三氮唑5千克、异戊烯醇6千克混合,搅拌20~30分钟;
c、将2-甲基-2-丁醇4千克、步骤b中的混合物,依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,于33~35℃下超声分散50~70分钟,即得。使用时,将其直接加入到M15甲醇汽油中,加入量为甲醇汽油重量的0.4%~0.5%,混合均匀即可使用。
实施例3:
a、将石油醚18千克、异丁醇8千克、碳酸二甲酯8千克、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氢氧化铟3千克、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)4千克加到反应釜内,于35~40℃条件下密闭超声分散60~80分钟;
b、将异丙醇胺4千克、二乙二醇单辛醚3千克、苯并三氮唑6千克、异戊烯醇8千克混合,搅拌20~30分钟;
c、将2-甲基-2-丁醇5千克、步骤b中的混合物,依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,于33~35℃下超声分散50~70分钟,即得。使用时,将其直接加入到M15甲醇汽油中,加入量为甲醇汽油重量的0.4%~0.5%,混合均匀即可使用。
相关实验:汽油发动机台架试验是测试车用燃料综合性能的重要手段,也是国内外评价车用燃料的通用方法。本发明以国标93#汽油和未添加本发明添加剂的甲醇汽油为对照,对实施例1~3添加剂调制的甲醇汽油(甲醇汽油重量的0.45%)的实际效果进行了验证测试。试验所用设备及仪器:捷达1.6电控EA211汽油发动机;四川诚邦测功技术有限公司DW160型电涡流测功机;四川诚邦测功技术有限公司ET2000发动机测试系统。
试验方法:根据GB/T18297-2001《汽车发动机性能试验方法》进行;在发动机输出负荷为100%时进行试验,按照4200、3700、3200、2700、2200、1700、1200等依次降低转速进行试验,测量发动机的燃油消耗率等参数。在3700、3200、2700、2200、1700、1200等转速下进行试验,发动机转速不变,以外特性转矩的20%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%为测试点,测量发动机的燃油消耗率、排气温度等参数。
根据国家标准GB/T14951-2007《汽车节油技术评价方法》中负荷特性燃料消耗曲线计算的方法进行燃油经济性的计算。经济性计算使用的是小时燃料积分均值。部分测试结果见表1和表2:

金属腐蚀实验参照ASTMG31—72“金属实验室沉浸腐蚀试验的推荐规范”和国家标准GB378—64《发动机燃料铜片腐蚀试验法》本发明提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂可以有效抑制甲醇汽油对汽车发动机的腐蚀。实验结果见表3。

1.一种提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的组分组成:石油醚15~18份、异丁醇6~8份、碳酸二甲酯6~8份、纳米氢氧化铟2~3份、2-甲基-2-丁醇4~5份、异丙醇胺3~4份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~4份、二乙二醇单辛醚2~3份、苯并三氮唑5~6份、异戊烯醇6~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:石油醚16份、异丁醇7份、碳酸二甲酯7份、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氢氧化铟2.5份、2-甲基-2-丁醇4.5份、异丙醇胺3.5份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3.5份、二乙二醇单辛醚2.5份、苯并三氮唑5.5份、异戊烯醇7份。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述的提升动力的甲醇汽油添加剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将所述重量份数的石油醚、异丁醇、碳酸二甲酯、纳米氢氧化铟、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚加到反应釜内,于35~40℃条件下密闭超声分散60~80分钟;
b、将所述重量份数的异丙醇胺、二乙二醇单辛醚、苯并三氮唑、异戊烯醇混合,搅拌20~30分钟;
c、将所述重量份数的2-甲基-2-丁醇、步骤b中的混合物,依次加入到步骤a中的混合物中,于33~35℃下超声分散50~70分钟,即得。
