Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车仪表后盖与灯箱架的安装结构,包括后盖与灯箱架,两者通过螺钉固连在一起,所述后盖的上端面靠内边缘位置处设置有等厚、等高的环向凸台,所述灯箱架的下端面靠内边缘位置处设置有环向缺槽,环向凸台位于环向缺槽内,且环向凸台的顶面与环向缺槽的顶面之间留有间隙,环向凸台的外壁与环向缺槽的外壁之间留有间隙。结合环向凸台和环向缺槽进行安装限位,保证了装配后外壁的一致性,并提高后盖的强度,防止后盖变形;同时环形凸起与环向缺槽提高了安装后的密闭性,既能防止灰尘进入,又能有效防止静电进入灯箱架,干扰PCB电路板和液晶屏的正常工作。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车仪表后盖与灯箱架的安装结构。
背景技术
在灯箱架内安装有液晶屏和PCB电路板,后盖的上端面与灯箱架的下端面贴合在一起,再结合螺钉紧固在一起。后盖与灯箱架的安装缺少限位结构,安装不方便;后盖为薄板,安装后容易发生变形;后盖与灯箱架的安装密闭性差,灰尘和静电容易进入灯箱架内,干扰液晶屏和PCB电路板的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决仪表后盖与灯箱架安装不便、密封差,无法阻止静电干扰、灰尘进入及后盖变形的问题。
为此,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种汽车仪表后盖与灯箱架的安装结构,包括后盖与灯箱架,两者通过螺钉固连在一起,所述后盖的上端面靠内边缘位置处设置有等厚、等高的环向凸台,所述灯箱架的下端面靠内边缘位置处设置有环向缺槽,环向凸台位于环向缺槽内,且环向凸台的顶面与环向缺槽的顶面之间留有间隙,环向凸台的外壁与环向缺槽的外壁之间留有间隙。
作为上述方案的优选,所述环向凸台的外壁顶部倒角,防止安装时尖角碰到环向缺槽。
本发明的有益效果:结合环向凸台和环向缺槽进行安装限位,保证了装配后外壁的一致性,并提高后盖的强度,防止后盖变形;同时环形凸起与环向缺槽提高了安装后的密闭性,既能防止灰尘进入,又能有效防止静电进入灯箱架,干扰PCB电路板和液晶屏的正常工作。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例并结合附图,对本发明作进一步说明:
结合图1—图4所示,仪表后盖1与灯箱架2通过螺钉固连在一起,相应地,在后盖1、灯箱架2的外壁上设置有供螺钉通过的安装凸台。
后盖1的上端面靠内边缘位置处设置有等厚、等高的环向凸台1a,灯箱架2的下端面靠内边缘位置处设置有环向缺槽2a。环向凸台1a位于环向缺槽2a内,且环向凸台1a的顶面与环向缺槽2a的顶面之间留有间隙,环向凸台1a的外壁与环向缺槽2a的外壁之间留有间隙。增设环向缺槽2a和环向凸台1a密闭结构,能防止灰尘进入,并在一定程度上起到安装限位、防变形的作用;同时,在环向凸台的基础上增加了间隙限定,外部的静电传递到仪表内时,路线大大延长,显示屏及电路板受静电干扰的可能性大大降低(静电传递的路线如图3中箭头所示)。
最好是,环向凸台1a的外壁顶部倒角1b。

1.一种汽车仪表后盖与灯箱架的安装结构,包括后盖(1)与灯箱架(2),两者通过螺钉固连在一起,其特征在于:所述后盖(1)的上端面靠内边缘位置处设置有等厚、等高的环向凸台(1a),所述灯箱架(2)的下端面靠内边缘位置处设置有环向缺槽(2a),环向凸台(1a)位于环向缺槽(2a)内,且环向凸台(1a)的顶面与环向缺槽(2a)的顶面之间留有间隙,环向凸台(1a)的外壁与环向缺槽(2a)的外壁之间留有间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车仪表后盖与灯箱架的安装结构,其特征在于:所述环向凸台(1a)的外壁顶部倒角(1b)。
