背景技术
有机朗肯循环,缩写为"ORC",是以有机液体替代水汽作为工作介质的蒸汽循环过程。与常规蒸汽循环过程不同,因为不来源于水的蒸汽压,故该过程与压力和温度无关。通过使用沸点低于水的有机液体,压力和温度可以设置成低于一定数值:例如低于热电厂所用的设定值。该过程特别用于当蒸发的热源和冷凝的散热片之间可用的温度梯度低的情况,或者期望较低的总体作业温度的情况。

从上述现有技术出发,本发明的主要目的是提供含有工作介质和润滑剂的工作流体组合物,该组合物具有热稳定和长期稳定性,并适合于有机朗肯循环(ORC)的运作,且利用内燃机余热。如果ORC用于与内燃机结合,排出气流的高温要求工作介质-润滑剂混合物具有很高的热稳定性。在诸如汽车排气系统中的换热器的高热应力装置中,ORC对于内燃机应是可用且耐用的。
操作润滑剂需要膨胀机,所述润滑剂与工作介质一起均匀通过ORC循环,并具有足够高的热和化学稳定性。
具有独立权利要求1所述特征的结构实现上述目的。优选实施方式由从属权利要求限定,或说明如下。
所述组合物为用于蒸汽循环的工作流体,包括工作介质(a)、润滑剂(b),以及可选择性加入的乳化剂(c)和其他可选组分(d)。其他可选组分未包含在(a)、(b)或(c)中,而同时不论其是否可以作为工作介质或工作介质的一部分,都属于工作流体。
优选地,以下给出的工作流体配方比例中,基于所述工作流体,所述工作流体仅包括工作介质(a)、润滑剂(b)可选择性加入的乳化剂(c)以及可选组分(d),即(a)、(b)、(c)和(d)的质量比之和为100%。
基于工作介质的总组成,工作介质(a)包括:
(a.1)至少一种C1-C4醇,或
(a.2)至少一种C3-C4酮或(a.1)和(a.2)的混合物
以及
(a.3)可选最高75%质量比的水,优选最高50%质量比的水。
工作介质中组分(a.1)到(a.3)的比例按(a.3)水组分的例中所示以质量百分比(%)计算如下:=(a.3)/((a.1)+(a.2)+(a.3))*100)。在计算中最终只输入了组分(a.1)、(a.2)和(a.3)。
工作流体中工作介质(a)的质量百分比优选为99%-60%,特别优选质量百分比95%-75%,进一步更优选质量百分比90%-80%。
根据一个实施方案,工作介质中不含水,根据另一个实施方案,工作介质中含有,例如5到75%质量比的水,优选10到50%质量比的水。除了以上方案,工作介质还可以只含组分(a.1),或只含组分(a.2),或者只含有组分(a.1)和组分(a.2)的混合物。
在C1-C4醇中,C1至C4各自表示一种具有1到4个碳原子的烃基,尤其是诸如:甲醇、乙醇、丙醇或丁醇以及其位置异构体或混合物的烷基自由基。在C3-C4酮中,C3和C4分别表示一种具有3个或4个碳原子的烃基如:丙酮、甲乙酮或它们的混合物。
润滑剂(b)由烃类化合物组成,40℃下粘度(运动粘度)为40到700mm2/s,优选40℃下粘度100到400mm2/s,更优选40℃下粘度150到300mm2/s(根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测量)。
润滑剂的沸点,也与选择的烃类混合物相关,优选高于300℃(根据DIN51435标准由气相色谱法测定)。
适合的润滑剂例如为:烷基化合物、烷基萘、矿物油或聚α-烯烃(PAO)。特别优选PAO和其混合物,如:低粘度PAO和高粘度PAO或其它100℃下根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测定的粘度质量在20-200mm2/s范围内的PAO的组合,其中所述低粘度PAO例如为:PAO 4、PAO 6、PAO 8或PAO 10(根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测定,在100℃下粘度分别约为4、10、6、8和10mm2/s),所述高粘度PAO如PAO 40、mPAO 40、PAO 100、mPAO 100(根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测定,在100℃下粘度分别为约40或100mm2/s),其中m表示由茂金属催化而聚合得到的PAO。混合物尤其优选由2到12个C8-C20的α-烯烃单元经茂金属催化而聚合得到的PAO。
工作流体中润滑剂(b)的质量百分比优选为1到40%,更优选为5到25%,进一步优选为10到20%。
润滑剂在工作介质中不可溶。此处不可溶指在25℃时,溶解质量百分比低于5%,优选低于2%。由此,润滑剂没有明显稀释,因此其混合仅会使粘度稍稍下降。
酯类润滑剂因其受热不稳定或具有反应活性,,而还由于本过程的反应发生温度下在有醇类存在时酯类和醇之间会发生反应,因此不适合使用。
可以选择使用的乳化剂(c)优选自以下:
·烯基琥珀酰亚胺(Alkenyl succinimides),优选分子量为500到10000g/mol,进一步优选500到2500g/mol(数均分子量);
·烯基琥珀酰胺(Alkenyl succinamides),优选分子量为500到10000g/mol,进一步优选500到2500g/mol(数均分子量);
·C8-C24脂肪醇醚羧酸,优选具有2到10个烷氧基的C10-C18脂肪醇醚羧酸,进一步优选4到8个烷氧基单元,特别优选乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元(优选只有乙基氧化物),及其盐类,特别是铵及铵盐,包括链烷醇胺盐(alkanolammonium,如带C1-C4醇基链);
·烷氧基化的C10-C24,优选C24-C8,进一步优选具有2到10个、尤其是4到8个烷氧基单元的C10-C18脂肪醇,所述烷氧基优选乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元(优选只有乙基氧化物);
·烷氧基化烷基酚,优选烷氧基化C6-C18烷基酚,进一步优选具有2到10个、尤其是4到8个烷氧基单元的C8-C12烷基酚,所述烷氧基优选乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元(优选只有乙基氧化物),例如或辛基或壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(4-8EO);
以及它们的混合物。
所述乳化剂优选在所述工作流体和所述润滑剂的制造过程中加入,如通过与其混匀的过程。
当使用醇作为工作介质的组分或作为工作介质时,上述烯基琥珀酰亚胺(alkenylsuccinimides)和烯基琥珀酰胺(alkenyl succinimides),优选聚异丁烯琥珀酰亚胺(polyisobutene succinimides)以及上述的烷氧基化脂肪醇是优选的乳化剂。
所述乳化剂基于所述润滑剂的质量百分比是0.01到5%。所述乳化剂基于工作流体组合物的总质量百分比大于0.0001到2%。各个要求优选为累积性从属。
所述选择性组分(d)的质量百分比优选大于0.0001%,特别优选0.0005到2%,各个情况基于所述工作流体分别确定,但基于所述润滑剂优选累计质量百分比大于0.01%,特别优选0.1到5%。
合适的选择性组分包括,例如抗磨剂、极压添加剂、抗氧化剂、有色金属缓蚀剂和消泡剂。
磷或硫以及含磷化合物或含硫化合物都适合作为抗磨剂(anti-wear)和极压添加剂(Extreme Pressure),以下简称AW或EP添加剂。适合的例子如:磷酸三甲酚酯、三(壬基酚)亚磷酸酯、丁二氢亚磷酸酯、2-乙基己基二苯基磷酸酯、二磷酸/芳磷酸,芳环上至少有一处发生叔丁基和/或异丁酯基或二硫代磷酰酸酯类的单取代、二取代或三取代。除磷和含磷硫的高压添加剂以外,纯亚硫酸AW/EP添加剂也是可用的。
AW/EP添加剂可以单独或联合使用。AW/EP添加剂的质量百分比优选大于0.0001%,进一步优选0.005到2%,具体情况根据工作流体单独确定,但基于润滑剂累计质量百分比优选为0.01%,进一步优选0.1到5%。
例如,酚类抗氧化剂诸如:2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol)、2,6-二叔丁基-4-乙基苯酚(2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-ethylphenol)和2,2'-亚甲基双(4-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚)(2,2'-methylenebis 4-methyl-6-tert-butylphenol);以及胺类抗氧化剂:如苯基-α-萘胺、N,N'-二苯基对苯二胺和烷基二苯胺(烷基为C4-C9)。抗氧剂特别优选酚类。
抗氧化剂的总质量百分比优选大于或等于0.0001%,进一步优选0.0001到0.4%,具体情况根据工作流体单独确定,但基于润滑剂累计质量百分比优选大于0.01%,进一步优选0.01到1%。
有色金属缓蚀剂可以选用三唑类,优选使用噻二唑、苯并三唑和甲基苯并三唑以及它们的衍生物。有色金属缓蚀剂的质量百分比优选0.0001到0.02%,具体情况根据工作流体单独确定,但基于润滑剂累计质量百分比优选为0.01到0.5%。
此外,消泡剂也可以含有作为其他组分(d)的工作介质。可优选硅氧烷、聚乙二醇和聚甲基丙烯酸酯作为上述混合添加剂。
根据一项设计,工作流体仅由(a)至(d)的成分组成,其中组分(c)和(d)是可选的,其中组分(c)和(d)是各自单独可选的。
蒸汽循环的发明中,所使用的可蒸发的有机液体至少具有低于水沸点的沸点。所述循环包括至少一个蒸发器、冷凝器、膨胀机和循环泵。所述膨胀机优选逆向运行的压缩机,如涡旋压缩机,往复式压缩机,径向活塞机或者涡轮机。系统或循环外部密封。优选蒸汽循环作为机动车的一部分,特别是具有内燃机的卡车,其中换热器利用引擎的余热,如将余热耦接进入内燃机的排气系统。
从废气流引入换热器的能量,用于工作介质的蒸发。换热器充当蒸发器。通过膨胀机回收的机械能可以耦接进机动车的传动系统,或者驱动发电机发电。
具体实施方式
·乳化试验
为了研究乳化剂的有效性,制备了润滑剂混合物PAO 8、PAO 40和各自的乳化剂,其在40℃下粘度为150mm2/s。将20g上述润滑剂混合物分别与20g工作介质一起加入到50ml带螺旋盖的试管中并密封,在20℃下,手动摇动约1分钟。此后,将试管置于试管振荡器上,在2200Hz频率下,再次混和1分钟。
试管振荡器振荡停止1分钟后,测定混合物的相态并根据以下方案定性地评价其乳化效果:
0=无乳化性能
1=最低乳化性能
2=良好的乳化性能
3=优异的乳化性能
表1列出了所使用的乳化剂,表2到6示出各润滑剂混合物与不同工作介质的乳化试验的结果。

·高压蒸汽试验以确定热稳定性
在容积为300ml的高压釜中,分别装入60克润滑剂(40%质量)和90克工作介质(60%质量)的混合物。包括基于PAO的润滑剂混合物在内,两种在40℃下粘度为150mm2/s的矿物油衍生物也作为润滑剂进行了检测。为了去除上部空气,特别是去除氧气,高压釜在500mbar压力下排气30秒,并随后在磁力搅拌器搅拌下以250℃加热。
28天后,实验结束,结束温度仍为250℃。将高压釜冷却至20℃后,高压釜内的物质转移至分液漏斗。静置2个小时后,再分离相被分离出去,而润滑剂和工作介质分别进行酸化测试。根据DIN ISO 6618标准测定酸值。表7到9示出了高压釜试验的结果。

Claims (35)

1.用于蒸汽循环过程的工作流体组合物,其包含:
至少一种工作介质(a),包含:
至少一种C1-C4醇(a1),或
至少一种C3-C4酮(a2),或
(a1)和(a2)的混合以及
根据所述工作介质选择性加入最高占75%质量的水(a3);以及
至少一种包括烃类的润滑剂(b),其中所述润滑剂根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测量,在40℃下运动粘度为40到700mm2/s;以及
至少一种乳化剂(c),
其中,润滑剂(b)在所述工作流体组合物中的质量百分比为1%到40%;以及
所述乳化剂(c)在所述润滑剂(b)中的总质量百分比为0.01%到5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,至少一种工作介质(a)包含根据所述工作介质加入最高占50%质量的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,在所述工作流体组合物中,工作介质(a)的质量百分比为99%-60%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,在所述工作流体组合物中,工作介质(a)的质量百分比为95%-75%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,在所述工作流体组合物中,工作介质(a)的质量百分比为90%-80%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂(b)包含烃类化合物,根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测量,在40℃下,其运动粘度为100到400mm2/s。
7.根据权利要求6所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂(b)的运动粘度为150到300mm2/s。
8.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,对于可选择性混合的烃类化合物,根据DIN51435标准,通过气相色谱法确定,包括烃类化合物的所述润滑剂(b)沸点高于300℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂(b)是烷基萘、矿物油或聚α-烯烃(PAO)或以上的混合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述润滑剂(b)为PAO,采用根据DIN EN ISO 3104标准测定,所述PAO为低粘度PAO和高粘度PAO的组合,所述低粘度PAO在100℃下,粘度为4到10mm2/s,所述高粘度PAO在100℃下,粘度为40到400mm2/s。
11.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述工作流体组合物中润滑剂(b)的质量百分比为5%-25%。
12.根据权利要求11所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述工作流体组合物中润滑剂(b)的质量百分比为10%-20%。
13.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,25℃下质量百分比低于5%的所述润滑剂(b)可溶于所述工作介质。
14.根据权利要求13所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,25℃下质量百分比低于2%的所述润滑剂(b)可溶于所述工作介质。
15.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述乳化剂(c)从以下选择:
·一种或多种烯基琥珀酰亚胺(Alkenyl succinimides);
·一种或多种烯基琥珀酰胺(Alkenyl succinamides);
·一种或多种C8-C24脂肪醇醚羧酸具有2到10个烷氧基单元或其盐类,或其铵盐;
·一种或多种烷氧基化的C8-C24脂肪醇,其具有2到10个烷氧基单元;
·一种或多种烷氧基化烷基酚,其具有2到10个烷氧基单元;
以及以上的混合物。
16.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于:所述一种或多种烯基琥珀酰亚胺(Alkenyl succinimides)的数均分子量为500到10000g/mol。
17.根据权利要求16所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种烯基琥珀酰亚胺(Alkenyl succinimides)的数均分子量为500到2500g/mol。
18.根据权利要求15所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种烯基琥珀酰胺(Alkenyl succinamides)的数均分子量为500到10000g/mol。
19.根据权利要求18所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种烯基琥珀酰胺(Alkenyl succinamides)的数均分子量为500到2500g/mol。
20.根据权利要求15所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种C8-C24脂肪醇醚羧酸为具有2到10个烷氧基单元或4到8个烷氧基单元的C10-C18脂肪醇醚羧酸,或其盐类,或其铵盐。
21.根据权利要求20所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述C10-C18脂肪醇醚羧酸具有4到8个烷氧基单元。
22.根据权利要求15、20或21所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述烷氧基单元为乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元。
23.根据权利要求15所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种烷氧基化的C8-C24脂肪醇为烷氧基化的C10-C24脂肪醇或烷氧基化的C10-C18脂肪醇。
24.根据权利要求15或23所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述烷氧基为乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元。
25.根据权利要求15所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述一种或多种烷氧基化烷基酚包括具有2到10个烷氧基单元或4到8个烷氧基单元的C6-C18烷基。
26.根据权利要求15或25所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述烷氧基为乙基氧化物和/或丙基氧化物单元。
27.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述工作流体组合物还包括其他选择性组分(d):抗磨剂、极压添加剂、抗氧化剂、有色金属缓蚀剂和消泡剂,或它们的混合物。
28.根据权利要求27所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述可选组分(d)的总质量百分比大于0.0001%,根据工作流体组合物以及单独地确定累计地质量百分比基于所述润滑剂大于0.01%。
29.根据权利要求28所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述可选组分(d)的总质量百分比为0.0005到2%,根据工作流体组合物或累计地质量百分比基于所述润滑剂为0.1到5%。
30.根据权利要求1所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述工作流体组合物包括质量百分比为5%至75%的水。
31.根据权利要求30所述的工作流体组合物,其特征在于,所述工作介质中包括质量百分比10%至50%的水。
32.用于蒸汽循环过程的装置,至少包括蒸发器、冷凝器、膨胀机和循环泵,以及根据上述权利要求1-31任一所述的工作流体组合物。
33.根据权利要求32所述的装置,其特征在于,所述蒸汽循环过程为具有内燃机的机动车的一部分,换热器利用引擎的余热并与所述引擎的排气系统耦接,所述换热器充当蒸发器。
34.根据权利要求32或33任一所述的装置,其特征在于,通过所述膨胀机回收的机械能可以耦接进所述机动车的传动系统,或者驱动发电机发电。
35.根据权利要求1-31任一所述的工作流体组合物在有机朗肯循环中的使用。
