本发明公开了一种LED工矿灯,涉及LED灯制造技术领域,包括设在壳体上的灯头和设在基片上的LED光源板,在所述壳体内通过安装板设有电机,所述电机的输出轴伸至所述安装板下方,在所述输出轴轴端设有小风扇,所述安装板于下底面装有散热器;所述散热器于底部装有所述基片。较之现有技术,本发明可以解决现有LED工矿灯散热效果差的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于矿井的LED工矿灯。
背景技术
目前现有的LED工矿灯上所采用散热器的自然对流式散热器多为对外发散太阳花结构,这种散热器是通过中间的柱状结构将热源的热能导出,再通过周围的片状结构将热量散发到空气中去,而LED工矿灯功率越大,发热量就大越大,即使不断增加散热器的体积,散热效率也会越来越低,不能满足大功率LED工矿灯的散热要求;此外,体积大散热器质量较重,悬挂安装时存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED工矿灯,以解决现有LED工矿灯散热效果差的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种LED工矿灯包括设在壳体上的灯头和设在基片上的LED光源板,在所述壳体内通过安装板设有电机,所述电机的输出轴伸至所述安装板下方,在所述输出轴轴端设有小风扇,所述安装板于下底面装有散热器;所述散热器于底部装有所述基片。
述LED工矿灯技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述散热器具有设有中心孔的柱体和分布在其柱体上的多个散热单元,每个所述散热单元具有至少三块向外发散的螺旋散热片,这些螺旋散热片的内侧相交后与所述柱体相连接;所述柱体于上部设有放置所述小风扇的沉孔,在所述沉孔底面呈圆周分布有多个通风槽,每个所述通风槽均设有多个与所述柱体外壁相通的风孔。
进一步的:所述柱体外壁上所述风孔的出口连通相邻的所述散热单元之间的散热间隙。
进一步的:所述壳体由上壳体和下壳体扣接连接,所述安装板固定在所述上壳体内;所述下壳体于外壁上设有多个条状通风螺旋孔。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:由于散热器的柱体上设有向外发散的螺旋散热片,而柱体上部设有放置小风扇的沉孔,并在沉孔底面设有多个通风槽,通风槽又设有多个与柱体外壁相通的风孔,这些螺旋散热片的内侧相交后与所述柱体相连接;所述城上部设有放置所述小风扇的沉孔,在沉孔底面呈圆周分布有多个通风槽,每个通风槽均设有多个与柱体外壁相通的风孔,使用时小风扇会将散热片上的热量向外吹散,通风槽和与柱体外壁相通的风孔会加速热量的发散,满足大功率LED工矿灯的散热要求。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2和图3所示的LED工矿灯包括设在壳体上的灯头1和设在基片8上的LED光源板9,壳体由上壳体2和下壳体7扣接连接,灯头1装在上壳体2顶部,灯头1分别与电机3和光源板9连接的导线模块;在壳体内通过安装板4装有微型电机3,安装板4固定在上壳体2内;微型电机3的输出轴伸至安装板4下方,在输出轴轴端装有小风扇5,安装板4于下底面装有散热器6;散热器6于底部装有基片8,基片8安装在散热器6底部的中心孔上,LED光源板9位于基片8下方,在下壳体7底部装有10,下壳体7于外壁上设有多个条状通风螺旋孔7-1;本实施例的散热器6具有设有中心孔的柱体和分布在其柱体上的十个散热单元,每个散热单元具有三块向外发散的螺旋散热片,三块螺旋散热片的内侧相交后与柱体相连接;柱体于上部设有放置小风扇5的沉孔,在沉孔底面呈圆周分布有五个通风槽6-2,每个通风槽6-2均设有多个与柱体外壁相通的风孔6-3,柱体外壁上风孔6-3的出口连通相邻的散热单元之间的散热间隙;在柱体上开有多个螺纹安装孔6-1。
工作时,LED灯接通外部电源后,LED光源板9发光的同时产生热量,热量被基板8吸收,基板8将吸收的热量传递到散热器6上,在接通外部电源的同时,微型电机3驱动小风扇5旋转将散热器6上的热量向外吹散。

Claims (4)

1.一种LED工矿灯,包括设在壳体上的灯头(1)和设在基片(8)上的LED光源板(9),其特征在于:在所述壳体内通过安装板(4)设有微型电机(3),所述微型电机(3)的输出轴伸至所述安装板(4)下方,在所述输出轴轴端设有小风扇(5),所述安装板(4)于下底面装有散热器(6);所述散热器(6)于底部装有所述基片(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述散热器(6)具有设有中心孔的柱体和分布在其柱体上的多个散热单元,每个所述散热单元具有至少三块向外发散的螺旋散热片,这些螺旋散热片的内侧相交后与所述柱体相连接;所述柱体于上部设有放置所述小风扇(5)的沉孔,在所述沉孔底面呈圆周分布有多个通风槽(6-2),每个所述通风槽(6-2)均设有多个与所述柱体外壁相通的风孔(6-1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述柱体外壁上所述风孔(6-1)的出口连通相邻的所述散热单元之间的散热间隙。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的LED工矿灯,其特征在于:所述壳体由上壳体(2)和下壳体(7)扣接连接,所述安装板(4)固定在所述上壳体(2)内;所述下壳体(7)于外壁上设有多个条状通风螺旋孔。
