本发明涉及一种管式静电除尘器,本管式静电除尘器包括有进气管、排气管、除尘腔、净化腔和灰斗;净化腔安装于除尘腔的左侧,灰斗安装于除尘腔的下侧;在除尘腔的右侧还设置有增压腔;增压腔与除尘腔之间通过单向阀连接,所述单向阀仅允许气流进入增压腔;在所述增压腔上还旁接有补气管,在所述补气管上安装有仅允许气体进入增压腔的单向气门;在所述除尘腔内水平的安装有静电管;各静电管在竖直方向上等距排布成静电除尘管面;各所述静电管贯穿除尘腔的侧壁导通增压腔和净化腔;在各所述静电管内填充有静电丝;该除尘器结构新颖、原理独特,能够有效除尘,具有环保、节能的突出优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除尘器,特别的,是一种静电除尘器。
背景技术
随着工业化污染的严重,空气质量逐渐下降;各个工厂开始对排放的废气进行除尘、净化处理,一些家庭也开始使用空气除尘器来净化室内的空气;目前工业上传统的除尘器采用滤筒除尘器,这种除尘器在使用一段时间后,滤筒将出现堵塞,除尘效果显著下降,同时该滤筒除尘器体积较大,占据较大作业空间;随着科技的发展,新兴的静电除尘器以其耐高压、耐高温等优势逐渐得以推广,但这种静电除尘器需耗费大量电能,且其结构过于复杂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种管式静电除尘器,该除尘器结构新颖、原理独特,能够有效除尘,具有环保、节能的突出优势。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本管式静电除尘器包括有进气管、排气管、除尘腔、净化腔和灰斗;净化腔安装于除尘腔的左侧,灰斗安装于除尘腔的下侧;
在除尘腔的右侧还设置有增压腔;增压腔与除尘腔之间通过单向阀连接,所述单向阀仅允许气流进入增压腔;在所述增压腔上还旁接有补气管,在所述补气管上安装有仅允许气体进入增压腔的单向气门;在所述除尘腔内水平的安装有静电管;各静电管在竖直方向上等距排布成静电除尘管面;各所述静电管贯穿除尘腔的侧壁导通增压腔和净化腔;在各所述静电管内填充有静电丝。
本发明的有益效果是:在除尘开始时,通过补气管向增压腔补充气体,气体经增压腔加速后排进静电管,静电管内的静电丝在气流的吹动下高速抖动并摩擦静电管的管壁,从而使静电管产生大量静电;气体穿过静电管后从净化腔排出;携带粉尘的气体从进气管进入除尘腔,大颗粒粉尘直接沉降至灰斗中,小颗粒粉尘被静电管吸附;净化的气体从单向阀流进增压腔,以补充增压腔内的气体,净化的气体经过增压腔增压后用以产生静电;因此,在除尘启动之后可调小补气管的进风量。
本发明结构巧妙、紧凑,机体占用空间少;原理新颖,将净化的尾气再利用,有效节约净化成本,实现粉尘的高效清除。
作为优选,所述静电管由玻璃管做成,在玻璃管的管壁上贯穿嵌有导电丝;以便于将静电管内壁的静电直接传导至外壁,从而加强粉尘吸附效果。
作为优选,静电管在除尘腔内平行的等距排布成四组静电除尘管面;以便于加强除尘等级,提高除尘效果。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本管式静电除尘器包括有进气管、排气管、除尘腔1、净化腔2和灰斗3;净化腔2安装于除尘腔1的左侧,灰斗3安装于除尘腔1的下侧;在除尘腔1的右侧还设置有增压腔4;增压腔4与除尘腔1之间通过单向阀11连接,所述单向阀11仅允许气流进入增压腔4;在所述增压腔4上还旁接有补气管41,在所述补气管41上安装有仅允许气体进入增压腔4的单向气门411;在所述除尘腔1内水平的安装有静电管5,所述静电管5由玻璃管做成,在玻璃管的管壁上贯穿嵌有导电丝;各静电管5在竖直方向上等距排布成静电除尘管面,静电管5在除尘腔1内平行的等距排布成四组静电除尘管面;各所述静电管5贯穿除尘腔1的侧壁导通增压腔4和净化腔2;在各所述静电管5内填充有静电丝51,所述静电丝51可以为丝绸丝,也可以为高耐磨棉丝。
在除尘开始时,通过补气管41向增压腔4补充气体,气体经增压腔4加速后排进静电管5,静电管5内的静电丝51在气流的吹动下高速抖动并摩擦静电管5的管壁,从而使静电管5产生大量静电;气体穿过静电管5后从净化腔2排出;携带粉尘的气体从进气管进入除尘腔1,大颗粒粉尘直接沉降至灰斗3中,小颗粒粉尘被静电管5吸附;净化的气体从单向阀11流进增压腔4,以补充增压腔4内的气体,净化的气体经过增压腔4增压后用以产生静电;因此,在除尘启动之后可调小补气管41的进风量。
在本实施例中,静电丝51摩擦静电管5管壁产生的静电可通过导电丝直接传导至玻璃管的外壁,因此,静电吸附效果更强;除此之外,四组静电除尘管面能够满足多数工厂的净化标准,同时又不占用过大空间。
本发明结构巧妙、紧凑,机体占用空间少;原理新颖,将净化的尾气再利用,有效节约净化成本,实现粉尘的高效清除。

Claims (3)

1.一种管式静电除尘器,本管式静电除尘器包括有进气管、排气管、除尘腔(1)、净化腔(2)和灰斗(3);净化腔(2)安装于除尘腔(1)的左侧,灰斗(3)安装于除尘腔(1)的下侧;其特征在于:在除尘腔(1)的右侧还设置有增压腔(4);增压腔(4)与除尘腔(1)之间通过单向阀(11)连接,所述单向阀(11)仅允许气流进入增压腔(4);在所述增压腔(4)上还旁接有补气管(41),在所述补气管(41)上安装有仅允许气体进入增压腔(4)的单向气门(411);在所述除尘腔(1)内水平的安装有静电管(5);各静电管(5)在竖直方向上等距排布成静电除尘管面;各所述静电管(5)贯穿除尘腔(1)的侧壁导通增压腔(4)和净化腔(2);在各所述静电管(5)内填充有静电丝(51)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管式静电除尘器,其特征在于:所述静电管(5)由玻璃管做成,在玻璃管的管壁上贯穿嵌有导电丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管式静电除尘器,其特征在于:静电管(5)在除尘腔(1)内平行的等距排布成四组静电除尘管面。
