本发明提供的甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:异戊醇22~28份、丙二醇甲醚12~15份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯8~10份、叔丁基甲基醚4~6份、异辛醇磷酸酯3~5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~5份、六聚乙二醇单癸醚6~8份、苯并三氮唑4~6份、三乙二醇单丁醚6~8份。本发明的甲醇汽油添加剂,由各组分复合搅拌组成,协同作用十分突出;达到了降低甲醇汽油使用过程中对汽车金属腐蚀的效果,同时同93#汽油、普通M30汽油相比,本发明添加剂提高了甲醇汽油的燃烧效率,增强了动力。

一种甲醇汽油添加剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用燃料油添加剂,特别是涉及一种甲醇汽油用添加剂。
技术背景
甲醇是由煤、焦、天然气、轻油、重油等为原料合成生产的工业甲醇,甲醇的性质:工业甲醇有毒、易燃、易爆。在常温常压下,甲醇为无色、透明、易流动、易挥发的液体,具有与乙醇相似的气味。甲醇汽油在动力性能上是否可以替代汽、柴油。甲醇汽油需要由甲醇、汽油和核心添加剂配置而成,甲醇汽油技术已成熟。甲醇掺入量一般为5%~30%。以掺入15%者为最多,称M15甲醇汽油。抗爆性能好,研究法辛烷值(RON)随甲醇掺入量的增加而增高,马达法辛烷值(MON)则不受影响。燃烧排出物的毒性比普通含铅汽油小,排气中一氧化碳含量也较少。燃烧清洁性能良好。但一般的甲醇汽油对汽油发动机的腐蚀性和对橡胶材料的溶胀率都较大,且易于分层,低温运转性能和冷起动性能不及纯汽油,可用作车用汽油代用品。许多国家作了大量使用试验,有的也在产业化使用。
甲醇汽油由基础汽油、甲醇及添加剂组成。甲醇汽油的技术关键核心是添加剂的技术水平和质量控制。甲醇汽油添加剂的技术含量,是决定调配甲醇汽油品质优良的灵魂。甲醇汽油添加剂是一种新型环保燃料助剂产品,是在甲醇(符合GB338-2004优等品甲醇指标)中加入一种复合添加剂后对甲醇进行变性处理,再按照规定比例和普通汽油混合后作为车用燃料,使其改性,使其燃烧速度、气化热值、互溶性、爆发力加速性能、润滑性、抑制腐蚀性等方面接近传统汽油的甲醇燃料,低比例甲醇汽油M15-M30无须对发动机和装置进行改造,可直接使用。高比例甲醇汽油M85-M100则需要给车辆安装甲醇转换器进行改造。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的不足,提供一种使用方便、性能良好的甲醇汽油添加剂,以解决甲醇汽油在使用过程中对汽车金属的腐蚀问题,并且达到提高燃油效率的效果。
本发明提供的甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:异戊醇22~28份、丙二醇甲醚12~15份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯8~10份、叔丁基甲基醚4~6份、异辛醇磷酸酯3~5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~5份、六聚乙二醇单癸醚6~8份、苯并三氮唑4~6份、三乙二醇单丁醚6~8份。
作为优化,该甲醇汽油添加剂,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:异戊醇25份、丙二醇甲醚14份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯9份、叔丁基甲基醚5份、异辛醇磷酸酯4份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、六聚乙二醇单癸醚7份、苯并三氮唑5份、三乙二醇单丁醚7份。
本发明甲醇汽油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将所述重量份数的异戊醇、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、叔丁基甲基醚、异辛醇磷酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六聚乙二醇单癸醚,依次加入反应釜中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀;
B、将所述重量份数的苯并三氮唑、三乙二醇单丁醚加入到步骤A中的混合物中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应1~2h,冷却。
本发明的甲醇汽油添加剂,由六聚乙二醇单癸醚、苯并三氮唑、三乙二醇单丁醚组成复合抗蚀剂,叔丁基甲基醚、异辛醇磷酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚组成动力促进剂,异戊醇、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯组成分散增溶剂;各组分复合搅拌组成,协同作用十分突出;达到了降低甲醇汽油使用过程中对汽车金属腐蚀的效果,同时同93#汽油、普通M30汽油相比,本发明添加剂提高了汽油的燃烧效率,增强了动力。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:
A、将异戊醇25千克、丙二醇甲醚14千克、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯9千克、叔丁基甲基醚5千克、异辛醇磷酸酯(RP-98)4千克、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-7)4千克、六聚乙二醇单癸醚7千克,依次加入反应釜中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀;
B、将苯并三氮唑5千克、三乙二醇单丁醚7千克加入到步骤A中的混合物中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应1~2h,冷却。本发明的甲醇汽油添加剂适用于M15-M30甲醇汽油,在M15-M30甲醇汽油中的添加量为优选400~500mg/L。
实施例2:
A、将异戊醇22千克、丙二醇甲醚12千克、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯8千克、叔丁基甲基醚4千克、异辛醇磷酸酯(RP-98)3千克、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-7)3千克、六聚乙二醇单癸醚6千克,依次加入反应釜中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀;
B、将苯并三氮唑4千克、三乙二醇单丁醚6千克加入到步骤A中的混合物中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应1~2h,冷却。本发明的甲醇汽油添加剂适用于M15-M30甲醇汽油,在M15-M30甲醇汽油中的添加量为优选400~500mg/L。
实施例3:
A、将异戊醇28千克、丙二醇甲醚15千克、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯10千克、叔丁基甲基醚6千克、异辛醇磷酸酯(RP-98)5千克、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-7)5千克、六聚乙二醇单癸醚8千克,依次加入反应釜中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀;
B、将苯并三氮唑6千克、三乙二醇单丁醚8千克加入到步骤A中的混合物中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应1~2h,冷却。本发明的甲醇汽油添加剂适用于M15-M30甲醇汽油,在M15-M30甲醇汽油中的添加量为优选400~500mg/L。
相关实验:通过对M30甲醇汽油、93#国标汽油、M30+本发明实施例1添加剂进行发动机功率、扭矩、燃油消耗率测试,试验所使用的发动机是斯柯达明锐1.6L发动机。测试结果见表1。

甲醇容易腐蚀和磨损发动机,主要部位发生在活塞环和汽缸壁,本发明经过大量的研究实验,实验参照ASTMG31—72“金属实验室沉浸腐蚀试验的推荐规范”和国家标准GB378—64《发动机燃料铜片腐蚀试验法》,将尺寸为40X13×(2~3)mm已处理过的45钢、H65黄铜和紫铜标准试样,分别浸入到M30甲醇汽油、93#国标汽油、M30+本发明实施例1添加剂中,用橡胶塞封口,外接冷凝管与大气接通,每组平行试样2~3个。试验温度控制为(25±1)℃,时间为168h。实验结果见表2。

1.一种甲醇汽油添加剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:异戊醇22~28份、丙二醇甲醚12~15份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯8~10份、叔丁基甲基醚4~6份、异辛醇磷酸酯3~5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚3~5份、六聚乙二醇单癸醚6~8份、苯并三氮唑4~6份、三乙二醇单丁醚6~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇汽油添加剂,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的组分制成:异戊醇25份、丙二醇甲醚14份、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯9份、叔丁基甲基醚5份、异辛醇磷酸酯4份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、六聚乙二醇单癸醚7份、苯并三氮唑5份、三乙二醇单丁醚7份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述甲醇汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、将所述重量份数的异戊醇、丙二醇甲醚、丙二醇单甲醚乙酸酯、叔丁基甲基醚、异辛醇磷酸酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、六聚乙二醇单癸醚,依次加入反应釜中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀;
B、将所述重量份数的苯并三氮唑、三乙二醇单丁醚加入到步骤A中的混合物中,用磁力机器搅拌均匀,加热至50℃反应1~2h,冷却。
