Abstract
本发明揭示了一种阀门,包括阀门本体,所述阀门本体设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于,所述阀门本体内部设有阀门翘杆和导杆,所述阀门翘杆与所述导杆铰接,在位于所述阀门翘杆下方的所述导杆上设有盖板,所述盖板与所述导杆滑动连接,所述盖板的底部设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件的另一端抵靠于所述阀门本体的内壁上,所述阀门翘杆的一端靠近所述盖板,本发明的技术方案通过设置盖板和阀门翘杆的配合结构,可以使得阀门的反应快速,并且减少对导杆及内部零部件的磨损,提高阀门的使用寿命和灵敏性。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道阀门领域,尤其是涉及一种阀门。
背景技术
常用的两位三通阀门的内部阀芯大多采用隔膜加活塞式结构,此类阀门的工作原理为橡胶隔膜带动阀杆动作,阀杆带动活塞阀芯动作,从而完成阀门的开启与关闭。
由于阀门的开启和关闭较为频繁,阀门的阀板、活塞比较容易发生磨损而损坏。现有技术中为了解决该技术问题,采用隔膜和三通结构,在尽量减少隔膜与阀体内壁的摩擦,并且实现阀门的自动关闭与打开,但是阀门的密封性不够好,阀门打开和关闭有延时。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种阀门。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种阀门,包括阀门本体,所述阀门本体设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于,所述阀门本体内部设有阀门翘杆和导杆,所述阀门翘杆与所述导杆铰接,在位于所述阀门翘杆下方的所述导杆上设有盖板,所述盖板与所述导杆滑动连接,所述盖板的底部设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件的另一端抵靠于所述阀门本体的内壁上,所述阀门翘杆的一端靠近所述盖板。
优选的,上述的一种阀门,所述阀门本体的内部设有隔板,所述隔板的高度大于所述进水口的内径。
优选的,上述的一种阀门,所述弹性部件套设于所述导杆上。
优选的,上述的一种阀门,所述盖板的边缘设有密封板,所述密封板设于所述隔板与所述出水口之间。
优选的,上述的一种阀门,所述盖板与所述密封板位于同一水平面上,并且所述密封板与所述盖板密封连接。
本发明的突出效果为:通过设置阀门翘杆和盖板的配合结构,当进水口流入的水带动阀门翘杆转动从而带动盖板动作时,阀门可以及时、快速的响应;通过设置盖板与密封板在同一水平上,当盖板处于静止状态时,阀门保持良好的密封性;通过在盖板的底部设置弹性部件,可以使得盖板自动打开和关闭;通过将弹性部件套设在导杆上,可以在弹性部件伸缩时起到引导的作用,提高阀门的适用性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种阀门,包括阀门本体1,阀门本体1设有进水口2和出水口3,阀门本体1内部设有阀门翘杆4和导杆5,阀门翘杆4与导杆5铰接,阀门翘杆4可以绕着导杆5转动,在位于阀门翘杆4下方的导杆5上设有盖板6,盖板6与导杆5滑动连接,盖板6的底部设有弹性部件7,弹性部件7的另一端抵靠于阀门本体1的内壁上,阀门翘杆4的一端靠近盖板6。当进水口2中流入水后,推动阀门翘杆4绕着导杆5转动,阀门翘杆4的另一端将盖板6按下,水流从盖板6的位置流下进而从出水口3处流出。
其中,阀门本体1的内部设有隔板8,隔板8的高度大于进水口2的内径。隔板8的高度大于出水口3的内径,阀门翘杆4为弯曲形状设置并且横跨隔板8。
其中,弹性部件7套设于导杆5上。在弹性部件7伸缩时,可以沿着导杆5进行动作,此时导杆5起到引导的作用。
其中,盖板6的边缘设有密封板9,密封板9设于隔板8与出水口3之间。盖板6与密封板9位于同一水平面上,并且密封板9与盖板8密封连接。在盖板6处于静止状态时,密封板9可以与盖板6密封连接,从而保持良好的密封性。
本发明实施例提供的一种阀门,通过设置阀门翘杆4和盖板6的配合结构,当进水口2流入的水带动阀门翘杆4转动从而带动盖板6动作时,阀门可以及时、快速的响应;通过设置盖板6与密封板9在同一水平上,当盖板6处于静止状态时,阀门保持良好的密封性;通过在盖板6的底部设置弹性部件7,可以使得盖板6自动打开和关闭;通过将弹性部件7套设在导杆5上,可以在弹性部件7伸缩时起到引导的作用,提高阀门的适用性。
本发明尚有多种实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效变换而形成的所有技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种阀门,包括阀门本体,所述阀门本体设有进水口和出水口,其特征在于,所述阀门本体内部设有阀门翘杆和导杆,所述阀门翘杆与所述导杆铰接,在位于所述阀门翘杆下方的所述导杆上设有盖板,所述盖板与所述导杆滑动连接,所述盖板的底部设有弹性部件,所述弹性部件的另一端抵靠于所述阀门本体的内壁上,所述阀门翘杆的一端靠近所述盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀门,其特征在于,所述阀门本体的内部设有隔板,所述隔板的高度大于所述进水口的内径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阀门,其特征在于,所述弹性部件套设于所述导杆上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种阀门,其特征在于,所述盖板的边缘设有密封板,所述密封板设于所述隔板与所述出水口之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种阀门,其特征在于,所述盖板与所述密封板位于同一水平面上,并且所述密封板与所述盖板密封连接。
