Abstract

本发明一种冲孔灌注桩桩深测量装置及方法主要用于冲孔灌注桩桩深测量,它主要由光电测距仪(1)、挡光板(2)、带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)组成;光电测距仪(1)固定在冲孔机机座上,挡光板(2)固定在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上;测量孔深的方法是:先在定滑轮A(5)与驱动轮(6)之间的带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上固定挡光板(2),读取挡光板(2)在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上的所处位置的刻度值G,开启光电测距仪(1),读取光电测距仪(1)的读数值E,由公式H=L‑G‑M‑D‑h+N计算出孔深H值,此工作直接由光电测距仪(1)完成,公式中D=F‑E;上述公式中,L、G、M、D、h、N、F、E值均是已知量。

本发明主要用于冲孔灌注桩桩深测量。
背景技术
我国目前已使用的冲孔灌注桩桩深测量方法是用铅坠与测绳测量桩孔深度,先用钢丝绳将桩锤提出孔外,再将系有铅坠的测绳放入桩孔中,铅坠缓慢下沉至孔底,用手反复上提、下放测绳,直到感觉铅坠不继续下沉为止,再读取测绳上的刻度标记,记录数据,一根冲孔灌注桩成孔过程中需多次测量孔深数据,用这种方法费工、费时,也很麻烦。
发明内容
本发明解决了上述问题,它主要由光电测距仪(1)、挡光板(2)、带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)组成;光电测距仪(1)固定在冲孔机机座上,挡光板(2)固定在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上;测量孔深的方法是:先在定滑轮A(5)与驱动轮(6)之间的带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上固定挡光板(2),读取挡光板(2)在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上的所处位置的刻度值G,开启光电测距仪(1),读取光电测距仪(1)的读数值E,由公式H=L-G-M-D-h+N计算出孔深H值,此工作直接由光电测距仪(1)完成,公式中D=F-E;注明:H-孔深、L-钢丝绳总长、G-挡光板(2)在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上的所处位置的刻度值、M-钢丝绳ABC段的长度、D-挡光板(2)至C点的长度、F-光电测距仪(1)前端至C点的长度、E-光电测距仪(1)的读数值、h-水平段钢丝绳至地面的高度、N-冲击锤高度、A点-水平段钢丝绳延长线与垂直钢丝绳的交点、C点-定滑轮A(5)与水平段钢丝绳的切点;M值预先测量或由数学公式推导;L值是固定值,预先测量,上述公式中,L、G、M、D、h、N、F、E值均是已知量。

具体实施方式
发明内容已详细说明了本发明的具体实施方式,需说明如下:
1.参见图1,已知AB段及BC段钢丝绳的夹角,已知AC两点的距离,已知定滑轮A5,定滑轮B7的半径,用数学公式很容易推到出钢丝绳ABC段的长度M值,为了方便起见,一般在冲孔机每次就位时,将冲孔机机头离孔边的距离保持定值,一般取1米,这样每冲一个孔,测量孔深时,M值总是保持定值不变。
带有刻度的钢丝绳3可由钢丝绳生产厂家预先加刻度标记,可1米或2米整数做标记,即可减少做标记的工作量又可减少钢丝绳在工作中对标记的磨损。
.由发明内容可知,本发明每次测量孔深时,不需要将桩锤提出孔外,比传统方法方便;本发明可将L、G、M、D、h、N、F、E值或其中的某些值先输入光电测距仪4中,需改变某些值时可临时输入,由光电测距仪4可立即计算出孔深H值。

Claims (1)

1.一种冲孔灌注桩桩深测量方法,其特征是:它主要由光电测距仪(1)、挡光板(2)、带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)组成;光电测距仪(1)固定在冲孔机机座上,挡光板(2)固定在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上;测量孔深的方法是:先在定滑轮A(5)与驱动轮(6)之间的带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上固定挡光板(2),读取挡光板(2)在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上的所处位置的刻度值G,开启光电测距仪(1),读取光电测距仪(1)的读数值E,由公式H=L-G-M-D-h+N计算出孔深H值,此工作直接由光电测距仪(1)完成,公式中D=F-E;注明:H-孔深、L-钢丝绳总长、G-挡光板(2)在带有刻度的钢丝绳(3)上的所处位置的刻度值、M-钢丝绳ABC段的长度、D-挡光板(2)至C点的长度、F-光电测距仪(1)前端至C点的长度、E-光电测距仪(1)的读数值、h-水平段钢丝绳至地面的高度、N-冲击锤高度、A点-水平段钢丝绳延长线与垂直钢丝绳的交点、C点-定滑轮A(5)与水平段钢丝绳的切点;M值预先测量或由数学公式推导;L值是固定值,预先测量,上述公式中,L、G、M、D、h、N、F、E值均是已知量。
