本发明提供了一种预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具，包括通过角钢固定的基座，基座上固定有若干定位装置，所述的定位装置包括一对无缝钢管，无缝钢管上开有圆孔，无缝钢管外侧壁通过角钢与基座固定，凹形钢筋提环的凹口套在两根无缝钢管的外侧与角钢固定连接。本发明结合工程实际，可以更精确地定位与上层套筒连接的外露钢筋的位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及定位模具领域，具体是一种预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具。
背景技术
预制墙体钢筋的上下连接方式通常为套筒连接，而一般一块预制墙板有十几个、甚至二十几个连接套筒，为使钢筋和套筒能有效地连接到位，对钢筋位置的要求较高（偏差≤5mm），而现场施工中，混凝土浇筑振捣等极易造成钢筋的偏位。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题，提供了一种预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具，结合工程实际，可以更精确地定位与上层套筒连接的外露钢筋的位置。
本发明包括通过角钢固定的基座，基座上固定有若干定位装置，所述的定位装置包括一对无缝钢管，无缝钢管上开有圆孔，无缝钢管外侧壁通过角钢与基座固定，凹形钢筋提环的凹口套在两根无缝钢管的外侧与角钢固定连接。
进一步改进，所述的无缝钢管沿圆周等角度分布有三个圆孔，三个圆孔之间构成等边三角形，每个圆孔外焊有螺母。
本发明有益效果在于：能够更精确地定位与上层套筒连接的外露钢筋的位置。

具体实施方式
本发明结构如图1和图2所示，包括通过角钢2固定的基座1，基座1上固定有若干定位装置，所述的定位装置包括一对无缝钢管3，无缝钢管3上开有圆孔4，无缝钢管3外侧壁通过角钢2与基座1固定，凹形钢筋提环5的凹口套在两根无缝钢管3的外侧与角钢2焊接。
所述的无缝钢管3沿圆周等角度分布有三个圆孔4，三个圆孔4之间构成等边三角形，每个圆孔4外焊有螺母。
其中角钢2选用50*50*5mm大小，无缝钢管3的长度为100mm，圆孔4的直径为12mm，圆孔4外螺母为M12，钢筋提环5壁厚为12mm。
本发明在施工中的使用过程如下：
现场钢筋校验→模具安装→花篮螺杆固定、校正→混凝土浇筑→模具拆除→测量放线、标高引测→墙板吊装→垂直度调整
操作要点“
1、材料必须按照定位模具图纸切割，允许偏差±2mm。
2、焊接套管位置偏差±2mm，垂直度允许偏差±2mm。
3、短向角钢间距≤1500mm，超过须加焊角钢，以防止定位模具变形。
4、外露钢筋的位置须先按照轴线位置调整到位（±5mm）后方可放置定位模具。
5、定位模具安装后必须采用花篮螺杆进行固定，并校正定位模具位置。
6、模具底部即角钢底部必须高出结构混凝土面，花篮螺杆底也须高出混凝土面。
7、拆模完成后，需核对钢筋位置，将偏差控制在允许偏差范围内。
8、预制墙板吊装前须测放墙体50mm控制线，并防止标高控制垫块。
吊装前剪力墙的封头线、50mm控制线测放到位，控制标高的垫片放置到位；吊装过程中预制剪力墙在距离楼面约150mm处暂停下落，利用小镜片查看预制墙体中的套筒位置是否对正钢筋位置，确定对正后，缓慢下落，放置到位。
9、垂直度调整
剪力墙吊装到位后，采用上下支撑进行临时固定，并采用垂直测放仪器根据50mm控制线检查预制墙体的垂直度是否到位，如未到位，则可通过调节支撑以将预制剪力墙垂直度调整到位。
本发明具体应用途径很多，以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以作出若干改进，这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具，包括通过角钢（2）固定的基座（1），基座（1）上固定有若干定位装置，其特征在于：所述的定位装置包括一对无缝钢管（3），无缝钢管（3）上开有圆孔（4），无缝钢管（3）外侧壁通过角钢（2）与基座（1）固定，凹形钢筋提环（5）的凹口套在两根无缝钢（3）管的外侧与角钢（2）固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具，其特征在于：所述的无缝钢管（3）沿圆周等角度分布有三个圆孔（4）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的预制墙体灌浆套筒条状密排外露钢筋精确定位模具，其特征在于：所述的圆孔（4）外焊有螺母。
