Abstract

一种防爆破、防漏气、防静电轮胎,通过增加胎侧内壁支撑胶、在轮胎接地胎面面内侧的气密层的外侧增加防爆层、调整胎面导电配方,可实现防爆破、防漏气、防静电,从而克服传统轮胎的三大危险因素,实现轮胎全面安全的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶轮胎制备领域,尤其涉及防爆破、防漏气、防静电轮胎。
背景技术
一条标准的普通乘用轮胎是由内衬层、胎体、带束层、冠带条、胎面、胎侧等组成,能够满足常规的使用要求,但由于三大缺陷的存在导致轮胎存在三方面的不安全因素:一、胎侧爆破:由于胎侧极薄,在遇到路牙蹭刮和硬物挤压时,容易产生胎侧破裂而导致的爆胎,轻者无法继续行驶,重者导致车毁人亡的重大事故;二、刺扎漏气:轮胎在碾压到铁钉等锐物时,容易被扎穿,从而导致轮胎漏气,无法继续正常行驶,严重时会导致汽车方向失灵,造成行车事故;三、静电打火:现代轮胎配方中大量使用白炭黑,而白炭黑会导致轮胎导电性变差,汽车和轮胎在行驶中产生的大量静电无法及时导除,积累严重时会因打火而导致汽车自燃、加油站起火等严重事故,轻微的也会造成冬季开关车门时静电打手、行车电脑误报警等现象,车辆越高级越严重;以上三个问题是当前轮胎普遍存在的,根据轮胎品种的不同,可能存在1项、2项或是3项全有,不管存在几种,其结果都可能导致严重安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防爆破、防漏气、防静电,从而克服传统轮胎的三大危险因素,实现轮胎全面安全的目的的防爆破、防漏气、防静电轮胎。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种防爆破、防漏气、防静电轮胎,其特点在于:一、增加胎侧内壁支撑胶:轮胎成型时,在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶,其配方组分包括基体纯橡胶(除去橡胶中填充的油)100份、炭黑50~70份、环保型橡胶油2~5份、防老剂2~5份、活性剂2~5份、粘合剂2~4份、促进剂1.5~3.5份、硫化剂1~2份,其中基体纯橡胶由异戊橡胶和钕系顺丁橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂TIBTD并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺;二、在轮胎接地胎面面内侧的气密层的外侧增加防爆层:其配方组分包括基体纯橡胶(除去橡胶中填充的油)100份、炭黑60~100份、碳纳米管0~20份、环保型橡胶油5~10份、防老剂2~5份、活性剂2~5份、树脂2~10份、促进剂1.5~3.5份、硫化剂1~2份。其中基体纯橡胶由天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,碳纳米管为多壁碳纳米管、环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂DPG并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,树脂为补强树脂,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺;三、调整胎面导电配方:调整胎面导电配方是在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或者是石墨烯导电特异材料。
本发明的优点是:增加胎侧内壁支撑胶可使胎侧既能保持良好的曲挠吸震性能,又能能够抵抗硬物刮擦导致的爆破,即使产生了破损漏气,仍然可以依靠良好的支撑作用使汽车保持一定的行驶能力,且其配方组分具有高硬度、高定伸、低生热和耐高温等特性;在轮胎接地胎面面内侧的气密层的外侧增加防爆层,该防爆层具有较强的抗刺穿性能,有效防止因轮胎刺扎引起的漏气爆胎等,由于该防爆层具有较强的抗撕裂、高定伸、高强度等物理特性,在扎入铁钉等异物时,防爆层可以及时包裹住异物,防止漏气失压,保证汽车继续正常行驶,且其配方组分具有高撕裂、高定伸、高强度等特性;增加胎面导电胶条或调整胎面导电配方:调整胎面导电配方是在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管或者是石墨烯导电特异材料,可在不影响胎面其它优异性能的情况下,明显提升胎面的导电性,能够及时导走静电,保障汽车的安全使用,综上,本发明可使轮胎达到防爆破、防漏气、防静电,从而克服传统轮胎的三大危险因素,实现轮胎全面安全的目的。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
一种防爆破、防漏气、防静电轮胎,其特点在于:一、增加胎侧内壁支撑胶:轮胎成型时,在胎侧的内壁贴覆一层断面呈半片柳叶形状的橡胶,其配方组分包括基体纯橡胶(除去橡胶中填充的油)100份、炭黑60份、环保型橡胶油4份、防老剂4份、活性剂4份、粘合剂3份、促进剂2.5份、硫化剂1.5份,其中基体纯橡胶由异戊橡胶和钕系顺丁橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂TIBTD并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺;二、在轮胎接地胎面面内侧的气密层的外侧增加防爆层:其配方组分包括基体纯橡胶(除去橡胶中填充的油)100份、炭黑80份、碳纳米管15份、环保型橡胶油8份、防老剂4份、活性剂4份、树脂7份、促进剂2.5份、硫化剂1.5份。其中基体纯橡胶由天然橡胶和丁苯橡胶组成,活性剂由纳米氧化锌和硬脂酸组成,炭黑为超耐磨炉法炭黑,碳纳米管为多壁碳纳米管、环保型橡胶油为工业级矿物油,促进剂为促进剂NOBS和促进剂DPG并用,防老剂为非污染型防老剂4020及防老剂RD两者并用,树脂为补强树脂,硫化剂为不溶性硫磺;三、调整胎面导电配方:在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管导电特异材料。
本发明的有益效果是:增加胎侧内壁支撑胶可使胎侧既能保持良好的曲挠吸震性能,又能能够抵抗硬物刮擦导致的爆破,即使产生了破损漏气,仍然可以依靠良好的支撑作用使汽车保持一定的行驶能力,且其配方组分具有高硬度、高定伸、低生热和耐高温等特性;在轮胎接地胎面面内侧的气密层的外侧增加防爆层,该防爆层具有较强的抗刺穿性能,有效防止因轮胎刺扎引起的漏气爆胎等,由于该防爆层具有较强的抗撕裂、高定伸、高强度等物理特性,在扎入铁钉等异物时,防爆层可以及时包裹住异物,防止漏气失压,保证汽车继续正常行驶,且其配方组分具有高撕裂、高定伸、高强度等特性;增加胎面导电胶条和调整胎面导电配方:调整胎面导电配方是在胎面配方中增加碳纳米管导电特异材料,可在不影响胎面其它优异性能的情况下,明显提升胎面的导电性,能够及时导走静电,保障汽车的安全使用,综上,本发明可使轮胎达到防爆破、防漏气、防静电,从而克服传统轮胎的三大危险因素,实现轮胎全面安全的目的。
