Abstract

本发明公开了一种水带快速接头,由两个用于连接水带的公头和一个连接两个公头的母头,以及一个安装在母头内的密封圈组成,所述母头为圆柱体,在母头的两端头内表面各设置至少两个母头挡片,所述公头为一端带有连接台的圆柱体,在连接台上设置有至少两个对应母头挡片位置设置的公头挡片。本发明只需将公头与水带先连接,使用时直接将公头与母头连接,两个公头与密封圈实现密封,组合或拆解时间短,使用方便快捷,且公头和母头的加工及其方便,易于推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速接头,尤其涉及一种水带快速接头。
背景技术
水带是用来连接水源传递水的一种带子,由于生产和装配的需要,水带都是分节生产的,在使用时对接安装,这就需要水带接头用于安装,如何快速的组装拆卸是对水带接头的一种无形的要求,组装后要求不漏水或漏液,虽然现有技术中存在各种快速接头,但是对于操作者,组装和拆卸的时间越短,使用越简单快捷越好。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种组合和拆解时间短,使用方便快捷的水带快速接头。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种水带快速接头,由两个用于连接水带的公头和一个连接两个公头的母头,以及一个安装在母头内的密封圈组成,所述母头为圆柱体,在母头的两端头内表面各设置至少两个母头挡片,所述公头为一端带有连接台的圆柱体,在连接台上设置有至少两个对应母头挡片位置设置的公头挡片。
进一步的,所述母头挡片以母头内表面圆周均匀分布。
进一步的,所述母头中部内表面设置一圈凸起,密封圈上设置一圈槽,用于扣接在凸起上。
进一步的,所述密封圈的内径与公头内径相同。
进一步的,所述母头的长度略小于两个公头连接台和密封圈的厚度之和。
进一步的,所述母头的两端头内表面各设置三个母头挡片,两个公头对应母头位置各设置三个公头挡片。
工作原理:使用时,只需将公头与水带先连接好,需要用水时,将公头的公头挡片与母头的母头挡片错开,而后推入母头内旋转至与母头挡片同位置即可,由于母头的长度略小于两个公头连接台和密封圈的厚度和,密封效果好;拆解时,选择公头使公头挡片与母头挡片分离,即可轻松拉出。
本发明的有益技术效果是:只需将公头与水带先连接,使用时直接将公头与母头连接,两个公头与密封圈实现密封,组合或拆解时间短,使用方便快捷,且公头和母头的加工及其方便,易于推广使用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种水带快速接头,由两个用于连接水带的公头3和一个连接两个公头的母头1,以及一个安装在母头内的密封圈2组成,所述母头1为圆柱体,在母头的两端头内表面各设置至少两个母头挡片4,所述公头3为一端带有连接台的圆柱体,在连接台上设置有至少两个对应母头挡片位置设置的公头挡片5。
所述母头挡片4以母头内表面圆周均匀分布。
所述母头1中部内表面设置一圈凸起,密封圈2上设置一圈槽,用于扣接在凸起上。
所述密封圈2的内径与公头3内径相同。
所述母头1的长度略小于两个公头3连接台和密封圈2的厚度和。这样既可以不需费太多力气就能将公头与母头结合,又能保证密封的效果。
所述母头1的两端头内表面各设置三个母头挡片4,两个公头3对应母头位置各设置三个公头挡片5。

1.一种水带快速接头,其特征在于:由两个用于连接水带的公头(3)和一个连接两个公头的母头(1),以及一个安装在母头内的密封圈(2)组成,所述母头(1)为圆柱体,在母头的两端头内表面各设置至少两个母头挡片(4),所述公头(3)为一端带有连接台的圆柱体,在连接台上设置有至少两个对应母头挡片位置设置的公头挡片(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水带快速接头,其特征在于:所述母头挡片(4)以母头内表面圆周均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水带快速接头,其特征在于:所述母头(1)中部内表面设置一圈凸起,密封圈(2)上设置一圈槽,用于扣接在凸起上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水带快速接头,其特征在于:所述密封圈(2)的内径与公头(3)内径相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水带快速接头,其特征在于:所述母头(1)的长度略小于两个公头(3)连接台和密封圈(2)的厚度之和。
6.根据权利要求2所述的水带快速接头,其特征在于:所述母头(1)的两端头内表面各设置三个母头挡片(4),两个公头(3)对应母头位置各设置三个公头挡片(5)。
