本发明公开了一种高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:35份炭黑,43份聚乙烯,20份碳酸钙,1份硬脂酸锌,1份硬脂酸。本发明高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒分散性好,可应用于流延或淋膜工艺,还可应用于发泡制品;若应用于流延或淋膜工艺,色母粒分散好、展色性佳,使薄膜制品更显黑,光泽度佳,降低缺陷品的产出;若应用于发泡制品,发泡制品无色粉点孔洞,著色深浅均一。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒。
背景技术
黑色聚乙烯色母粒是以炭黑当颜料,利用造粒机的加热、塑化、搅拌、剪切作用,最终使颜料的分子与聚乙烯载体树脂充分的结合起来,制成树脂颗粒的色母粒。
黑色聚乙烯色母粒应用于淋膜工艺,常会有分散不良、黑度和光泽度不够等情况,造成制品表面缺陷,例如:1)黑色聚乙烯色母粒应用在编织带淋膜,若色母粒分散不良,流延膜会有散不开的情况,编织带制品表面会有漏白的缺陷;另外由于色母粒分散不良,颜料色浓度无法完全展现,造成黑度和光泽度暗沉,制品颜色不亮黑;2)黑色聚乙烯色母粒应用于大发泡制品,若色母粒分散不良,发泡制品会有孔洞、颜色深浅不一的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,其分散性好,可应用于流延或淋膜工艺,还可应用于发泡制品;若应用于流延或淋膜工艺,色母粒分散好、展色性佳,使薄膜制品更显黑,光泽度佳,降低缺陷品的产出;若应用于发泡制品,发泡制品无色粉点孔洞,著色深浅均一。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
35份炭黑,
43份聚乙烯,
20份碳酸钙,
1份硬脂酸锌,
1份硬脂酸。
优选的,所述炭黑的粒径为35μm。
优选的,所述碳酸钙的粒径是2500目。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,其分散性好,可应用于流延或淋膜工艺,还可应用于发泡制品;若应用于流延或淋膜工艺,色母粒分散好、展色性佳,使薄膜制品更显黑,光泽度佳,降低缺陷品的产出;若应用于发泡制品,发泡制品无色粉点孔洞,著色深浅均一。
本发明所用炭黑的粒径为35μm,其为高等级著色用炭黑,在塑料中具有高著色力、高光泽等特点。

一种高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,按重量份计由以下组分组成:
35份炭黑,
43份聚乙烯,
20份碳酸钙,
1份硬脂酸锌,
1份硬脂酸;
所述炭黑的粒径为35μm。
所述碳酸钙的粒径是2500目。

3.根据权利要求2所述的高分散黑色聚乙烯色母粒,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙的粒径是2500目。
