本发明公开了一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、MBS树脂、液体钡镉稳定剂、硬脂酸钡镉和二异丙苯磷酸酯,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30-50份、MBS树脂5-7份、液体钡镉稳定剂1-2份、硬脂酸钡镉3-5份、二异丙苯磷酸酯10-12份。通过上述方式,本发明的阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,阻燃效果具有耐候性和持久性,在作为包装材料的长期使用中阻燃效果不会消失,确保无毒害,使用上具有安全性,对人体不会造成伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及改性塑料塑胶领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜。
背景技术
用纸、铝箔、纤维、塑料薄膜以及它们的复合物所制成的各种袋、盒、套、包封等均为软包装。其中塑料薄膜能满足各种物品的包装要求,是用于包装易存、易放的方便食品、生活用品、超市市场的小包装商品的理想材料。以塑料薄膜为主的软包装印刷在包装印刷中占有重要地位。现有的塑料薄膜阻燃性能不好,着火时很容易燃烧,不具有安全性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,能有效防止塑料薄膜的燃烧。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、MBS树脂、液体钡镉稳定剂、硬脂酸钡镉和二异丙苯磷酸酯,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30-50份、MBS树脂5-7份、液体钡镉稳定剂1-2份、硬脂酸钡镉3-5份、二异丙苯磷酸酯10-12份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜的断裂伸长率为150-170%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述MBS树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯40份、MBS树脂6份、液体钡镉稳定剂1.5份、硬脂酸钡镉4份、二异丙苯磷酸酯11份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,阻燃效果具有耐候性和持久性,在作为包装材料的长期使用中阻燃效果不会消失,确保无毒害,使用上具有安全性,对人体不会造成伤害。

提供一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、MBS树脂、液体钡镉稳定剂、硬脂酸钡镉和二异丙苯磷酸酯,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯40份、MBS树脂6份、液体钡镉稳定剂1.5份、硬脂酸钡镉4份、二异丙苯磷酸酯11份。所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜的断裂伸长率为160%。所述MBS树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物。
实施例二:
提供一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、MBS树脂、液体钡镉稳定剂、硬脂酸钡镉和二异丙苯磷酸酯,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯50份、MBS树脂5份、液体钡镉稳定剂2份、硬脂酸钡镉3份、二异丙苯磷酸酯12份。所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜的断裂伸长率为150%。所述MBS树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物。
实施例三:
提供一种阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯、MBS树脂、液体钡镉稳定剂、硬脂酸钡镉和二异丙苯磷酸酯,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯30份、MBS树脂7份、液体钡镉稳定剂1份、硬脂酸钡镉5份、二异丙苯磷酸酯10份。所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜的断裂伸长率为170%。所述MBS树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜具有耐候性和持久性,在作为包装材料的长期使用中阻燃效果不会消失;
二、所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜确保无毒害,使用上具有安全性,对人体不会造成伤害。

2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜的断裂伸长率为150-170%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述MBS树脂是甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丁二烯和苯乙烯的三元共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述阻燃效果好的普通塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯40份、MBS树脂6份、液体钡镉稳定剂1.5份、硬脂酸钡镉4份、二异丙苯磷酸酯11份。
