本发明公开了一种环保型水性耐高温油墨的制作方法,由水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g‑50.00g、粘结剂15.00g‑30.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g‑2.00g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g、流平剂1.00g、乙醇9.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、消泡剂0.50g、去离子水20.00g、水性分散剂5.00g、有机颜料10.00g组成,与现有技术相比,本发明环保、具有长久附着力,变型附着力及发泡后附着力都优越于PVC溶剂型油墨。在220度高温下不变色,满足PVC印刷后加工(如贴网),热帖(热复膜),发泡压纹之高温要求,耐老化(耐紫外线):耐晒级别可达到7级,干燥速度快,无毒,无残留异味;具有良好的湿润流平性,展色性好,印迹饱满、清晰、色泽稳定、表面平滑光泽,贮存稳定性好,具有推广使用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新材料,尤其涉及一种环保型水性耐高温油墨的制作方法。
背景技术
PVC塑料薄膜印刷特别是PVC塑胶卷材地板的印刷,对油墨的要求不止是干燥速度快,贴合牢度好,还要求油墨经220度高温发泡炉后不变色,耐晒等级达到7级以上,所以一直以来在PVC塑胶卷材地板印刷的这个领域一直采用溶剂型油墨做为印刷的主要油墨。众所周知,溶剂型油墨对环境对人体的伤害很大,甚至致癌,所以,研发环保型水(基)性耐高温油墨正是为了满足PVC塑料薄膜印刷行业的整体需求和响应国家绿色印刷一环保、安全、节能的号召。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种环保型水性耐高温油墨的制作方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g-50.00g、粘结剂15.00g-30.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g-2.00g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g、流平剂1.00g、乙醇9.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、消泡剂0.50g、去离子水20.00g、水性分散剂5.00g、有机颜料10.00g;
(2)将步骤(1)的水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g、乙醇9.00g、去离子水10.00g分别倒入A釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将粘结剂15.00g、流平剂1.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g分别倒入B釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(4)将有机颜料10.00g、分散剂5.00g、去离子水10.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g、消泡剂0.50g分别倒入C釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(5)将C釜分散好的物料移至砂磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度达到5μm以下,制成水性颜料色浆;
(6)将研磨好的水性颜料色浆和B釜内混合溶液再依次添加到A釜中,搅拌均匀,分散速度控制在300-500转/分钟,至此,水性高温油墨制作完成。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是一种环保型水性耐高温油墨的制作方法,与现有技术相比,本发明环保、具有长久附着力,变型附着力及发泡后附着力都优越于PVC溶剂型油墨。在220度高温下不变色,满足PVC印刷后加工(如贴网),热帖(热复膜),发泡压纹之高温要求,耐老化(耐紫外线):耐晒级别可达到7级,干燥速度快,无毒,无残留异味;具有良好的湿润流平性,展色性好,印迹饱满、清晰、色泽稳定、表面平滑光泽,贮存稳定性好,具有推广使用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g-50.00g、粘结剂15.00g-30.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g-2.00g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g、流平剂1.00g、乙醇9.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、消泡剂0.50g、去离子水20.00g、水性分散剂5.00g、有机颜料10.00g;
(2)将步骤(1)的水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g、乙醇9.00g、去离子水10.00g分别倒入A釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将粘结剂15.00g、流平剂1.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g分别倒入B釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(4)将有机颜料10.00g、分散剂5.00g、去离子水10.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g、消泡剂0.50g分别倒入C釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(5)将C釜分散好的物料移至砂磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度达到5μm以下,制成水性颜料色浆;
(6)将研磨好的水性颜料色浆和B釜内混合溶液再依次添加到A釜中,搅拌均匀,分散速度控制在300-500转/分钟,至此,水性高温油墨制作完成。所制作的油墨pH值(25℃)8.5-9.0,粘度的DIN cup4(25℃;秒)25-35。

(1)备料:水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g、粘结剂15.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g、流平剂1.00g、乙醇9.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、消泡剂0.50g、去离子水20.00g、水性分散剂5.00g、有机颜料10.00g;
(2)将步骤(1)的水性丙烯酸树脂液30.00g、乙醇9.00g、去离子水10.00g分别倒入A釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(3)将粘结剂15.00g、流平剂1.00g、滑爽剂1.20g、丙二醇丁醚7.30g分别倒入B釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(4)将有机颜料10.00g、水性分散剂5.00g、去离子水10.00g、WL高温固色剂1.00g、消泡剂0.50g分别倒入C釜中混合后充分搅拌均匀;
(5)将C釜分散好的物料移至砂磨机进行研磨,研磨至细度达到5μm以下,制成水性颜料色浆;
(6)将研磨好的水性颜料色浆和B釜内混合溶液再依次添加到A釜中,搅拌均匀,分散速度控制在300-500转/分钟,至此,水性高温油墨制作完成。
