本发明公开了一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100-110份、环氧大豆油7-10份、硬脂酸钡镉1-4份、稳定剂1-4份、溴化聚苯乙烯3-5份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.5-1份。通过上述方式,本发明的具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,使塑料薄膜在着火时不容易燃烧,不会有火焰、浓烟、毒气等的产生,能够阻止火灾的发生,保护人们的生命和财产,增加了使用上的安全性。

一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜
技术领域
本发明涉及改性塑料塑胶领域,特别是涉及一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜。
背景技术
塑料薄膜是最主要的软包装材料之一,塑料薄膜的种类繁多,特性各异,根据薄膜的不同特性,其用处也不同。聚乙烯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚氯乙烯薄膜、聚苯乙烯薄膜、聚偏二氯乙烯薄膜、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物薄膜、聚乙烯醇薄膜、尼龙薄膜等是比较常见的塑料薄膜。现有的塑料薄膜阻燃性能不好,着火时很容易燃烧,不具有安全性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,能有效防止塑料薄膜的燃烧。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100-110份、环氧大豆油7-10份、硬脂酸钡镉1-4份、稳定剂1-4份、溴化聚苯乙烯3-5份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.5-1份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述溴化聚苯乙烯的分子量为14000-16000。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述丙烯酸酯类共聚物为ACR抗冲改性剂。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯105份、环氧大豆油9份、硬脂酸钡镉2份、稳定剂2份、溴化聚苯乙烯4份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.8份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,使塑料薄膜在着火时不容易燃烧,不会有火焰、浓烟、毒气等的产生,能够阻止火灾的发生,保护人们的生命和财产,增加了使用上的安全性。

提供一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯105份、环氧大豆油9份、硬脂酸钡镉2份、稳定剂2份、溴化聚苯乙烯4份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.8份。所述溴化聚苯乙烯的分子量为15000。所述丙烯酸酯类共聚物为ACR抗冲改性剂。
实施例二:
提供一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100份、环氧大豆油10份、硬脂酸钡镉1份、稳定剂1份、溴化聚苯乙烯5份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物1份。所述溴化聚苯乙烯的分子量为14000。所述丙烯酸酯类共聚物为ACR抗冲改性剂。
实施例三:
提供一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯110份、环氧大豆油7份、硬脂酸钡镉4份、稳定剂4份、溴化聚苯乙烯3份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.5份。所述溴化聚苯乙烯的分子量为16000。所述丙烯酸酯类共聚物为ACR抗冲改性剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜使塑料薄膜在着火时不容易燃烧,不会有火焰、浓烟、毒气等的产生;
二、所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜能够阻止火灾的发生,保护人们的生命和财产,增加了使用上的安全性。

1.一种具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于,包括的组分有聚氯乙烯、环氧大豆油、硬脂酸钡镉、稳定剂、溴化聚苯乙烯和丙烯酸酯类共聚物,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯100-110份、环氧大豆油7-10份、硬脂酸钡镉1-4份、稳定剂1-4份、溴化聚苯乙烯3-5份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述溴化聚苯乙烯的分子量为14000-16000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸酯类共聚物为ACR抗冲改性剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于,所述具有阻燃效果的包装塑料薄膜以重量份计,包括的组分有:聚氯乙烯105份、环氧大豆油9份、硬脂酸钡镉2份、稳定剂2份、溴化聚苯乙烯4份、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.8份。
