Abstract

本发明公开了一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,包括搅拌器壳体、放料门、搅拌装置和同步齿轮,搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴、轴承、单置叶片搅拌臂、对置叶片搅拌臂和对置返回叶片搅拌臂;第一、二搅拌轴通过轴承安装在搅拌器壳体上;第一、二搅拌轴混合间隔排列单置多组叶片搅拌臂、多组对置叶片搅拌臂,和一组对置返回叶片搅拌臂,相邻两搅拌轴上的对置叶片搅拌臂交错排列、邻两搅拌轴上的对置返回叶片搅拌臂交错排列,在两根搅拌轴的搅拌叶片作用下混合料在搅拌器内形成围流运动。本发明有助于在保证搅拌均匀性的前提下最大限度降低搅拌叶片总面积,降低搅拌能耗;有效降低混合料对搅拌器轴向的冲击力,提升搅拌器及整体的稳定性。

Description

一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青搅拌站,尤其涉及一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器。
背景技术
沥青搅拌站,也可叫做沥青混凝土搅拌站,该设备可生产沥青混合料、改性沥青混合料、彩色沥青混合料,完全满足修筑高速公路、等级公路、市政道路、机场、港口等的需要。
搅拌器作为沥青搅拌站的核心部件,一直以来用户关注度很高,而对于传统的对置叶片的搅拌臂布置形式,由于搅拌臂及叶片数量多,总面积大,导致搅拌能耗过高,选用电机功率偏大,影响了搅拌站的整体性能;另外由于混合料对搅拌器的连续冲击,造成搅拌框架乃至整个楼体的振动加大,损害楼体寿命。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,能够在保证搅拌均匀性的前提下降低搅拌能耗,并且大幅减小混合料对搅拌器乃至整个楼体的冲击,从而减轻主楼因搅拌器工作引起的振动。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,包括搅拌器壳体、放料门、搅拌装置和同步齿轮,所述搅拌器壳体内搅拌臂设置搅拌臂,搅拌装置连接搅拌器壳体外同步齿轮,搅拌器壳体底部设置放料门;所述搅拌装置包括第一搅拌轴和第二搅拌轴、轴承、单置叶片搅拌臂、对置叶片搅拌臂和对置返回叶片搅拌臂;所述第一、二搅拌轴通过轴承安装在搅拌器壳体上;第一、二搅拌轴混合间隔排列多组单置叶片搅拌臂、多组对置叶片搅拌臂,和一组对置返回叶片搅拌臂,相邻两搅拌轴上的对置叶片搅拌臂交错排列、相邻两搅拌轴上的对置返回叶片搅拌臂交错排列,在两根搅拌轴的搅拌叶片作用下混合料在搅拌器内形成围流运动。
本发明进一步的,所述搅拌器壳体内壁设置耐磨衬板。
本发明进一步的,所述轴承上安装轴端密封。
本发明进一步的,所述第一、二搅拌轴混合间隔排列三组单置叶片搅拌臂、三组对置叶片搅拌臂。
与现有技术相比,本使用新型的有益效果是:第一,单置叶片搅拌臂与对置叶片搅拌臂的混合排列,有助于在保证搅拌均匀性的前提下最大限度降低搅拌叶片总面积,从而降低搅拌能耗;第二,这种混合式搅拌臂可以使搅拌叶片对混合料的推力变为非连续性的,有效降低混合料对搅拌器轴向的冲击力,提升搅拌器乃至整个楼体的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,包括搅拌器壳体1、放料门3、搅拌装置4和同步齿轮5搅拌器壳体1内搅拌装置4设置搅拌装置4,搅拌装置4连接搅拌器壳体1外同步齿轮5,搅拌器壳体1底部设置放料门3;搅拌装置4包括第一搅拌轴6和第二搅拌轴12、轴承7、单置叶片搅拌臂8、对置叶片搅拌臂9和对置返回叶片搅拌臂10;第一、二搅拌轴6、12通过轴承7安装在搅拌器壳体1上;第一、二搅拌轴6、12混合间隔排列多组单置叶片搅拌臂8、多组对置叶片搅拌臂9,和一组对置返回叶片搅拌臂10,相邻两搅拌轴上的对置叶片搅拌臂9交错排列、相邻两搅拌轴上的对置返回叶片搅拌臂10交错排列,在两根搅拌轴的搅拌叶片作用下混合料在搅拌器内形成围流运动。
使工作时,同步齿轮5驱动两个搅拌轴同时转动,由于单置叶片搅拌臂8与对置叶片搅拌臂9的混合排列,相邻两搅拌轴上的对置叶片搅拌臂9交错排列,有助于在保证搅拌均匀性的前提下最大限度降低搅拌叶片总面积,从而降低搅拌能耗;设置有一组对置返回叶片搅拌臂10,在搅拌时反向旋转,这种混合式搅拌臂可以使搅拌叶片对混合料的推力变为非连续性的,有效降低混合料对搅拌器轴向的冲击力,提升搅拌器乃至整体的稳定性。
在上述结构基础上,本发明在搅拌器壳体1内壁设置耐磨衬板2。为工件的磨损提供了重要的耐磨保护措施,提高了设备、工件的使用寿命。在轴承7上安装轴端密封11,防止润滑油等介质外漏。
本发明搅拌臂的数量可根据实际需要进行调整,本发明优选第一、二搅拌轴6、12混合间隔排列三组单置叶片搅拌臂8、三组对置叶片搅拌臂9。
当然,上述实施例仅是本发明的优选方案,具体并不局限于此,在此基础上可根据实际需要作出具有针对性的调整,从而得到不同的实施方式。由于可能实现的方式较多,这里就不再一一举例说明。

1.一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,包括搅拌器壳体(1)、放料门(3)、搅拌装置(4)和同步齿轮(5),所述搅拌器壳体(1)内设置搅拌装置(4),搅拌装置(4)连接搅拌器壳体(1)外同步齿轮(5),搅拌器壳体(1)底部设置放料门(3);
其特征在于,所述搅拌装置(4)包括第一搅拌轴(6)和第二搅拌轴(12)、轴承(7)、单置叶片搅拌臂(8)、对置叶片搅拌臂(9)和对置返回叶片搅拌臂(10);所述第一、二搅拌轴(6、12)通过轴承(7)安装在搅拌器壳体(1)上;第一、二搅拌轴(6、12)混合间隔排列多组单置叶片搅拌臂(8)、多组对置叶片搅拌臂(9),和一组对置返回叶片搅拌臂(10),相邻两搅拌轴上的对置叶片搅拌臂(9)交错排列、相邻两搅拌轴上的对置返回叶片搅拌臂(10)交错排列,在两根搅拌轴的搅拌叶片作用下混合料在搅拌器内形成围流运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述搅拌器壳体(1)内壁设置耐磨衬板(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用混合式搅拌臂的搅拌器,其特征在于,所述轴承(7)上安装轴端密封(11)。
