Abstract
本发明涉及车用零部件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液。由10份丙烯酸酯乳液、10份多聚磷酸钠、1份碳酸钠、0.5份黄酮甙、5份二甲苯和50份水制成。本发明的处理液,其配方设计新颖、合理,特别是添加了少量的黄酮甙,可以显著提高热处理的处理效率,使产品的质量得到显著改善。

本发明涉及车用零部件加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液。
背景技术
通常,手刹杆在加工时,热处理是必不可少的加工工序。现有技术中,手刹杆在热处理时进行渗碳步骤后,而未添加任何处理液作为补强剂,这样会造成热处理效率低下,产品的质量不高,产品表面造成损伤等缺陷,容易出现返工。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液,为实现上述目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液,由10份丙烯酸酯乳液、10份多聚磷酸钠、1份碳酸钠、0.5份黄酮甙、5份二甲苯和50份水制成。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
1)、热处理工艺中使用的处理液,其配方设计新颖、合理,特别是添加了少量的黄酮甙,可以显著提高热处理的处理效率,使产品的质量得到显著改善。
2)、处理液的制备方法,通过逐步添加以及合理选择加料顺序,不仅能够提高各物质之间的溶解性能,还能避免颗粒团聚的可能,使处理液的热处理防护功能得到显著的提升。
3)、用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液,操作工艺简洁,通过增加渗碳后喷涂处理液的步骤,并合理设计处理液的配方以及制备方法,从而实现手刹杆表面的被彻底防护起来,继而提高了手刹杆的热处理效果和产品的品质。
具体实施方式
以下将结合实施例,对本发明进行较为详细的说明。但是,实施例内容仅是对本发明所作的举例和说明,所属本技术领域的技术人员对所描述的具体实施例做各种各样的修改或补充或采用类似的方式替代,只要不偏离发明的构思或者超越本权利要求书所定义的范围,均应属于本发明的保护范围。
一、处理液的组成
10份丙烯酸酯乳液、10份多聚磷酸钠、1份碳酸钠、0.5份黄酮甙、5份二甲苯和50份水。
二、处理液的制备方法为:
首先向容器中加入10份多聚磷酸钠和20份水,搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入1份碳酸钠,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;接着缓慢加入10份丙烯酸酯乳液和10份水,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;然后缓慢加入0.5份黄酮甙,边加边搅拌,添加完毕后搅拌5分钟;最后缓慢加入5份二甲苯和20份水,搅拌10分钟。
三、汽车手刹加工的热处理工艺,步骤如下:
步骤①、擦除手刹杆表面的油污,再用水冲洗5分钟,接着使用乙醇擦洗5分钟,晾干;
步骤②、将手刹杆放入渗碳炉中渗碳,处理温度为900℃;
步骤③、在压力为0.5MPa下淬火,待冷却至80℃时使其自然冷却;
步骤④、将预先加热至50℃的处理液喷涂至手刹杆的表面;
步骤⑤、放入恒温炉中干燥1小时,恒温炉内温度为55℃。

1.一种用于汽车手刹加工热处理的处理液,其特征在于由10份丙烯酸酯乳液、10份多聚磷酸钠、1份碳酸钠、0.5份黄酮甙、5份二甲苯和50份水制成。
